Sexual exhaustion help

 |  Anonymous

I began to experience sexual exhaustion around january 2010. It definetly came about from my increased masterbation during my freshman year of college. my symptoms began with premature ejaculation that gradually progressed into occasional ED and then more severe ED. It seems clear to me that my parasymthetic nerves have been weakened and i wanna fix my body. Since finding out what has caused this i have stopped all masterbatory activity but still have sex once a week or so. However i will tell my gf we need to take a sexual break so that i can heal if u think that will help. I take 5htp, GABA, Acetyl L carnitine, Lechithin, Milk thistle, fishoils, and multivatmins to help my body heal. I stopped talking L tyrosine because i heard it wasnt that good for you. I have noticed some improvments and wake up most mornings with an ok erection, though not as powerful as it used to be. i was also begging to last longer but last week cummed in less than a minute again. I will do anyhting it takes to heal please any advice to my routine and supplements would be so helpful. I forgot to mention that I am 19 and as exercise i walk 5 miles a day and eat a healthy balanced diet.

It seems that you are on the right track there. However, as you may have noticed yourself, just random and not specialized supplementation is not enough for a fast enough recovery, since there are various feedback mechanisms that will negate the progress, or even worsen the condition. I would suggest to keep the 5-HTP and the GABA (make sure that are using the right formula to penetrate the blood-brain barrier). Should also add AM-HGH, A-Amino, Multi-A, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil.

The combination will better the nervous and endocrine function, stabilize serotonin-GABA nervous modulation on inflammatory response, better hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis proper functioning, stabilize acetylcholine, serotonin, dopamine, GABA levels, increase androgens, aid proper parasympathetic functioning, and increase
prostaglandin E1 E3 and NO for healing.

Best Regards,
M. Richards
