About 12 months ago, I made the absolutely horrible decision to try those PE exercises known as Jelqing. So I did those for a couple weeks, and then commenced to masturbate a few times.

That night I realized I had absolutely no feeling, sexual or otherwise in my entire penis. Since then I have seen a couple Drs and a urologist – who cant seem to find a problem with my anatomy; making me think it could be a nerve problem.

My symptoms include ‘turtling’ of the penis – shriveling and hardening in the flaccid state; as well as a weak urine flow and severe lack of sexual function. I seem to only get semi hard when I watch porn – I get no nocturnal or spontaneous erections at all now.

So I can’t get a normal erection or nocturnal, and I am worried that it may be permanent. Also I was unable to stop masturbating in this period which may have added to the problem.

Definitely sounds as a nerve problem..they should regrow to a degree but it’s a slow process so brace yourself – it may be another year or something. Nocturnal penile tumescence, as it’s called (haha scientific to the bone), may help rejuvenate it faster.

It may go away in a year, but if it doesn’t you may count it as semi-permanent and get much more proactive. There are quite a few things that can be done actually. SR-Cream, Hot-Cold wraps, natural oils, meditation and even infrared lamp exposure.
