hello,

I have been masturbating almost every day (usual once or twice a day) since I was 14. when I hit 18 my masturbation habit got worse, I would masturbate 3-4 times a day and some masturbation session could last 3-4 hours easy.
I was about 19 when symptoms of sexual exhaustion started to apear. When I hit 20 I was had almost all of the symptoms. At that point I decided to cut back my masturbation with little successe. I was able to cut back to once a day (although evey month or so I would slip back to 2) and of course my symptoms still presisted.

When I was 22 I had enough and was able to gather my will power and not masterbate for almost an entire month. since then I was able to cut back my masturbatoin to once every 3-5 days , and sometimes even longer. I am 23 now and I have seen some slight improvements in my health.

My questions are:
1) Will I ever recover if I keep this up?

2) what kind of supplments can I use to help boost recovery? please note that Im currently in a country where the drugs/supplements you decribe is impossible to get in the local pharmacy, and importing the drugs/supplements will cost hundreds of dollars to get through customs (which I cant afford). so If you could tell me what food I could eat instead that contains those supplements that would be great.

3) What else can I do to help my recovery?

4) How long will it take to recover? I understand that each case is diffrent but if you could just give me a rough estimate that would help a lot.

5) can you tell me some cases where someone was able to make a complete recovery?
Thank you for your time

ANSWER
Hello,

“1) Will I ever recover if I keep this up?”

Since you’ve mentioned that you suffer from all the symptoms of sexual exhaustion, which indicates a severe case, I would say that – yes, it is possible, but won’t prove to be an easy task.

“2) what kind of supplments can I use to help boost recovery? please note that Im currently in a country where the drugs/supplements you decribe is impossible to get in the local pharmacy, and importing the drugs/supplements will cost hundreds of dollars to get through customs (which I cant afford). so If you could tell me what food I could eat instead that contains those supplements that would be great.”

Well, almost every kind of food will prove to be beneficial in a way. However, for the exact balance you may want to contact a dietologist. Foods to be avoided are: soy, milk with prostaglandin E2 analogs, too much red meat, refined sugar of any kind, and fructose (not from fruits).

“3) What else can I do to help my recovery?”

There are numerous things that may speed up ones recovery, such as: exercise, negative ion therapy, positive thinking, massages, meditation, and self affirmations.

“4) How long will it take to recover? I understand that each case is diffrent but if you could just give me a rough estimate that would help a lot.”

It is difficult to say and depends on numerous factors. A full recovery may take from several months to a few years.

“5) can you tell me some cases where someone was able to make a complete recovery?”

There are many, many cases of people who fully recovered. I’m not permited to share any of the cases in my personalpractice by law, but then again, you may search the cases in this site that experienced a full recovery.
