This topic is about supplements and I have some recommendations for you.

For people suffering from sexual exhaustion and erectile dysfunction I recommend:

Maca organic 500 mg a day
Korean Ginseng 1000 mg a day
Balance-Essentials 1000 mg a day
Green Tea
Zinc 50mg a day

That’s what did the trick for me. Have fun with those.

    Too much Zinc, no?
I’ve tried the Green Tea and didn’t notice much of an improvement.

The Zinc quantity is ok between 30 and 50mg/day. Green tea is a very good antioxidant and the ginseng can help. I would also recommend Tribulus and
Horny Goat Weed, L-arginine and Yohimbe.

Here in Portugal Pau D’Arco (a natural product) is very famous and know for it’s efficiency, I have never tried it though.

Zinc is good to add but there are a couple other things that may help. I added folic acid and iron supplements to my morning vitamins and I’ve noticed I have more energy. Also adding more fruits and veggies to your diet will help.

As general supps for health which may or may not be connected to this – Omega 3 fish oil and a multivit would do no harm. Make sure you get enough Vitamin D too. In the winter when there is little sun and when I’m not taking vitamins I feel like a bag of shit. Just some general ones but no harm in taking them :)

Indeed vit D will cure what ales you.
Also Iron tablets will thicken the blood.

Avoid iron supplements at all cost, the food we eat is full of iron, and you don’t want any more in your body. It can cause severe health problems in the long run. Zinc only 30mg a day.Vitamin C will also increase iron absorption.
