I’ve been masturbating a long time and I’m not what I consider to be sexually exhausted individual. I was not exercising at the period which I point as the one that brought me to sexual exhaustion so I do think that it may be related (the fact that I got exhausted on the period I did not exercise). That being said when I exercise now I’m just getting even worse erection quality after (even though I feel the healthy testicle sensation after). So it’s kind of a bummer, what is going on? I thought exercise should help and I’ve read some great books about how beneficial it is, but my sexual exhaustion does not seem to improve that much.

Note that i’ve been exercising for the last 3 weeks, not much but I figured it must have been enough for beneficial results to appear. Anyway, cheers guys, I wonder what are your thoughts on this.

    In answer to your question.
    I would say there is no doubt sexual exhaustion can be reduced by exercise if you are careful not to overdo it in this sensitive condition.

    It’s only three weeks since you’ve started exercising Wolverine, so possibly you will need to give it some more time. That is the right course of action in my opinion because apart from the physical benefits you’ll get exercising you will also stress out and in that way I am pretty sure your erections will improve because you will not worry so much about it.

    Just watch out not to get to the other end – overtraining syndrome. It can mask itself as symptoms of sexual exhaustion. So don’t overdo it and try resting 3-4 days to see if there’s an improvement.

    Exercise and a proper diet should be the number one prescription handed out by doctors! It’s amazing how much of a difference you’ll see just by eating right and getting moving. Don’t expect overnight results though, it takes time. Once you start to see results it’s super motivating and you’ll want to keep at it.

    @Dapper, what specific exercises can improve stamina? I though all exercising improved our stamina, at least I am (almost) never tired when I exercise because I do it twice a week for 4 or 5 years now.

    I would say there is no doubt sexual exhaustion can be reduced by exercise. However, you have to be weary to not overdo it as in a sexual exhaustion state you are actually suffering from increased exhaustion and inflammation most of the time by default. People with sexual exhaustion seem to report lower tolerance to beneficial exercise as they are out of “juice” to support it.

    Mild exercise is almost always helpful though. And you have to build it up from there.

    I’d suggest a healthy mix of light weight lifting and light stamina building exercises. Worked best for me. Don’t overdo one or the other while sexually exhausted (or just exhausted).
