Payment Options

We currently accept all the major credit cards through PayPal generated cart. It is extremely easy to purchase everything you need. The payments and credit card numbers are secured through the default PayPal system, also through the existence of PayPal Resolution Center you can be one hundred percent convinced that you will either receive the ordered items or get your money back. All you need to do is just choose the right life enriching supplements and observe the difference for yourself later.

Making a purchase
If you click on the add to cart button you will be sent to your secure PayPal Shopping Cart. You will be presented with the options to:

• Change the quantity of the products you want to order and click update cart
• Continue shopping - this will return you to the site
• Poceed to Checkout to make a purchase - you can then log into your paypal profile and proceed with the purchase, or click on the "continue checkout" on the left side of the screen. Then you will be presented with the standard fields you need to fill in order to make the purchase, please be very specific for the shipping address and email. PayPal will then process the payment, you will also be asked to chose a password, this is so because PayPal will automatically create you a profile so you will be able to shop with the same card information via paypal without having to fill the same information again and again. The PayPal profile is extremely secure, there is no tax for having it, and you may chose not to use it at all.

Receipt
Paypal automatically sends receipts to the buyers - they get the receipt to the email address they used for the purchase. You can always print the receipt.

Shipping and Delivery

Due to certain complaints regarding the delivery time (which used to be in the range of 10-25 business days via international postal services) from now on 01.08.2012 most of the orders will be processed and delivered through private courier services - EMS, UPS, FedEx or DHL (2 to 5 business days), thus the heightened shipping cost. Taking in account the supply and demand, orders are processed and sent from our warehouse locations (and a local employee) situated in US, UK, Bulgaria, and France.

If your address cannot be verified by our address verification system, your order may be delayed while we contact you to confirm the address.

Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses do not receive valid tracking numbers for security reasons.

Please note that there may be some countries we are unable to ship to due to Customs regulations.

Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country and are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for the delays this may cause.

In the event a shipment does not arrive, we need to be notified no later than 2 weeks from the recorded delivery date. In some instances the customer may be required to sign for a package, this is solely at the discretion of the shipping company.

If a package is returned after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order less shipping and less a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order amount.

Tracking
Tracking is available. You should contact the customer support for additional information.

Confidentiality
The actual sender is usually one of our local warehouses employees, used for descriptive information and better confidentiality. Also the package itself is usually a plain container, so there won't be anything indicative of the intended purpose on the outside.
