Hi
I am suffering from sexual exhaustion, and get the stinging pain in the penis and at the base.
I have noted that sometimes my night erections are stuck, in that I have to walk around to get rid of them. Would this be a result of the inflamations which are going on?
Also, in your experience, if testosterone levels are ok, what is the likelihood of full recovery, and how long can recovery take?
In terms of sexual activities, is it just ejaculation which should be avoided, or should ALL sexual activities be avoided?
Thanks
ANSWER
You have to be more specific regarding the time it takes you to get rid of the erection. It is possible for excessive prostaglandin E2 to overexcite the local tissues and with sufficient androgens, prostaglandin E1 and Nitric Oxide to lead to the symptoms you’re describing.
The recovery is an individual feature and dependable on many factors.
All sexual activities should be avoided for a period of time.
