		<description><![CDATA[As general supps for health which may or may not be connected to this - Omega 3 fish oil and a multivit would do no harm. Make sure you get enough Vitamin D too. In the winter when there is little sun and when I&#039;m not taking vitamins I feel like a bag of shit. Just some general ones but no harm in taking them :)]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Zinc is good to add but there are a couple other things that may help.  I added folic acid and iron supplements to my morning vitamins and I&#039;ve noticed I have more energy.  Also adding more fruits and veggies to your diet will help.]]></description>
