Heavy weight training and weak erections

 |  Anonymous

Hi.I've started to experience weak erections.I had similar problems in the past but reduced the masturbation and started to take some multivitamins so that seemingly did the trick and my erections bettered.Recently I started to go to do heavy weight training in the gym and my erections weakened again.Ive tried taking more of the vitamins and I almost dont masturbate(for 2 weeks) but the erection power is not what it used to be.
What must I do to achieve more powerful erections? Is my heavy training the cause of this and why?I do not do drugs, smoke nor do I drink much, only fridays and my diet is healthy as far as I know.
Greatly appreciated thanks.
Jack

Your exercises induced and excessive release of cortisol and epinephrine that probably caused adrenal and testicular exhaustion that triggered release of excessive prolactin.

You should not do prolonged exercises (more than 60 to 80) minutes because your insulin levels will sharply drop and cortisol and epinephrine will start to rise.

The prolonged exercises (or acute) may cause deficiency of melatonin, because of the deficiency of Serotonin, and GABA, and excessive cortisol and epinephrine in the pineal gland. Without sufficient melatonin release the boost of HGH during exercises won't help the repair of the damaged tissues and nerves, and won't recharge your erectile system either. You may just end up losing weight.

There may be another reason to your symptoms, since you do heavy lifting in the gym I assume you made more muscle mass which uses more of your synthesized DHEA, testosterone, and DHT (through the receptors) and there isn't much left for the penis itself.

AM-HGH, A-Amino, Multi-A, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil will help you rejuvenate your: neuro-endocrine function, Serotonin and GABA proper modulation on the epinephrine and epinephrine axis(in your case), prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide production for healing.

Wish you a fast recovery!
