Hi,

I am suffering from slight erectile dysfunction. I have weak inflation of the glans and corpus spongosium for years now, I never have spontaneous erections or erections through mental stimulation and I have some difficulty achieving erection. I also have some large veins on the top and left side of my penis and I have a varicocele (diagnosed). I tried jelqing in the past but to no use and maybe it was even the cause of all this. Recently I had a jelqing injury but my state seems to be coming close to what it was before. I have now stopped masturbation and I am waiting for improvement. I feel very slight burning in the penis, is it a good sign of healing? Is there anything I can do to improve my state, especially something natural and not costly?

PS.I forgot to say that after ejaculation I get the firm flaccid penis condition.

Many thanks

ANSWER
When did you start masturbating? The varicocele you have may influence the production of testosterone in a negative way. It will lead to heightened chance for injuries since testosterone is also responsible for the integrity of penile tissues.

The damage caused collagen scarring (and hardening of the scar later on), along with an uncontrolled release of prostaglandin E2.

The penis shrinks and becomes firm flaccid after masturbation through the lack of androgen hormones and the release of inflammatory and stress ones, to additionally lock the hypothalamus-pituitary-testicular axis. It is an indication that you are out of “fuel”, and your modulation on the release of certain hormones is not working as it should.

Lack of Folic Acids, vitamins B-12 B-6 and prostaglandin E1 (responsible for elasticity) and Nitric Oxide results in venous and valve damage. One can deplete them by chronically engaging in an overactive sexual activities or drug abuse. The veins are easily injured in this state of imbalances, most commonly due to forceful masturbation or enlargement practices. Once injured, they lose their integrity and a plague deposition in the veins occurs. It will also block the synthesis of Prostaglandin E1. The hardness of the vein, the plague, and the lack of PGE1 (Prostaglandin E1) will prevent the vein from being sealed during erection. In addition, over time the vein will experience additional deformation, expanding in size. Naturally, you will also have them in your flaccid state.

You need to dissolve the scar and heal your penile tissues, nerves, and blood vessels. This can be done by a boost in your prostaglandins E1 E3, and Nitric Oxide. Since the scar tissue won’t produce them, they need to be released from the healthy erectile tissues nearby.

Massage with SR-Cream, use also Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, L-Arginine 500, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and utilize testicular temperature regulatory solutions.

Taking only some of the supplements won’t produce the effect needed through the inability to improve your neuro-endocrine function, CNS, nervous modulation on your inflammatory and stress hormones release, and androgen hormonal levels.

Wish you a fast recovery!

UPDATE
Thank you immensely!

I started masturbating at about 11. I did not masturbate too frequently nor did I use drugs, even alcohol rarely.

I mentioned I have almost imperceptible itching or burning in the in penis. Is that a good sign of healing or something bad happening?

Should I do the surgery for varicocele before or after my penis heals completely? Should I do it at all?

ANSWER
Itching over the burning is a generally good sign.
You should fix the varicocele before the penis heals completely. Proper testicular function is crucial for a healthy penis.
