Very weak-very painful erection

i am 25 years old,2 months ago i had tragically car accident and now i am still sleeping on my back because i have pelvic fracture ( fracture of both inferior pubic bone and vertical fracture of right ala of sacrum ) and also my urinary bladder was ruptured and my prostate was displaced but urethra was intact,i had urethral catheter for about 1 month, now i am still in my bed nowi have problem yesterday it was fist erection since the accident,i am very worried, it was very very weak and was so painful,when only peins try to erect at night the pain prevent it,my peins was tender and is firm flaccid most of time , also urination is painful and urinate several times and each time the voulme of urine is decreased,when urinate pain is elevate and flaccid become normal only for minute my question is : what is the expexted cause of my case in painful and rarely erection , is there are somthing my be occur during surgery of repair bladder and prostate ?? i am afiad ..also when i see that stimulation begin to occur pain is increased in penis area ,, SO erection not occur also there is no ejuculation ,also i want to say that when i touch the middle area of the base of peins there are huge pain radiating anteriorly what can i do in this period while i will also stay for other 3 weak waiting pelvic bone to heal ...thank u so much

This is extremely severe case. There might be many internal hematomas, along with the ruptured bladder and displaced prostate I would say that you are lucky you can even achieve erections.
