So all my life I’ve had a rather short frenulum. It is long enough to just pull the foreskin off the head of my penis, but not much lower. It doesn’t hurt nor does it prevent me from climaxing, however it is somewhat uncomfortable.
My question is – have any of you had your frenulum cut, and if so, how was it? Was it expensive, were you under anaesthetics etc.
I’ve been considering it for a while, just wanna hear what you guys have to say in regards to this.

The minor “surgery” is pretty simple, the doctor will perforate with a needle under the frenulum and tie a knot with the suture line, after a few days the skin that has the knot around will debilitate and as a result it gets cut.

It takes a week or two BUT, there are lots of nerves there, you can even cum just by stimulating the frenulum so bear in mind you’ll end up with less sensitivity there and sex of course will feel different.

Almost all surgical interventions on the penis end up cutting nerves and decreasing sensitivity.

Source: I was about to book a circumcision and a frenectomy because of a couple problems I was having there but decided not to at the last minute because I didn’t want to lose skin and nerve endings.

I had to google what frenulum was man, and after seeing it I would not advise any surgery unless it’s necessary. You seem to have all working OK for you right?

I think that if you only feel uncomfortable, it’s really not worth to have the surgery and lose the nerves. You might regret it later if you no longer feel the same as you do now when having sex. I’d suggest you keep it since it doesn’t affect your experience in any way.
