Hi, first of all, excuses about my English. I’m improving in this area ;)

Well, my history is very long. I’ve been reading a lot of articles in this site and after two years looking for answers for my Severe ED, I think I’ve found the definitive explanation: SE.

Now, I’m in my 14 month of no PMO and I’ve lost 20 kg, I’m a fit person that practices sports 4/5 times at week, vegetarian, balanced diet, non smoker from two years ago, I’ve tried this supplements: Vitamin D, Pycnogenol, Horny Goat Weed, L Tyrosin, L Arginine, Maca, B12, Yohimbine, Vitamin b6, b3, b12, c, …. And any result. Just I can notice Yohimbine when I mix it with Viagra. In fact, I’ve made all of these changes because of my ED.

As I’ve written before my history is quite long. I’m 38 yo and since I can remember I’m severe ED. I began masturbating with 8 years with no arousal(I didn’t think about women, I just was looking for the dopamine effects), and with 17 I was a porn expert. I MO 4/5 times at day for sure. And I was doing it since 14 months ago, when I found a web page that related ED to porn. Well, maybe from 18 to now, 1 or 2 times per day (MO)

My symptoms are:

-	Severe ED. I can’t never get an erection, no porn and much less with a sexual partner. I can only get it with Viagra 100% and it’s a weak erection 70-80%. I take Viagra since 25 yo. At least I can fuck, bad but I can fuck.
-	No morning wood ain’t spontaneous erections
-	I’ve never had a wet dream.
-	Very low libido. Now I have realized that before I masturbated because I was bored and I forced my ejaculations and my weak erections.
-	Back pain
-	General exhaustion
-	I can’t get up in the morning, I’m really tired
-	Panic attacks, low depression chronic state, permanent anxiety, I had a paranoia phase too a lot of years ago
-	Now I’m taking one Lorazepam pill per day and another of Deprax for my anxiety and depression for ten years.
-	Chronic asthma and bronchitis
- Excessive Precum liquid
-	difficulty with memory. Short and long term
-	poor concentration
-	Floaters, Visual Snow, Palipnosia, after images….
-	Urine infection
-	Pain in perineum zone
-	….
-
After these 2 years taking care of my health and trying to recovery I haven’t experienced any success with my dick. I’m really desperate and hopeless. Please I need help. What happens to me exactly? I’ve wasted a lot of money and years of treatment with psychiatrist, sexologists, urologist, neurologist…and everything seems to be perfect. Now in this web I’ve seen those huge tests…what do you recommend me? Where can I begin by? Please, I need help, I’m lost, I want to enjoy of sex and have a partner, I wanna be a regular person.

Thanks in advance

Abstaining from ejaculating can increase the prostate fluid and the fluids will irritate your prostate which will make the condition worse. It's normal to have wet dreams and so does masturbation. But you need to stop frequent masturbation since it will aggravate the symptoms. It's ok to ejaculate 1 to 2 times a week. Have you take any medication to manage your condition? I know a herbal medicine called diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill is effective in treating chronic epididymitis. Maybe you can give it a try.

Hi, thanks for the advice guys. Now I've noticed that since my first post here my health has become better. My erections are returning somewhat. They are not very hard nor do they last more than 2 min, but then again it's a start. Also my semen discharge during wet dreams has also changed from being colorless to white.

But one thing that's really worrying me is that my testicles have literally shrunk during the last two years. They were nice and healthy about 4 years back when I was 17. They were about size 18 on the orchidometer scale but now they are about size 8 or 10 like they were during or before puberty. And I think that they are still shrinking. Plus I've read that testicular shrinkage has negative effects on fertility. So any workable solution for combating this shrinkage would be greatly appreciated.

Finally I would like to add that I've recently started playing squash so I was wondering if that would help my recovery and my testicles and not further shrink them.

Thanks in advance

This might be partially true.

I always had the talent to recognize gay men.

My female friends were amazed by how often I was right about other guys' sexualities. Maybe it has something to do with facial shape?

I don't know, but everything is possible.

Since homosexuality is still in the process of getting globally accepted, I believe more studies will come in the future, and they'll reveal a lot of things we don't believe right now :)

I am not knowledgable about the facial differences between gay and straight men but there is an anatomical part of the brain called the sexual dimorphic nuclei. It has been proven that homosexual men have this nucleus smaller than heterosexuals! The subject hasnt been researched thoroughly yet though!

Although this is an interesting thing to study, I think more research would be needed. Sample sizes are, in my opinion, often too small to be drawing conclusions about the data collected. People of different ethnicities have different face shapes - data would need to be collected from people all over the world in order to see if this morphology holds true. The question: Does this person look gay? and its answer are so subjective that I think responses probably say more about the person responding than the image in front of them.

If true, and the results are somewhat reliable, where do we go with that? Would people get an abortion based on the face shape in an ultrasound?

Well, although that study is interesting.. and I think it might also be true, I think there is another side to this issue. We know that mental state affects our facial expression and in the long term a tendency towards certain emotional states can change your outlook (clinically depressed people are an extreme example.. but also, I think, a pretty good one). Now I think that a gay person is more inclined towards certain emotional states, due to social conditioning and also possibly biological attributes, than a straight person (the same way women are more likely to suffer from depression). So, I don't think it would be that absurd to say that the average gay man might have a different look to him than the average straight man.

Are you guys reading the full study? As in... more masculine faces tend to have more chances of being gay?

<blockquote><em>"Their results found that homosexual men were rated as more stereotypically 'masculine' than heterosexual men, which they said undermined stereotypical notions of gay men as more feminine looking."</em></blockquote>

This more than anything confirms that gay or homosexual is anything but feminine.
Everyone jumps out of the water when presented by "socially unacceptable" preferences and it shouldn't matter at all. I mean, sex is something that is done and enjoyed in private, there's no need to take it out of the bedroom unless you're considering a potential sex partner. There is no need to know if the guy or girl by your side is homosexual.

If you're not homosexual, you shouldn't be considering anyone of the same sex as a sexual partner so you shouldn't care if somebody is homosexual because it's out of your target. The same way you shouldn't be embarrassed or disgusted if someone of the same sex confuses you. That study suggests that there's no way of pointing out any person's sexual preference just by looking at it so there's no way but to ask.

<blockquote><em>"It's necessary to point out to possible misunderstandings of our results. The fact that we have found some significant morphological differences between homosexual and heterosexual men does not mean that any of the groups is easily recognizable on the street"</em></blockquote>

Having that information (sexual preference) when not needed is a way of alienating people. It's not like they're sick or contagious. That's something that people doesn't understand. If you're not going to fuck it, you shouldn't care what's he or she into.

This study to me is vague and sounds like a stab in the dark and i'm sure facial features are sure to the genes. And that's pretty much stereotyping gay and straight people and you would need much more to convince me that this study is true

That nose you have that looks like your mother's? In your genes. The way you react to spicy food just like your father? In your genes.

What's interesting about this study isn't that it's trying to say "all gay people have a certain look" but that with a mix of feminine and masculine features, it raises the question that maybe a gay man got a bit more from his mother's side than just his looks -- maybe sexual attraction, too.

But, once again, this study is far too small. It may raise interesting questions if it's done better.

I genuinely can understand how genes that are (theoretically) responsible for making people homosexual would be capable of altering the facial shape of someone. I'm not doubting that in itself it could be a genetical thing, just that it's somehow related to the facial shapes of people.

However, the sample size is EXTREMELY small to be considered anything more than a novelty experiment.
