I read a case entitled “My brain is fried”… i am similar. I masturbate 2 times or more a day, and i want it to stop. But i can’t seem to before i build up extreme stress and can’t stop thinking about it; i have to do it.

The longest time i have gone is 4 weeks, where it seems to be unbearable (all i can thin about) Seems i have an addiction. My question is, is my “can’t stop” problem a result of my masturbation? ie: problem in itself?

Also, i have read the article on symptoms of sexual exhaustion, and i was wondering if the effects (both physically and hence, neurologically) COMPLETELY reverseable? or are there some permanent damage involved?

And what is the cure to all this?

ANSWER
G, yes, the masturbation itself will make you want to masturbate even more. I suggest you take a look – Here. Frequently the “can’t stop” is caused by the problem, yes.

You should not worry if your libido is normal and you don’t experience any of the symptoms of sexual exhaustion. However, if you are experiencing symptoms of sexual exhaustion and crave for sex at the same time I would guess that there is a problem with the nervous modulation on inflammatory hormones (binded to the prostate and penile tissues, keeping you in “heat” for sexual activity).

If you suffer sexual exhaustion for many years, a permanent damage to many internal organs and tissues will be observed. If so, a complete recovery won’t be possible.

There is a cure:
1.Discontinue any sexual activities for 1 to 3 months.
2.Fix your nervous and endocrine functions, restore the proper levels of certain hormones and neurotransmitters, restore the proper nervous modulation on the inflammatory hormones, restore the proper levels of androgen hormones, jump start the CNS, and boost prostaglandins E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide’s with Multi-Alpha, 5HTP-Nettle, Alpha-Amino, GRB6-GABA, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicle temperature regulation.

Wish you a fast recovery!

UPDATE
Much help, thanks!
Although it seems to me that my masterbation “addiction” is more of a phycological dependency.Possibly a OCD. Does this have any connection to what your saying? Also, does sexual exaustion exist without the symptoms? (seen from the damage done standpoint)

ANSWER
Abnormal neurotransmitter levels will cause OCD. OCD will lead to abnormal neurotransmitter levels, as well, but it is very physical. You are addicted through your reward circuit, that is why it seems to you that it is a psychological addiction.

Sexual exhaustion does not exist without symptoms.
