Current Symptoms (03/16/2014): extreme fatigue, excessive urination, full bladder sensations, hair-loss, hair discoloration, heart palpitations, tinnitus, irritability, no confidence, insomnia
These symptoms will be crossed-out as they disappear and notes will be made as I go on with my abstinence.  I will try to be as thorough as possible in tracking my progress in the meantime.

Sup, man. Keep up the good work. I guess the first to disappear should be the tinnitus and possibly the the full bladder sensation since they may be more directly related to inflammatory processes that subside 20-40% relatively quickly.. probably in 10 days or so.

Yo! I have a question for you as relates to that. How drastically do you think masturbation could potentially effect someone with inflammation issues (regardless of whether or not they are related)? I know that partaking in the habit causes an inflammatory response – I’m just curious as to the extent if someone’s not in ideal health.

It could definitely be devastating if you’re not in a good health already. I know I have severe hangovers the days where I’ve overtrained + masturbated. It is much, much milder if it’s just overtraining or just masturbation. So it adds up to a breaking point pretty rapidly with masturbation. Inflammation issues and if there’s overmasturbation involved are almost always related on several levels at least.

I see you’ve failed 3 days ago. I myself have done the exact same mistake countless times and still do. A mild stimulation avalanches into a full blown session. How are you doing now, man?

      Agreed.

I’m not doing too well on the abstinence this month. I’ve got some stressors and obviously stimulants to counter. Not fantastic. I’ll try keeping this updated.

Lol, none of these symptoms are caused by masturbating or not masturbating.

    1. briggsbriggs

That is one incorrect and ignorant statement to make.

Is there a reason that you’re here? Just wondering.

How is it going, Brad? I see 3 failures over the previous week which can indeed be kind of discouraging. Any symptom improvement?

Hey dude. Meh, I’m alright. Obviously this month’s been disastrous in terms of abstaining. I’ve just been stressed, haven’t been getting sufficient sleep, etc. As you can imagine, I’ve experienced no marked signs of symptomatic improvement. If anything, I’m more worn out but that’s probably obvious at this point.

I’ve gotta get back on the ball and that’s that.
