Sorry for the late reply, I didn’t have internet access for a while. Firstly, I’d like to really appreciate your struggle against this addiction, I haven’t seen any doctors claim the Dangerous effects of Masturbation. They all claim it’s ‘natural’ and not harmful. You have my utmost respect.
Anyways, I’ve bought a range of products of yours, including the ones you have mentioned, however It will take a few days (as of 29/3/2015) or so for me to receive it, due to custom reasons.
So for the mean time, I’m currently taking multi vitamins with garlic, GABA 750 mg from GNC, 50 mg 5-HTP, 250 mg Stinging Nettle (GNC), 1000 mg Vitamin C with bioflavonoids (GNC), 200 mg Magnesium, 250 mg L-Arginine.
I’m not sure if i should take these & have some concerns:
1) L-Lysine 500mg (GNC) due to my mild hypercalcemia.
2) GABA 750 from GNC is it effective in aiding the GABA-Serotonin nervous modulation?
3) Choline 250mg (GNC) is it needed?
4) Fish body oil 1000 (GNC) – 180 mg EPA & 120 mg DHA [Cholesterol free]
I just started GABA 750mg from GNC, before that I was taking Valerian Root (1000 mg), Skullcap Root (500 mg) & Passionflower (500 mg) which helped alot with calming me down.
I have discontinued the herbs, and now am taking GABA from GNC.
I’m having chest discomforts & slight pains, however Echo & ECG of heart is fine although I have a bit high about 85~ resting Heart beat, a bit high & pre-hypertension. (130~/85~)
I believe this could be due to arterial inflammation, So what should i do in the mean time? as i cannot get your products right now.

So, let’s get to it right away:

The combination seems a bit one-sided without any 5HTP / L-Tryptophan and vital vitamins and minerals needed to process certain amounts of the mentioned substances. The issue could be addressed with general multivitamins for the most part, though.
The mentioned GABA without any Niacin attached to its molecular structure to pass through the blood–brain barrier is useless for the most part (not completely but you would need greater quantities).
The choline should be of great assistance and the fish oil is almost always a good idea, although I don’t have any specific product (GNC) observations.

It could certainly mean, as speculated, chronically increased excitatory and inflammatory sympathetic response. It should be successfully dealt with prior to any further recovery attempts. You could try adding local L-Tryptophan or 5HTP to the mix of products you’re already taking and try to gradually discharge much of the nervous tension and discomfort with exercise. You should be careful, though, not to cross the fine line between healthy exercise and inflammation inducing one. I’d suggest maybe 30 to 60 minutes of walking and some very light weightlifting at first.
