Premature ejaculation and Post-Micturition Dribble

 |  Anonymous

Hi there Dt.Richards! I can't thank you enough for helping all of these people through their sexual dysfunction. It's a nice thing you're doing.

I Have researched a lot about premature ejaculation since I started being sexually active for the first time earlier this year. I have always masturbated real quick and have had sexual exhaustion symptoms, so I have begun taking the dietary supplements that you have. I went to the urologist today about my post micturition dribble and he didn't really do anything to help, and he also just told me my premature ejaculation problem would pass. I wanted to show him your website, but since there are no tests proving any of this stuff he just said he couldn't comment. Sort of sad, but oh well.

Check out this website:

I have this theory that my post micturition dribble and premature ejaculation are related, because of the weak bulbocavernosus muscle that is causing my dribble. the bulbocavernosus are closely related to the PC muscles, and I think at least that I have very strong PC muscles, because I have to use my pc's to get the rest of the urine to drip out. But It is hard to relax my pc's (which i think is using my bc's) Like the anal breathing method. Anyway How should I correct this problem? How do you workout your bulbocavernosus (BC) muscle? Do you think the reason why it is so weak is because I have such strong PC muscles? Please help!

Thank you for the kind words!

Kegels will actually contract the BC muscle as well, you just have to be a bit focused if you want to isolate the excercise. Strong PC muscles shouldn't cause weak BC muscles. However, you shouldn't perform Kegels too frequently, since it will cause premature ejaculation.

Also post micturition dribble and premature ejaculation may be related through other variables, such as blood flow and prostaglandin E1 E2 concentrations in the area, as well as other factors that may influence muscle health and responses.
