Hello. I have been experiencing strange, migrating abdominal pains for over a year now, since contracting a nasty intestinal bacteria. The bacteria has been eradicated, but I am still left with the following issues: Migrating, intermittant abdominal pains, very poor sleep (very little deep sleep and waking often), headaches on the gallbladder meridian (left side of head from temple around to base of skull), ringing in ears and indigestion. I have a suspicion that many years of failing to conserve my essence (too much ejaculation) is my biggest contributor to this discomfort. I am currently working with a naturopath who is trying to restore my hpa axis and limbic system as well as correct my sleep issues. I am working hard to avoid sexual activity (limiting to 1-2 times per week) as well as exercise, do yoga and am working with an accupuncturist. I am taking 5-htp, theanine, zinc ag, and some combinations that nourish the heart, adrenals and liver. I would like to do the things that will get me back on track. Do you have any suggestions?
thank you

Sexual Exhaustion based on the mentioned symptoms is possible as an underlying cause.

Failing to conserve your essence for years will leave your body drained and inflamed. Hell, it could have been the primary reason you contracted the intestinal bacteria in the first place (as the immune system frequently suffers a lot during times of sexual exhaustion).

The mentioned things you do are a good start. I’d also recommend cooling off your testicles on a regular basis (in the shower or ubreeze) and supplementing your organism with more on point supplements like (multi alpha, alpha hgh, and alpha amino).

Other than that diet and other positive lifestyle changes can go a long way.

    God Bless.

I would suggest more zinc or vitamin B12 in your diet. Maybe some stretches or just lie down and try to figure out exactly where the pain is coming from.

It could be related to a very specific organ inflammation but you have to concentrate as these are frequently felt as migrating pains for a while (strange but that’s how it works).

And of course, if it continues for a while netter not take a chances and consult a specialist to rule out other conditions.
