Dear Mr.Richards, I started taking all of your supplements for sexual exhaustion, but I am pretty sure I have a Varicocele vein or whatever in the scrotum area, and I’m wondering if that is causing my premature ejaculation, and if it is should I get surgery done to fix it.

ANSWER
In theory it shouldn’t have a direct effect on testosterone levels, since they are regulated by the pituitary via a negative feedback mechanism, so one testicle should be enough.

However, it is possible that the overheating may also affect the healthy testicle. One thing is certain, though, varicocele, indeed, have a negative impact on testosterone levels. So, you see, through the androgen hormones regulation function for inflammatory response, testicular tissue health, insulin resistance, energy levels, tissue and testicular health, proper nts. and hormonal conversions, and neurotransmitters homeostasis may cause premature ejaculation.

Yes, you should definitely deal with the varicocele.

UPDATE
I just went to the urologist and he said that my varicocele wasn’t bad at all, and most men have them. He said come back if I ever want to have kids and am unsuccessful for 6 months. I am not looking to have kids any time soon, but Im curious if I am infertile at the moment, if I have “bad” semen always constantly “blasting” will this have caused me to have sexual exhaustion and premature ejaculation symptoms?

ANSWER
Low quality semen may lead to numerous problems. I suggest you take a look Here. It may also cause tissue abrasion and local inflammation.

UPDATE
How do I help the quality of my semen? i am pretty sure I only have a small varicocele so they don’t want to operate on it.

ANSWER
Reduce the frequency of sexual activities and improve your diet.
