As many of you may have noticed, since the last site update dates from 07/11/2011, that Dr. Richards hasn't been fully available for the last 2 weeks. His availability should improve in 5 to 10 days, and of course, will return dedicated to answer every one of your questions.
Other than that, the administrative and customer support part of the site is always functioning, and the products available. Any ordered items will be delivered promptly.
