Over masturbation/ pain in the head

 |  Anonymous

I think i am suffering from over masturbation but not sure. I noticed in the past year i started masturbating more and started feeling stressed out, panic attacks, shaky nervous for no reason, low back pain stiff joints, fatigue, digestive problems, eye sensitivity and eye soreness and pain in the back of the brain that scares me, and i read these are sexual exhaustion symptoms but one symptom i didn't have was weak erection and i thought this was a main symptom. i can get a good hard erection quick, but i think i ejaculate too soon, i use too hold it longer, but now i can orgasm sometimes within a minute, can i fully recover back to how i was before all of this?

Yes, you're suffering from symptoms of sexual exhaustion.

The symptoms listed are frequently observed with sexual exhaustion. One may suffer from quite a few symptoms and still be able to perform well sexually if the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis is functioning properly. It is an individual feature, through different gene expressions some men will suffer from faulty working hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis and low androgens in the beginning of the exhaustion, that is when the modulation of inflammatory and stress hormones release is weakened.

In your case the organism is still managing to keep reasonable amounts of androgens to be burned through sexual activities, but the inflammatory response is severe and damaging. The panic attacks, stress, nervousness, pain in the head, premature ejaculation, vision problems, low back pain, are all related to abnormal serotonin, dopamine, acetylcholine, and GABA levels, along with excessive cortisol, epinephrine and norepinephrine through the excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversions, histamine, glutamate, and prostaglandin E2, along with the followed artery constriction and then even increased inflammation. Not to be excessively pessimistic, would say that loss of erection power and proper sexual functioning is quite probable, eventually.

A full recovery is usually very possible. Since the cycle of inflammation is self supporting, there are numerous problems that has to be addressed at once to avoid negative feedback mechanisms and rewrite the negative neuroplasticity developed.

- A combination of A-Amino, Multi-A, GRB6-GABA, BC-Liver, Griffonia simplicifolia - 5HTP, Ultra-Purified-FishOil to restore proper nervous and endocrine functioning, stabilize acetylcholine, serotonin, dopamine, GABA levels, aid the weakened modulation on inflammatory and stress response, detoxify the burdened liver (since such severe inflammation would not be possible with proper liver functioning) and restore its P450 system, increase prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide production, alter numerous gene expressions and eventually rewrite the negative neuroplasticity.

- Negative ion exposure, massages, proper diet, sexual abstinence for 2 to 4 weeks, exercise, and possitive attitude will be helful.

Glad if I could help!

erection/sleep

thank you for that info, it is really helpful, I will try my best to restore my nervous system and endocrine, because i don't want to lose erection power. I have one more question if you don't mind, i really don't get enough sleep and i read that the parasympathetic nervous system recharges itself by sleep and resting and that it controls erection and other organs, by not getting enough sleep will that slow down recovery time?

Yes, it is important that you sleep at least 6 to 8 hours per 24 hour cycle - 8 to 10 would be even better. Less than 6 hours will, indeed, slow down the recovery process.
