Dear Dr. Richards,

I am 63 years old, considerably overweight (about 75 lbs.) and have been experiencing ED for about 10 years. At first Viagra did the trick pretty well. Then I started having failures with that and tried Cialis. I didn’t have much better results with that and graduated to Trimix injection meds. Those really worked, but sometimes too well (prolonged erection) and sometimes not well enough (fizzle before I could satisfy my wife or myself). I still get erections and can masterbate successfully some of the time, even without any kind of meds! I do suffer from prolonged orgasm. Sometimes, I simply fail to have an orgasm at all.

In addition, lately, I have noticed a strange change in the behavior of my penis. When I get an erection and attempt penetration it seems to bend just behind the head of my penis and penetration is difficult. The shaft from the base of my penis up to the head is very firm, but from that point on it seems to be spongy and bends under pressure. Once penetration is achieved, it seems difficult to stay inside the vagina. This also takes away from the sensation. It will stay erect for the most part, all but the problem are from just under the head up. I think I feel something like a scar tissue or something in that area. When I press on that tissue it is slightly painful. Do you have any idea what is going on?

Also, I find no information as to how to obtain the products mentioned that are supposed to be the cure for ED. Neither would I know which ones, if any, might work for me. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,
CA

ANSWER
Hello,

Actually, it is quite encouraging that even after the use of PDE5 inhibitors and Trimix you are able to achieve erections and masturbate successfully without supportive drugs and substances.

The specific changes in the behavior of the penis you described are associated with improper corpus spongiosum functioning that would be very obvious at the end of the corpora cavernosa (as you observed for yourself). One will also suffer from desensitization. However, the penis will keep its rigidity through the proper functioning of the corpora cavernosa alone, which is supplied with blood independently. There are several factors that may alter proper corpus spongiosum functioning, such as: internal collagen scar release, circulatory issues, excessive stress and inflammatory locally present hormones, low prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide levels, and nerve damage.

Every one of these issues may be addressed properly for a complete sexual function restoration.
In this specific case, a combination of Alpha-Amino, Alpha-AGH, Zeolite-DA, Multi-Alpha, Ultra-Purified-FishOil will better the nervous and endocrine functioning, detoxify the liver, increase androgen hormones production, decrease inflammatory response, better the erection power, and promote healthy prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide levels.

Numerous solutions will prove to be of great assistance in additionally increasing the androgens by testicle temperature regulation (uBreeze).

Also the supportive SR-Cream dosage (1/2 or 1/4) will prove to be very beneficial in increasing locally the levels of prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide, as well as increasing the sensitivity.

You should also abstain from sexual activities for 2 to 4 weeks.

Glad if I could help!
