Dear Dr.Richards, I have a severe case of premature ejaculation. I started ejaculating at an early age (11) by humping things, and kept doing that for years until my first girlfriend in 8th grade.I still came quite early after I learned how to “hump” effectively, so I’m not sure if that means I am genetically predispositioned for premature ejaculation anyway we fooled around but I noticed I couldn’t get it up because I have never masturbated by hand before. I was so embarrassed I quickly learned how to and I was fine the next week. However my girlfriend had no idea (nor did I) and was sad that I wasn’t cumming so quick, so I started trying to cum as soon as possible and did not know the consequences would be. I jerked off at least 5 times a day for about 4 years until I realized I had got sexual exhaustion symptoms, as well as premature ejaculation. I have been taking supplements similar to what you have prescribed, except I don’t have the whole amino acid supplement, but I have a lot of amino acid supplements but they are just in bulk, so I would have to be taking more pills. I have been “edging” for a few months now with minimal results, so is there any other sorts of ways that I could “de-train” my brain to shoot off so quick? how long does this neuroplasticisty take place before I see results? I’m quite young (20) but i don’t know. I also would like to know about the best supplements to get GABA. I am curious about your product because I have heard that it is hard for GABA to pass the blood brain barrier, so would it be more effective to just take a precursor to GABA instead? If not please inform me and debunk my theory and tell me why your product would be passing the barrier. Thanks!

ANSWER
Hello,

“is there any other sorts of ways that I could “de-train” my brain to shoot off so quick? how long does this neuroplasticisty take place before I see results?”

Well, the best way would be to better the nervous and endocrine functioning and abstain from frequent sexual activities. Unfortunately, it may take several months to a year, or even more if not addressed correctly.

The combination of GABA and Niacin won’t produce the extremely high effectiveness of Picamilon, but will pass through the blood-brain barrier. GRB6-GABA does not rely solely on GABA either, there are other ingredients to support proper parasympathetic functioning.
