Hello, I have a constant ringing in my ear since I was 15 years old. I went to a E.N.T. specialist that confirmed I had high range hearing loss but could not tell me why or how if there were any remedies. Yours is the first post that confirms what I suspected was the culprit. I am desperate for relief from this ringing since I am now 23 and still suffer from it. I am going celibate for 3 months to see if that solves the problem. Will this work? Is there anything that you can recommend?
ANSWER
There might be other reasons to why you suffer from these particular symptoms. However, over-active sexual activity will immensely worsen the condition.
If you are experiencing degrees of sexual exhaustion, the road to recovery will be a harsh one. Without proper measures, even if you discontinue sexual activities for long periods of time, you may expect little of improvement. That is so because an over-recharging pattern of inflammatory hormonal release is observed long after one discontinues sexual activity. To put it simple – stress and inflammatory hormones just stimulate more stress and inflammation, thus a dreaded circle of inflammation continues, while the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis remains partially locked due to high levels of prolactin and can’t efficiently recharge the CNS for restoration of the proper nervous modulation. Also, the negative neuroplasticity that has formed backs all the processes and is highly modulated by the prostaglandin E2 for ill effects.
You have to stimulate the proper nervous modulation on inflammatory hormonal release by increasing certain hormones and neurotransmitters that are lacking due to ill practices and cycles of inflammation.
You should:
1.Discontinue sexual activities for 1 to 3 months.
2.Make use of Multi-Alpha, A-Amino, 5HTP-Nettle to gradually restore proper bodily function, and you will notice not only improvement in your hearing, but in many other aspects and bodily functions.
Wish you a fast recovery!
