Hi Dr. Richards,

I am 28 years old and and my erected penis size is only about 4 inches. it has been a cause for some of my breakups as the sex life was not ‘satisfactory’ and i would very much like to change the circumstances. i read average penis size is about 5-6 inches. i never tried any supplements and am not sure whether they are safe or not.

Could you please suggest how can i add 1-2 inches.

ANSWER
Much can be done to increase the size. Safety should be the primary concern, though. There are quite a few agents responsible for penile tissue expansion, the more notable being prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide. Androgens also play important role in penile tissue health and restoration. However, since they are responsible for both tissue expansion and health, guys with smaller penises tend to have less on average, ironically making them more prone to injuries if certain aggressive practices such as jelqing and stretching are utilized without the proper preparation.

SR-Cream should be considered. It increases local tissue prostaglandins E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for penile tissue health, restoration, and expansion, while at the same time acting as a natural anti-inflammatory to prevent excessive collagen tissue release.

Some supplements that will be of general assistance in increasing blood prostaglandins E1 E3, Nitric Oxide, and androgens are Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, Alpha-HGH, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil.

I also find testicular temperature regulatory practices to be quite promising in optimizing androgen levels (uBreeze).

The ideal plan would be all of the solutions stated above plus some external practices such as very light jelqing, stretching or ballooning for increased gains. Note that even without similar practices you’d probably still experience minor to moderate gains.
