I am 33 years old, I've been maustarbating since I was 11 from 3 to 8 times a day. I got married but my marriage was failed, I thing my sexual interests were the resbonsible for that, since I was doing maustarabtion while watching porgraphy since the last 3 years. now I have a limping erection very weak erectin. Erection is ok as long as I'm lying on my back and it go for 1 minte, then erection stops after one minute. I can't get erection If I'm standing vertically for more than few seconds. my peins is bent down severly.My semen volume is 10-15 ml my sperm number is 5 million and motility is very low morphology is very bad as well. I stopped masturbation 40 days ago but still very slight improvement is being observed. please help me what can I do??? For how long time should I stop sex till I get better. I want to marry again, so I stopped masturbation but I'm afraid tha I will never become better. please help. what should I eat? is bodybuilding is better or jogging??do the penis extender useful for my case?? please help.

You are certainly suffering from sexual exhaustion.

The heavy masturbation discharged your acetylcholine, dopamine, serotonin, and GABA, increased stress and inflammatory hormonal release of prolactin, prostaglandin E2, cortisol, epinephrine, norepinephrine, blew the nervous modulation on dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine, discharged the CNS, altered the neuroplasticity for good 22 years, and locked hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis. This of course affected your testicular function for low sperm count and motility, semen volume, and morphology.
