Hi dr, I don’t know if u remember me but I have been using your products as directed by you for a month now and I see some improvements, I have been using 5htp neetle, gaba6, ultra purified fish oil, alpha hgh, multi alpha, Alpha amino, sr cream and zeolite, racing thoughts has reduced and depression has also reduced I have less thoughts of suicide too, I have made a second order to double the gaba6, 5htp neetle and multi alpha going from 1 capsule a day to 2 capsules a day, however my major concern is my penis size as it never developed because I started masturbation when my semen wasn’t even formed, it’s way below average, I am 23 years old and 6ft 6 tall, also my thighs waist and legs are extremely weak, but I’ll reiterated, my penis size is extremely below average, is there any chance of it growing to its full potential or am I just doomed for life, my treatment is going well as far as stress goes but whenever I think about my penis and how it has never developed to its full potential I just get depressed instantly, I remeber hurting myself in the groin area about the age of thirteen but the pain has gone away, could I have damaged any pathway to the penis. Yes, forms of penile underdevelopment are not that uncommon with people that started masturbating too early and did it too often. It is difficult to prove it statistically, though, as there is no clear indication what the size would have been otherwise. There are studies that suggest a strong direct correlation between androgens levels and size, though, and we are aware that sexual activities affect those in a very direct manner. Neurotransmitters, neurohormones, and their respective receptors play a crucial role as well (there are just indirect proofs at the moment, but is strongly implied), and are influenced by sexual activities as well.

Up to this point there is no statistical proof of correlation but I have noticed myself that sexual exhaustion sufferers tend to report severe thigh discomfort or exhaustion. Even patients with what I consider mild exhaustion feel exhaustion and/or inflammation in the thigh area, leading me to believe that there is a very direct correlation.

The method is simple in its core. Once you’ve assured that your penis is supplied with enough androgens, NO, prostaglandins E1 E3 and other agents ensuring its health (even in times of increased tissue stress), you’ll have to perform what is considered to be a very mild erection jelqing, most commonly performed with 2 finger “o” grip. Unlike regular jelqing, the grip should just barely touch the tissues, so that it will create a very mild tolerable pressure just above your regular penile capability (probably 101% to 103%). It should not be performed for more than 10 minutes and you should definitely use external heat to warm the tissues up. The pressure remains the key factor here, the grip should be barely touching the penis.

This will eventually safely expand it in both length and girth.

Yes, dosage-wise is completely fine and is usually very tolerable.

There are numerous official tests that may be performed to determine any penile nervous tissue damage. Most include a form of electrodiagnostic vibratory testing. However, before they are performed, the physician will usually try to assess general nerve damage by squeezing your penile glans and monitoring your anus (usually referred to as bulbocavernosus reflex test). If there’s no severe damage, the anus should contract almost immediately.

Of course, you can use common sense to determine the severity (or not) of the situation by monitoring basic penile tissue “feel” and sensation.

It’s not uncommon to experience a similar increase in symptom severity. However, as you mentioned, it should be both shorter and less severe than from regular masturbation.

It sounds very reasonable, given that you’ve slightly increased GRB6-GABA dosages as well.

It’s a tricky issue. Increasing androgens while still addressing and fixing serotonin-GABA nervous modulation on excitatory and inflammatory response may produce PSAS / PGAD symptoms and ruin any sexual abstinence attempts in their roots.

However, if you’re dedicated to trying their effects a bit sooner than scheduled, I’d recommend using them for 10 to 20 minutes per day at most.

Thanks for your response dr, I am finding it really hard to get a good feeling and keep it for long periods, usually I feel okay for a week then feel terrible the next week, let me give you an overview of how I take my supplements, in the mornings immediately after waking up I take one pill of alpha hgh, one pill of alpha amino, and a tea spoon of zeolite, then I’ll have breakfast in 30 mins to an hour, immediately after breakfast I take one pill of multi alpha, ultra purified fish oil and 5htp neetle, after 5 hours I take another pill of alpha amino on an empty stomach, then I eat lunch in about 30 mins to an hour, immediately after lunch I take one pill of multi alpha, ultra purified fish oil and 5htp neetle, then an hour before bed I take 2 pills of grb6, on my life style, I work 1 full time job and one part time job, my part time job is on Thursday through Sunday’s in a night club, during those times I’ve noticed that’s when I am at my worst because of lack of sleep, however thus far I feel less depressed, depression is still very much present but on certain days I feel pretty well, I feel less stress too, frequency urinating hasn’t improved at all, i am still very weak and skinny, no muscle at all, I still get hot flashes in public places or when put under pressure but it has immensely lessened since I started my treatment, hands are still red wet and very cold, sometimes from red hot and dry with almost my palms getting cut, I feel too heated on the inside frequently,I still have very poor stress tolerance but it has gotten a little better, I still shake a lot too, circulation is still poor but better, testicles are still very very small and low hanging, my digestive problems have not improved at all as bloating, sizeable stools and constipation are still very much present, I feel full after eating a small meal,heart rate is still pounding at times, I urinate20 mins after drinking water, I have totally changed my diet to fish, sardines tuna, vegetables and fruits only, totally gluten free, I haven’t eaten bread for the past 3 weeks I eat almonds and pumpkin seeds everyday, i even soak them so that I won’t get any trouble digesting and absorbing them,I try to lead a stress free life but I live in downtown New York which is very stressful, noises, trains ,busses people everywhere I turn, basically the treatment has done a tremendous job reducing anxiety, stress and depression, however I have major fluctuations sometimes in a single day sometimes week to week or couple of days apart, sorry for the length of this email but I want you to have an overview of everything and see if I need to make any adjustments or add any products, I am doing everything in my power to get better but it has proven to be a very hard and overwhelming task, sometimes I just wanna jump of a cliff and sometimes I am reasonably happy. I apologize for the delayed response.

It’s definitely not common to experience all of the symptoms after months of treatment. However, I’d say that around 5% to 8% of the cases have been observed to show delayed improvement. Some of the cases could even be categorized as “permanent” in regards to internal damage done, usually involving cases with heavy alcohol and substance abuse, or even prolonged severe sexual exhaustion (10 to 15 years at least). Such circumstances usually result in what could be considered as difficult to reverse moderate damage on numerous organs.

That being said, by what you’ve described so far, you do not fall in that category. Still, certain underlying or even seemingly unrelated condition may be causing the delayed improvement. I’d definitely need any medical history or records of known conditions to assess the situation with greater precision.

You did well to discontinue the combination after the initial 4 months of no improvement and reassess the condition.

The general lifestyle improvements such as massages, negative ion exposure, exercise, improved diet, and diminished sexual activity should definitely be taken a closer look at and improved further if possible.

General blood tests are usually ineffective in detecting the imbalanced state since they fail to monitor neurotransmitter levels in the brain (even indirect relations to different hormone levels that could be used to possibly gauge and speculate of neurotransmitter imbalances are completely ignored, so the said method remains largely undeveloped). Moreover, the range of acceptable results is quite wide.

I would have suggested a Free T4 and TSH test, though, but it seems to have been covered.

I can’t seem to get enough sleep though, is there any chance that I was not absorbing the products?

We can’t exclude that as a possibility, naturally, although it is usually not the case. However, if you’ve suffered from Celiac Disease (shown in any form of gluten intolerance) and left it unattended for long periods of time, you may have sustained light to moderate damage to your villi (tiny hair-like projections in the lining of the small intestine that are crucial to nutrient absorption into the bloodstream) due to the frequent autoimmune inflammatory responses affecting the area.

Others less likely occurrences and conditions that may have affected your absorption capabilities over time are: lactose intolerance, inflammatory bowel disease, and tropical sprue (if you’ve recently changed locations and live in a somewhat tropical climate).

Finally, the most uncommon conditions that could have affected proper nutrient absorption and should be excluded are: hemochromatosis and whipple’s disease.

I’d say that anywhere in between 2 to 5 months could be considered.
I’d also advise you to include the other beneficial practices I mentioned in my previous post in an improved manner (which holds the potential to highly increase their efficacy).
As far as blood test recommendations go (and since the condition remains unresolved), I’d suggest a catecholamines test, 5-HIAA blood test (usually used to detect carcinoid syndrome, but in this instance may be useful on its own to show relative serotonin levels), a total testosterone test (if not done already), and possibly acetylcholine receptor antibody test to rule out myasthenia gravis.
