Hello Dr I’ve just found your site and really hope you can help me.

Around 5 months ago i started doing some supposed penis enlargement exercises called jelqing,i was doing these for a month or so when i noticed my penis was feeling quite hard inside in its flaccid state and the hardness would change throughout the day and would become worse if I’m in a standing and not seated position have you come across this before and could you help me with it?

Not long after i also noticed that the shaft of my penis seems to have lost sensation,there is feeling in my skin and the veins inside but basically none in the tissue itself,will tissue damage heal in time?what can i do to help it along?

Also the shaft has what i thought were just bruises but its been a couple of months now and they are still there,are these collagen scars what can be done about them?

The shaft skin also feels very loose and when i pull out the skin and let go it doesn’t return to normal straight away what is the cause of this Dr?

When this first happened i could only manage around a 40-50% erection but am now able to get a fully strong erection that stands about 1pm while I’m standing and i do usually get some form of sleeping erections and morning wood.

Another problem that occurred at the same time is frequent urination and insomnia are these related also i have been abstaining but last time i ejaculated my semen was very watery and I’m also suffering from premature ejaculation.

Are all these problems related Dr?how can just doing some jelqing cause all of this and if i keep abstaining will the firm flaccid and other symptoms fade away as the erection problem did? Thank you for you help Dr.

Hello,

Yes, enlargement traumas are quite common. One will stretch over the maximum capability the penile tissues could endure without tearing the corpus spongiosum for intracellular collagen scar tissue release.

This usually occurs without any significant pain. The tear may be minor but just enough to result in a bodily response for collagen scarring in the area.

Several symptoms may be experienced:
-loss of sensation due to the local tissue alteration and nerve compression.
-the firm flaccid penis condition, which is usually a tissue retraction due to inflammation in the area.
-varicose veins, if an intravenous release of collagen is the case. The inability of the corpus spongiosum to expand properly and pinch the veins during an erection may eventually leads to blood stagnation, damage and enlargement, and lead to similar results.
-weaker erection due to the improper corpus spongiosum functioning and nerve damage.
-visible abnormalities, such as slight curvature, bruises, and lumps indicative of capillary and tissue damage.

However, penile traumas are more common during periods of slight sexual exhaustion through the androgen hormones fluctuations and lowered levels of local elasticity prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide (needed to expand tissues without excessive inflammatory responses). Weaker erections in an upright position are indicative of improper penile circulation and/or lowered androgens levels. Bioavailable hormones would be distributed to the lower part to support the additional muscle and tissue functions, not leaving enough for adequate sexual functioning.

The outer skin layer may feel lose, since the tissue underneath doesn’t have the same soft and elastic structure.
The frequent urination and insomnia are indicative of abnormal acetylcholine, serotonin, dopamine, and GABA levels for arginine vasopressin abnormal functioning, as well as insomnia.

There is much that can be done to significantly speed up the recovery time.
1. Discontinue sexual activities for 1 to 3 months.

3. Use hot wraps.
4. Both, it will promote blood flow and high levels of prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide, abd together with the heightened androgens and stabilized neurotransmitter levels from the other products, will dissolve the scars and eventually restore nerve damage. Note that the nerves may be inadequately functioning just because of the excessive scar tissue. An immediate sensitivity improvement is to be observed.

It has the potential to interact with numerous compounds, so one should decide individually if should be taken, if prescribed. I, personally, do not prescribe it for any form of SE related, or urination problems.

Thank you for your response doctor,ive decided against the amitryptoline as i also read there an anti depressant.
I just have one quick question that i really need to know Dr.
I’ve noticed that if i have a lazy day where i just sit around all day and don’t burn off any energy i get very good nocturnal erections to the point where i have to wait for it to go down before i can take a leak when i wake up.
But if I’ve had a busy day where I’ve done a lot of walking my nocturnal erections are greatly reduced and I’m not sure if I’m even getting any at all.
The thing is Dr i want to exercise a little and go for a jog each day but it seems to effect my nocturnal erections.
Do you know whats going on here Dr?.
How can i correct this so i can exercise and still get my nocturnal erections?

ANSWER
Through the exercise you’re burning much of the bioavailable androgens. Borderline levels may prove to be too low to efficiently power up your nocturnal erections. Also, this contributes to the firm flaccid when standing, since much androgens are needed to power the lower part of the body.

So if I’m burning to much androgens through exercise please could you tell me which one of your products it is that helps build androgen levels.
Also Dr would you recommend that i still go for a morning jog each day?

Yes, jogging is usually beneficial. However, if one is in a cycle of inflammation, it may prove to be counter indicative by inducing excessive epinephrine release, promote inflammation, and burn androgens.

I’ve read in a couple of your posts you’ve advised people to try clomid for low testosterone levels,i’m thinking of trying this myself and just wanted to ask you if this would raise my androgen also,as i haven’t been tested via a Dr but i suspect there very low and think i may need an additional boost.

Should consider using Clomiphene Citrate only if your testosterone levels are around 300 ng/dL or lower – otherwise there is just no need. One may better internal endocrine and nervous functioning and increase androgens in a safe manner with less to no negative feedback reactions.

Yes, the color is to be expected. It is perfectly normal and one may observe it even after 1 or 2 weeks of abstinence. Since it didn’t dribble I would say that the penile tissues and muscles (such as the PC) have gotten stronger, yet not over-excited to shoot it. It is a positive sign.

Did you experience nocturnal emissions? Also any negative signs, such as heart palpitations or anxiety? There are some people that do not respond well to prolonged abstinence. The organism may respond in a similar manner as with excessive masturbation – with an increased inflammatory response and heightened arousal, and decreased sexual capabilities as a result.
