Last summer, directly after a relatively extended masturbation I noticed my penis was extremely dry and shriveled up. Two or three months later, I began to feel a sort of soft spot near the base of my penis when erect. It was directly in the center on the topside. I did not think too much of it but it gradually progressed into a shallow groove that ran from the base, narrowing before the glans. I wonder whether i damaged a ligament or something but i don’t know of any that run down the entire topside of the penis? Erections started to get weaker and the glans especially did not seem to ever feel hard. I don’t know when it happened but i ended up with a penis that is small and hard in the flaccid state as many others have described. I also noticed a “degeneration” of the muscles at the base of the penis though with vigilant abstinence they seem to come back. I have gone through cycles of abstinence and cutting out masturbation but i always end up back in the same place.

I am only 17, a year of my life has gone by like this and i can’t imagine living the rest of it out like this. Any Advice?

ANSWER
Yes, the symptoms described are indicative of a soft tissue damage, probably corpus spongiosum.

Usually, a damage to the tissue will immediately set off a collagen scar tissue release. At first, the collagen will be soft and not calcified, so it would be possible to be felt as a soft spot that will replace the damaged tissues and may even form a groove.

The loss of erection power is a probable result of the impaired penile circulation, possible nerve damage, and the inability of the penis to seal off an erection through the improper corpus spongiosum functioning.

It is a problem that has to be addressed properly, better in the early stages, to avoid further complications.
In the specific case, a combination of Alpha-AGH, a Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil will better hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular functioning for heightened androgens responsible for penile tissue health, better the penile blood flow, and increase Nitric Oxide and elasticity prostaglandin E1 for scar tissue dissolution and healing.

Also, the specially developed SR-Cream for this exact purpose, applied once a day, will locally increase the levels of prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide, sensitize the tissues, better the erection quality, and eventually restore proper penile functioning.

Testicle cooling will also prove to be effective in additionally increasing androgens.

Hot wraps will also prove to be beneficial.

Glad If I could help!

UPDATE
Finally a concrete answer! Thank you so much. I plan on using your products but on top of that what should be my long term route to recovery? I will probably have to see another urologist, (hopefully better ones than in the past) and some sort of surgical procedure might be necessary? And in terms of getting erections and orgasm, should i continue to avoid until this gets fixed properly?
Thanks a lot doc

ANSWER
“On top of that what should be my long term route to recovery?”

You may want to make some positive diet and lifestyle changes. Should definitely avoid soy, milk with prostaglandin E2 analogs, much red meat, refined sugar, and fructose corn syrup. Also, exercise, negative ion exposure, massages, and diminished sexual activity but increased blood circulation to the area by spontaneous erections and/or mentally stimulated ones will prove to be of assistance.

“And in terms of getting erections and orgasm, should i continue to avoid until this gets fixed properly?”

Should ejaculate once every 2 to 4 weeks for 2-4 months, and continue for some time after the issue has been completely resolved.

“I will probably have to see another urologist, (hopefully better ones than in the past) and some sort of surgical procedure might be necessary?”

Yes, however, shouldn’t be too hasty to do any surgical procedures.
