Age and Sexual Power
After the mid life the most important thing that will either lead you to a disease and death at your fifties or let you enjoy your life to fullest even after your eighties IS balance of full spectrum hormones in the bloodstream!
The hormones that will keep you young are:
(HGH)-Human Growth Hormone - It drives the entire body function and is responsible for the production of testosterone, estrogen, DHEA and other enzymes that will recharge your system. It will promote mental and physical growth if you are young and promotes healing and cell renewal for adults. Now let's see what promotes HGH production. Sleeping - if you are not getting enough sleep you will experience different symptoms, such as - pain in the back, neck or legs - this will be a direct result of the lowered HGH levels that are in the bloodstream. HGH also affects the production of DHEA, testosterone and estrogen. If you are deficient of sleep you will also suffer from bitter or dry mouth, dizziness, sore throat, worsened concentration, and body pains. If you are sleep deficient in a long term it may result in high blood pressure.
DHEA(many address it as a master hormone)- DHL(a good cholesterol) produces it. DHEA has many function but it is responsible for: join lubrication, lubrication of muscles, healing damaged tissues.
Testosterone - If you are a senior, particularly sexually exhausted, you may be relying on your adrenal function to do the job. It is highly insufficient, though. One need to burn high levels of testosterone in order to charge the nervous system, thus increasing some bio-electric levels which are responsible for awareness, responsiveness and sensing. Testosterone is very important for the joints, it keeps them elastic and flexible, one will need testosterone also to increase the elasticity of sexual contraction muscles, thus improving sexual response. Testosterone can overheat your sexual organs, which will result in a premature ejaculation problems.
Estrogen - It will help your bones build calcium for a stringer bones. Estrogen will also prevent the overheating of the nervous system and will assist switching the sympathetic nervous function to the parasympathetic for bio-electric charging. One will need this hormone for engorgement and lubrication of sex organs. However, the over-cooling of sex organs results in impotence and frigidity.
A healthy life depends on keeping all the hormones balanced in the bloodstream.
