 |  Anonymous

over the past few years i have been masturbating more and noticed that I have been stressing out over anything and become nervous a lot usually I a calm person and don't let stuff stress me, nut lately i just anxious for no reason and then i found out my hormones like testerone are little low, i also notice that my muscle mass and bone mass is smaller and i feel like i'm weaker than i was a few years ago, when i get up in the morning my body is stiff and pain in joints and i'm only 21, is the reason because of masturbation also sometimes if i walk outside my eye are really light sensitive then when i come in my pupils stay dilated too long, can you tell me what to do to gain my body weight back and to stop being anxious?

Yes, as you suspected, you are experiencing symptoms of sexual exhaustion.

Light sensitivity is common, you may want to take a look Here if not already.

The stiff joints and the anxious feeling are a clear indication of heightened stress and inflammatory hormones levels, such as: epinephrine, norepinephrine, cortisol, histamine, and prostaglandin E2. These will also cause muscle wasting and will gradually completely destroy ones hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis proper functioning. It is an ill cycle of inflammation that has to be broken.
The sufferers will commonly be prescribed antidepressants that will also harm the proper organisms functioning - Here

All this can and should be avoided.

I would suggest a combination of A-Amino, GRB6-GABA, Griffonia simplicifolia - 5HTP, Multi-A, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil to restore proper nervous and endocrine functioning, restore proper acetylcholine, serotonin, dopamine, and GABA levels, modulate inflammatory response and sympathetic functioning, better hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis for more androgens, rewrite the negative neuroplasticity, jump start the CNS, and increase prostaglandins E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide.

You should also modulate your diet, smile and laugh more often (even if there is nothing funny), exercise, take showers and massages.
