Hey Dr. Richards, same kinda thing going on as previous posts. I'm 17 for one and this freaks me out a lot! This hard flaccid thing started in December 2009, I have no idea how, possible form working out wrong or masturbating to roughly? I also go circumcised 3 weeks ago, which had no affect on anything, just thought id throw that in there.

i just read the text about the "persistent sexual arousal syndrome". i suffer from psas and haven´t found any solution for this problem yet.
your advice is, to boost my prostaglandin E-1/E-3 and nitric oxide production.
but how will i be able to do that? i guess i need some pharmaceuticals, but which? do i have to go to the neurologist?

I am a 46 year old male and I suffer from antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). Due to this autoimmune disorder, I am on lifelong Warfarin anticoagulation therapy. I take 5 mg of Wararin per day and my INR is reasonably stable at 2.7.

I suffer from premature ejaculation and sexual exhaustion with very weak erection and although I've been taking your supplements and not ejaculating, I have been jerking and rubbing when I get anxious from not having sex. Is this setting me back even though I'm not actually ejaculating?

I am suffering from sexual exhaustion, and get the stinging pain in the penis and at the base.

I have noted that sometimes my night erections are stuck, in that I have to walk around to get rid of them. Would this be a result of the inflamations which are going on?
