I’m blessed I found your site! I must tell you that I don’t have other sexual exhaustion symptoms except premature ejaculation. So I was wondering if you can tell me all the reasons for a man 23 to prematurely ejaculate I can understand if I have a real problem.

Thank you in advance, this site is truly awesome and as I can see helps a lot of people!

ANSWER
Mark, thank you for the kind words.
Generally speaking, premature ejaculation is a complicated issue.

To name some causes:

1.Hypersensitive glans and urethra due to excessive histamine and prostaglandin E2 release, along with less endorphin.
2.A sympathetic neuroplasticity of the prostate muscle (PC muscle) caused by nervous reflextion training – kegels for example.
3.High testosterone levels but at the same time insufficient serotonin, GABA, and endorphin functions, along with low levels of prolactin.
4.Excessive precum leakage.
5.Weak erection.
6.Poor semen quality (high in prostaglandin E2, glutamate, norepinephrine, epinephrine, and low in serotonin, GABA, and endorphin)
7.A low parasympathetic serotonin, and GABA nervous control on the sympathetic nervous action in the brain and the prostate.
