I am a 30 years old male who started masturbating excessively when I was 18 years old (at least 2-3 times a day). My problem is that, although I am 30, I have not really grown to manhood and I still look like 20 or 21. Two years ago I noticed that I started losing my hair and having problems with my eye sight. So my question is, has masturbation retarded my growth? And is there anything I can do about this? If I stop masturbation will it make any difference? What food supplements do I need to take?

ANSWER
Generally speaking – yes. Over-masturbation can lead to physical body growth impairment since vital androgen hormones are used to fuel sexual activities.

In your case, since you started masturbating excessively after 18, it is unlikely to have retarded your growth since at 18 one is almost fully grown.

If you feel that you are somehow underdeveloped you may try to emulate your teenage biochemistry for additional growth. It may be hard to reach teen levels of various hormones and neurotransmitters at the certain age (healthy levels yes, but not teen levels) – especially if one is currently suffering from symptoms of sexual exhaustion.

However, your problems with the eyesight and falling hair can be contributed to the excessive masturbation. I suggest you take a look at Vision Problems, Eye Floaters, and Sexual Activity. As for the hair loss – excessive masturbation will convert too much testosterone into DHT (via 5-alpha-reductase), which will accumulate in the hair rooting cells leading to hair loss.

You don’t seem to experience severe symptoms of sexual exhaustion, and you didn’t mention having weak erections so I will suggest to:

1. Discontinue masturbation for 1 to 3 months. It will prove to be of great assistance since you will avoid repeating the processes shown Here
2. Make use of Alpha-AGH, Alpha-Amino, Multi-Alpha, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicular cooling procedures.
