Choline actually converts to acetylcholine which is a neurotransmitter in peripheral nervous system (PNS) and central nervous system (CNS) so i can see how some strange symptoms may occur due to overdose or something. try discontinuing just the choline it and see what will happen.

if you get numb and tingly lips, too, this may be hyperpnoea and even mild oxygen toxicity caused by excessive and i mean really excessive and chronic l-arginine usage.
