I have a small tight scrotum, is there anything I can do to increase the flow of circulation to that region? Im 23 and it has always been like this. I mean, it is really tight and especially so during sex and throughout the day. Interesting fact is that it gets somewhat better throughout the night and I cant really explain it to myself. Also sometimes when either cold of hot my skin (hands and legs) turns all patchy and I dont know if it is related.

I had my nose cauterized when I was young, sometimes when Im cold the marks on my hands where they put the little needles in, the area around it turns a orangey pinky/purple color, Ive always thought it was due to bad circulation and I think this circulation issue may be related to the scrotum tightness, I dont know.

My main issue here is the constant tight scrotum I’m considering surgery. It doesn’t cause me any pain, except the tight feeling of discomfort, and i know it should hang a lot more than it does.

Your thoughts appreciated.

have you tried keeping it really warm? but then again, balls are supposed to be cool so may not be the brightest idea.

sounds related to the circadian rhythm somehow.

Interesting. I have but it is all day, now I think it may be hormone related since there’s not other explanation to why would it be day-night cycle changing with you.

It seems like this is a personal problem which could be related to certain hormones / neurotransmitters (such as serotonin to melatonin ratio and conversion), inflammation, or even poor circulation caused by injury or other local tissue abnormality (such as improper prostaglandin levels).
