I am 34 year unmarried male. In past I had problem of excessive secretion of precum (during arousal as well in routine) which irritated me. Immediately, after secretion, I felt problem in urination and pain in lower body region. I took some home medicine but it had no effect. However with the passage of time the secretion went on minimizing but it was not normal and mild stimulation (Mental thoughts & romantic programs) were enough to start it.
Now the same problem has started again for the last five months and this time it is much more severe. My routine life has been greatly disturbed and I experience this secretion many times a day. During secretion I feel some excitement on tip of my penis. Now the situation is that I am feeling continuous pain on my penis and back and frequent urge of urination which comes out in small quantity and not with full pressure during day time and at night after sleeping.
The secretion occurs mostly in the morning when i awake sitting on a chair for long time talking to a girl
watching normal romantic programs and having romantic thoughts.
Please advise me on this issue and tell that whether this too much secretion is harmful for my coming normal as well as married life. What care should I take in my routine life and food?
You have to recondition your prostate and nearby pelvic tissues and get a grip on the serotonin and GABA nervous modulation which is blown and is not able to constrict the additional prostaglandin E2 release (even by the slightest sexual thought or for no reason) in the nearby tissues for a precum leakage.
