Loyal has a point here. So you’ve had your metabolism altered with those damn medications.. time to get going and try to alter it back yourself. It’s what I’ve seen this site refer to as altering your negative neuroplasticity to a positive one.

Could you please advise your eating habits and exercise routines? This might be helpful information to those who are trying to help you.

These pharmaceutical companies can sell anything but they do have guidelines to how much of what to put in it. It’s like food with dangerous ingredients in it but that ingredient is low enough to be approved by the FDA.

You can build your metabolism back up by eating right and doing exercise…

That is true but what can you do? I need to know what happened in order to reverse it and there is just no information on the matter!

I suppose it’s not easy to follow the biochemical processes after you’ve completely derailed certain organism. That’s what happens when to the dudes that take SSRIs, they have their whole biochemistry so completely off that even the specialists that made the drug can’t really tell what’s going on with the thousands of metabolic pathways.
