One of the things I noticed is that all my skin problems started going away with too. The transformation was really amazing and yet there are some questions I’d like to ask you that I hope can further it even more.

I am currently taking a combination of Alpha Boost, Multi Alpha, and Alpha Amino, plus Zeolite and Alpha HGH every other day. These products have definitely helped my skin become elastic and younger looking but I was wondering if there are any other I may consider to specifically improve my skin even more. As for the water intake… how much should I drink daily?

I also tried a ballooning method for extra penis growth because I feel young again and believe it will really show its growth potential now if done properly. Can you describe a good technique to use? Yes, there is. As far as skin elasticity and health goes, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, sun exposure, even some extra vitamin D will be of great assistance. Negative ion exposure should also strongly considered.

Yes, you could consider anything pure of artificial compounds containing vitamin D and B complex, plant and/or seed oils containing omega 3/6/9, choline, Dimethylethanolamine or L-Carnitine.

Yes, it’s recommended that you shower daily. Use warm water for skin and blood circulation at first… then cooler, then a bit warmer, and then a bit cooler (all in one session). You can see the general idea. Avoid excessively hot water as it may induce skin’s inflammatory stress hormone, prostaglandin E2 and even histamine production.

It’s highly individual and depends on your specific needs. For instance, if you exercise that day you’ll definitely need more than your average intake. A general way to determine would be to multiply your weight (in pounds) by 2/3 and receive the general number in ounces.

It’s possible to partially compensate with Multi-Alpha and Alpha-Amino, yes.

Of course, any stroking (masturbation) should be avoided. You should massage the lower sections – pelvic bone, groins, and testicles in order to boost your testicular / prostatic functions for improved circulation and erection. You need to slightly compress (not more than 20% or 25% pressure) the shaft with 2 fingers preferably. Remember to release and avoid any unnecessary stimulation of the urethral nerves and glans. You may also want to use your free fingers (or the other hand) to massage the shaft while doing it.
