ANSWER
Hello,
Your problems are associated with a faulty working hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis. Once locked, it will cause numerous ill side effects and restoring its proper functioning may prove to be quite difficult if the issue is not addressed properly. The condition is actually self supportive – there will be less androgens to modulate proper inflammatory response, insulin resistance, energy levels, testicular tissue health, balanced neurotransmitter levels, and proper neurotransmitter and hormone conversions. The ill cycle has to be broken if one is to successfully unlock the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis.

A combination of Alpha-Amino, Alpha-AGH, Multi-Alpha, 5HTP-Nettle, Zeolite-DA, GRB7-GABA, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil will better nervous and endocrine functioning, detoxify and restore proper liver functions, increase androgen hormones production, restore proper neurotransmitter levels, restore nervous modulation on inflammatory response, jump start the CNS, and increase prostaglandins E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for healing.

You should also strongly consider making good use of testicle cooling practices to additionally increase androgens.
Note that since your total testosterone levels are under 300 ng/dL, you may also have to use Clomiphene for an additional boost, it should prove to be of great assistance.
Also, avoid any sexual activities for 1 to 3 months.

Glad if I could help!

UPDATE
Here you suggested for Clomiphine Citrate. Do you have any recommendation how I should take it ( 1 table or 2 tablet a day??). you mentioned, unlocking HPTA is difficult if not adressed properly? Other than those listed medications ( GABA, A-AMINO, AM-AGH, 5HTH,Fish Oil), do you have any suggestions in food habit?
I did receive your direction how to take those.
Thanks Again and GOD BLESS YOU.

ANSWER
You should start with 75mg Clomiphene for the first 7 days. Later go to 50mg for the next 7, and finally 25mg for the third week.

As for the diet you shoud avoid:

-Soy products
-Milk with prostaglandin E2 analogs
-Much red meat
-Fructose syrup
-Sugar
and should consume a fair amount of fibers.

I appreciate your kind words.

UPDATE
My shipment should be arrived by tomorrow. As you prescribed to take clomid, What is the best time to take it ( night-before sleep or day time- before work). I have heard clomid has some side affects.
I am not sure whether it is going to affect my office work!
Your suggestion is appreciated

ANSWER
You should observe the individual response and decide when is the best time to be taken.
It is usually without any significant side effects. However, if you notice any hot flashes, nausea, temporarily blurred vision, dizziness, headaches or any other abnormality, you should discontinue the drug or lower the dosage.
