So I’ve been taking much Fish Oil softgels for the past couple of months and definitely see some improvements. Recently I stumbled on Krill Oil supplements and started to take interest. There are some differences actually and would be cool to hear from anybody with experience on the matter? Which do you think is better?

    It depends on the quality of the Fish Oil and the respective Krill Oil. Trust me, the QUALITY makes HUGE difference.

    I have tried Krill Oil once (one full pack), and have been taking fish oil regularly. For my experience there’s little to no difference, but I can’t say for sure because I only used it about a month. They promote krill oil saying its more pure form of the oil, but I am highly skeptical about that. What I consider the best option is a fish oil with high amounts of E-EPA and E-DHA. If somebody has more information about the subject I am more than interested to hear myself.

    i support Titouan’s experience. can’t really tell the difference and is probably best to just get a hold on a really high in quality fish oil.

    Ive only ever tried fish oil and they seemed to do the trick.
    Dude its up to you. Experiment. I cant see the harm in trying both (but separately).

    I use fish oil and I’ve had alright results with my sexual exhaustion. Things work different for everyone and it’s all about finding what works for you.

    Take them both they have different properties if you don’t have the money choose Fish Oil is cheaper. Krill oil is extracted from crustaceans that lives in the waters around the Antarctic. It is a rich source of the omega-3 EPA and DHA that are essential to health.

    There is a big BUT here, tho. People have eaten fish for millions of years and have evolved to absorb the oil of fish much better. And while Krill Oil might have higher amounts of the said positive substances (not always), they are slightly different in their chemical nature. It’s fancy to take Krill Oil.. but not sure how good for your organism.

    Krill is said have higher concentration of the omega 3 stuff.. however I have not felt better after taking it and fish oil is still way better for me.

    My theory is that humans are just not evolved to absorb the nutrients of those krill shenanigans. Remember evolution? Humans have eaten fish for millions of years and have developed organisms ready to absorb exactly it.

    Krill Oil is only good on paper.

    Take them both – they have slightly different properties. If you don’t have the money and do not like to risk it with foreign and new substances fish oil is for you.

    Krill oil is extracted from crustaceans that lives in the waters around the Antarctic. It is a rich source of the omega-3 EPA and DHA that are essential to health. However, as some of the comments pointed out, it is a new thing and humans have not evolved eating it. So the benefits exceeding the proven route of regular high quality fish oil are definitely questionable.
