Too much masturbation/weight change
4 years ago my weight was 165, I worked out every other day and was in the best physical shape I ever had been in. Then I started watching porn more also and notice I increase masturbating to everyday until I started getting stress out and anxiety for no reason, I would wake up with blurry vision, tight muscles, burning back of head,excessive sweating, stomach cramps and sore penis,now I weight 150,I feel like I've loss muscle mass and bone mass and I know I have loss strength because I feel weak all time and and my digestion is really off, I could eat anything and feel good with bowel movements everyday, now my digestion is really slow, I feel bloated allot and constipation. I been to doctors for blood work and urine test and they are fine and say it's just some ibs, so I found out these symptoms could be related to masturbation. How can all this be linked to over masturbation? Should I stop and for how long?

Yes, the problems are most probably related to over masturbation.
The altered acetylcholine, serotonin, dopamine, and GABA levels and modulation on inflammatory response increased norepinephrine, epinephrine, histamine, cortisol, and prostaglandin E2. The symptoms of a faulty working modulation on inflammatory response are as you described - the tight muscles, sweating, weight loss, and digestive function abnormalities are mainly as a result of a heightened epinephrine, cortisol levels, and serotonin abnormalities. Much is going on, there will be artery constriction to worsen the condition.
Yes - you should stop for 2 to 4 weeks. However, this alone is usually not effective enough, since the cycle of inflammation is self supporting and has to be broken.

Doc, you keep mentioning that the cycle of inflammation has to be broken, but how do you break it?
I've been eating healthy whole foods for months, I take a multi-vitamin and fish oils, I have experimented with 5-htp and Arginine and have not seen muc results. I still experience symptoms of sexual exhaustion and the "firm flaccid" from time to time. Over the past 6 months things have improved slightly, but nothing close to how I was before.
Any other suggestions on how to break the inflammation besides the supplements? And do you recommend ejaculating once in like 2 week (to allow recovery) for as long as it takes? Or just at first?

There are usually several issues that has to be addressed at once. Chronic inflammation will promote a never ending cycle of inflammation through:
-Lowered acetylcholine, serotonin, dopamine, and GABA levels which will eventually lead to internal stress and inflammation response
-Adrenal gland adjustments to chronically create more stress and inflammatory hormones, such as cortisol and epinephrine, for the expense of DHEA
-Artery constriction for less blood flow and thus increased local inflammation
-The increased levels of cortisol, prostaglandin E2, norepinephrine, epinephrine, and especially prolactin will negatively affect the levels of GnRH, LH and FSH, and together with the arterial inflammation and constriction will kill testicular function as well as hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis' proper functioning. Less androgens to modulate inflammatory response, testicular tissue health, insulin resistence, energy levels, tissue and testicular health, proper nts. and hormonal conversions, and neurotransmitters homeostasis will result in even more vicious cycle of inflammation to suppress them even further through low dopamine levels and chronically high prolactin. The overactive sexual activities will slowly drain the organism of its potential for rejuvenation.
You must transform your neuroplasticity to a positive one. The inter neuronal connections have been developed and ordered to process information in a specific manner.
