Hi Dr.
Starting in June ’09 through Nov ’09 I was taking Viagra to help with a mild ED. It worked well and I used it regularly during that time. However, sometimes my erections were so hard they were painful. I remember this happening at least five or six times so I cut the dosage down and it helped quite a bit. However, I also was masturbating quite a bit and found my penis was losing it’s sensitivity, hard when flaccid and often cold and white at the tip. I also noticed my ED had been getting worse and I was no longer getting morning erections. In January 2010, I was still masturbating quite a bit hoping things would get better but even to this day they have not.
Please help me understand what’s going on. I’m very scared I may have done irreversible damage. Could this be neurological or vascular problem? Can it be reversed? Any advise on specific supplements, vitamins or therapies would be extremely helpful.
Thanks you.

ANSWER
Hello,
Mild ED is usually a warning that the body lacks vital neurochemicals to support sexual activities. Instead, viagra is frequently prescribed. Unfortunately, it depletes the body’s resources and its ability to rejuvenate naturally.
Sildenafil citrate overstimulated and stretched the penile tissues to their maximum capability and eventually depleted the levels of Nitric Oxide and elasticity prostaglandin E1 responsible for penile tissue health and integrity. The PDE5 inhibitor also exhausted your organism by burning more of the already low androgens and neurohormones, associated with proper sexual functioning, for improper hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis functioning.

“Could this be neurological or vascular problem?”

There is always a probability that you injured your penis through masturbation alone, since tissues lacking sufficient prostaglandin E1 and Nitric Oxide levels tend to respond excessively by releasing collagen scar tissue through even after minor irritations. If so, the tissue is still forming and will eventually cause vascular and neurological problems.

“Can it be reversed? Any advise on specific supplements, vitamins or therapies would be extremely helpful.”

Yes, it is usually fully reversible if addressed properly.

There are several agents that will better sexual functions and are responsible for penile tissue health and integrity, as well as the healing properties. A combination of Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, Alpha-HGH, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil will better nervous and endocrine functioning, increase androgens through hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis proper functioning restoration, and increase elasticity prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for rejuvenation.

SR-Cream will locally stimulate the production of prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for elasticity, sensitivity, and erection quality restoration.

Also, testicular cooling procedures will prove effective in additionally increasing androgens.

Hot wraps and positive lifestyle changes, such as: exercise, proper diet, negative ion exposure, positive attitude, massages, and sexual activity discontinuation for 2 to 4 weeks will also prove beneficial.

Glad if I could help!
