Hi Dr. Richards, I’ve been dealing with a penis injury for about 4 1/2 months. I sustained this injury while hanging a weight of about 1 pound from my penis. I only did this one time for about a minute. I was immediately worried and tried to masturbate after to see if everything was still working. I was able to orgasm but it was no where near as powerful as it normally would be. After 3 days I went to play basketball and after I jumped and came down, I felt like a tearing sensation on the underside of my penis over the urethra where it starts going into your body. I went to the emergency room and was told i was fine without any type of scan. They didn’t think anything was torn or ruptured because i didn’t have swelling or bruising. After 2 weeks I had sex and could only feel pleasure on half of the underside of my penis. I eventually got to a urologist after a month and a half and had an MRI done and they only found that I had a indentation on my left corpora cavernosa and told me I had no tears but I feel like I can feel a tear on my corpus spongiosum. I think its supposed to be smooth from top to bottom but when it gets near the base of my penis I feel like a gap between two points. I was told everything was fine I have had a lot of pain in that area and under my pelvic floor. The pain has been getting better but I am thinking my corpus spongiosum is still torn. It completely inflates during erection but i feel a small line of space where the injury occurred. I have a small feeling of pleasure compared to how i used to be pre-injury. The doctor said the nerves where fine but I don’t think so because I would feel pleasure during masturbation or sex. Im going to another urologist because the other doctors plan of just give it time hasn’t been giving me results Ive wanted. Do you think I could still receive surgery to fix the tear if it is in fact torn? If theres anything you can tell me to help my situation, I would really appreciate it.

ANSWER
I must say it is really strange that they have found indentation affecting your corpora cavernosa but nothing related to the softer tissues of your corpus spongiosum which are usually affected in these cases (safe from the suspensory ligament). I would even go as far as stating that it is highly unlikely that your left corpus cavernosum is affected at all, taking in consideration the nature of the injury (flaccid stretching) which is known not to produce any notable pressure on the corpora cavernosa.

Of what you’re describing, I would say that you may have damaged a median bundle of your suspensory ligament or possibly your corpus spongiosum itself if it is just a bit lower down the shaft. The consistent pain you’ve been experiencing, though, is usually indicative of a corpus spongiosum related damage. However, similar tears usually undergo inflammatory processes (hematomas may also be present) and are filled with collagen scar tissue as a result. I’d say that your case is relatively rare in nature (probably 1 in 15) which may have confused your urologist.

Sensitivity alteration caused by even minor nerve damage is to be expected, as you may have noticed yourself.

“Do you think I could still receive surgery to fix the tear if it is in fact torn?”

Similar procedures are definitely possible and can be performed if a given abnormality is proven and recorded. I’d suggest taking a look at this case: http://www.nature.com/ijir/journal/v18/n2/full/3901389a.html . However, I would advise against similar procedures for at least another 3 months. Sometimes partial tears and sprains can heal by themselves.

You may want to consider trying SR-Cream to deal with any supposed inflammation and to promote increased local prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide levels for tissue healing and restoration. However, I don’t believe that it will be of much assistance in fixing the tear itself. It could dissolve any minor hematomas and prevent scar tissue formation, though.

The other thing that may be of assistance here would be guided imagery healing (https://yourhealingmind.org/product/heal-your-penis) which frequently produces results beyond current conventional medicine expectations.

UPDATE
Thank you for your response Dr. Do you have any idea how long it might take for the tear to heal? I have been avoiding physical activities such as running and sports. My penis when erect now curves slightly to the left also. I do feel the indentation on the left when flaccid but its almost undetectable when erect.
Also can i expect my nerves to heal and regain some sensation? I understand it might not be all the way back to normal but I’ve been pretty depressed with the way things have been progressing so slowly. I will try the cream, can it be applied to the whole penis? I had another injury a couple weeks after my initial injury, i masturbated to hard and it seemed like my penis from shaft to glans had blood under the surface or was bruised. After a couple days my skin began to peel off and has felt rubbery every since. Is there anything else i can do to help the recovery process of the tear? I appreciate the fast response! I will keep you updated.

UPDATE
Hi dr, sorry about all the messages but i was wondering why you suggest not getting it surgically repaired and to wait 3 months? Other things that i have wondered are should i be avoiding all sexual activities? The urologist said getting erections would bring it new blood but he also didnt notice the tear i have. Also i had sex a couple weeks after the injury and only felt sensation on half of the underside of my penis. Should i take that as a good sign that i at least had some sensation that i can recover some more sensation or most? Also at the first when i was injured my urine stream split into two and has since partial returned to normal except its a lot more narrow then it used to be. I appreciate Any information you have about these problems. Thank you for your help!

ANSWER
It’s my pleasure. Let’s get to the questions right away:

“Thank you for your response Dr. Do you have any idea how long it might take for the tear to heal?”

It’s quite individual for every case but the average for similar injuries (where partial tear / sprain is suspected) ranges from 3 to 5 months, and that is given the issue has been properly addressed.

“I have been avoiding physical activities such as running and sports. My penis when erect now curves slightly to the left also. I do feel the indentation on the left when flaccid but its almost undetectable when erect.”

It is not uncommon as a symptom. Patients with suspensory ligament injuries to the left experience the exact symptoms you describe as well. Anything that will compromise tissue integrity from one side or another results in the described respective tilting.

“Also can i expect my nerves to heal and regain some sensation?”

Definitely, it’s actually the first thing to improve, even in patients where the collagen scar tissue remains as a problem. It may take several months, though, and you must limit masturbation and similar heavy on the tissues activities.

“I will try the cream, can it be applied to the whole penis?”

Yes, it’s actually recommended to be applied in a broad manner. Of course, you’d have to use a bit more on the problematic spot itself.

“I had another injury a couple weeks after my initial injury, i masturbated to hard and it seemed like my penis from shaft to glans had blood under the surface or was bruised. After a couple days my skin began to peel off and has felt rubbery every since. Is there anything else i can do to help the recovery process of the tear?”

It sounds like a minor collagen scarring affecting outer tissue layers (the rubbery feel is very characteristic). SR-Cream will be effective but there are other things you may consider as well, such as:

– Gentle tissue massages
– Cold and hot wraps. Best done in the shower with cold and hot water alteration in 2 – 3 minute periods.
– Additional vitamin E cream applied topically.
– Healing visualization.

“Hi dr, sorry about all the messages but i was wondering why you suggest not getting it surgically repaired and to wait 3 months?”

Similar procedures are not without their risks. Any penile tissue manipulation should only be considered only when all the available non-invasive options have been proven ineffective. The condition seems stable and you’re not past the point of the statistical data concerning recoveries of similar kind, so another 3 months would be the natural thing to consider.

“Other things that i have wondered are should i be avoiding all sexual activities?”

Most definitely, the mentioned sexual activities discontinuation usually results in improved penile healing during deep sleep.

“Also i had sex a couple weeks after the injury and only felt sensation on half of the underside of my penis. Should i take that as a good sign that i at least had some sensation that i can recover some more sensation or most?”

It’s a very common symptom, actually, and usually improves dramatically in several months, that is if heavy on the local tissues activities (like masturbation) are partially avoided.

“Also at the first when i was injured my urine stream split into two and has since partial returned to normal except its a lot more narrow then it used to be”

That’s usually indicative of internal collagen tissue scarring and/or urethral damage. It’s actually a bit surprising that you are currently experiencing similar symptoms without any of the more common ones like mid-erection hourglass shape. The only explanation that comes to mind (which excludes collagen scar tissue involvement) is tissue misplacement which has not triggered any severe inflammatory processes.

UPDATE
I noticed on your website that you have recommended to some people taking certain pills that you have for sale on your website. Do you think any of those can be beneficial to me? Thank you for your help!

ANSWER
It’s a pleasure.

That is correct. I believe they can be very beneficial and it goes to my previous advice of improving general health and increasing androgens. The combination that I usually recommend and have noticed best results with in similar cases is: Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, Alpha-HGH, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil.

I used to also recommend 5HTP-Nettle and GRB6-GABA to counter any inflammatory processes. However, the need of such has drastically diminished with the appearance of the SR-Cream.

UPDATE
Thank you dr. I will purchase them but before i do that. I have another issue ive been dealing with also. I tried some vitamin b6 pills 1 month after my injury for 1 month because i read on pegym some guys said b6 would help nervw injuries. I began having burning and tingling in my arms and legs around my mouth and having head aches. I think i have vitamin b6 toxicity and was wondering if you had any information that could help me with this also and if any of the products you are recommending me have any b6 and or anything that with aggravate my symptoms further. Thank you!

ANSWER
Taking just one vitamin (or even just a few) is often very counter-productive as it affects internal organism equilibrium too much. It’s important to keep a healthy ratio between most of the vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to avoid similar occurrences. Your body can actually take extreme amounts of any given vitamin, given that it is also in a proper ratio with all the other supporting substances needed for its proper metabolization. That is why eating much of a given food won’t usually cause any toxicity or problems for a long time, even though you may be eating even higher dosages of vitamin B6 (for instance) with it.

The symptoms you described seem to be indicative of a mild vitamin b toxicity combined with hyperoxia and hyperventilation syndrome (also both very mild). B-group vitamins have been shown to affect blood oxygen levels, and while sufficient levels may actually be used to treat a said condition, going over the top usually promotes the other extreme or the reverse.

Of the supplements I mentioned, Multi-Alpha has vitamin B6 in its formula. It is, however, combined in such a way with the other vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbs that any toxicity happening is highly unlikely.

UPDATE
The products i was taking were off a website called herballove.com under their section for penis injuries. In total i think i was taking around 36 mg of vitamin b6 daily. There were other vitamins and b vitamins in it also. I would rather stay away from any supplements that have any b vitamins as i dont want to take the chance to make it any harder to recover from this. Do you know what i can do to help recover from these symptoms? Also do you know how long it usually take for the sr cream and visual healing to be delivered? Thanks again.

ANSWER
Right, avoiding B-group vitamins for a period of time seems to be a reasonable thing to do. I’m aware of herballove’s site and believe they sell quality products, for the most part. I don’t believe that recommending single vitamins (based on their said positive effects) without any strategy whatsoever is a sound practice, though.

Do you know what i can do to help recover from these symptoms?

Given that that’s the true cause, I’d suggest improving general lifestyle and diet, nothing too special.

Also do you know how long it usually take for the sr cream and visual healing to be delivered?

SR-Cream usually takes 2 to 4 business days for Europe and 4 to 14 business days for the rest of the world. It varies highly, though. If you’re from USA, you can expect a status update at http://usps.com 1 to 3 days before the actual delivery (upon arrival at any sorting facility, usually NY).

I suppose you are referring to “Heal your Penis” from yourhealingmind.org? That’s definitely strange. I believe it should be instantly delivered at: https://yourhealingmind.org/heal-your-penis . Could you try logging in and opening the link?

As always, be sure to keep me updated on the case.

UPDATE
I didnt take vitamin b6 by itself though, i took it in a formula they sell with herbs and many other vitamins. I just suspect its the vitamin b6 thats caused these symptoms after looking up that they can cause toxicity in some people. How long does it take for the sr cream to heal the scar tissue?

UPDATE
Hi dr. Im worried that my tear will not heal because you said some partial tears can heal themselves in 3-5 months but then told me to give it another 3 months? By partial what do you mean? I can feel a gap from side to side of the base of corpus spongiosum where it comes out of the body and a gap from one side to the other about a cm or 2 above that, with and without erection. Its like all the tissue of my spongiosum inflates and is smooth up until that point near the base and right above it and is separated. How likely is it that both those tears reattach themselves to the other tissues? Its Exactly where i felt the burning tearing sensation when i jumped. I just dont think my urologist can feel it because my penis tightens up when ive gone for a check up and does not hang loosely after the injury. I have not been examined while having an erection. Im going on to my 5th month of being like this on april 21st. I am tired of just waiting and understand this is a serious problem. I havent gotten many signs of healing except im in less pain walking around. The best outcome i see is being able to have erections but with pain in those areas and close to barely any sensation. If i find a good urologist to perform surgery do the cons out weigh the pros in this situation? Its very hard to deal with this. Any help is appreciated. I just want to figure out the best plan for recovery and get back to normal. Thank you dr.

UPDATE
Hi Dr. Im sure your busy, if you could please respond sometime soon. I have an appointment with a urologist for Tuesday. I hope im able to get him to notice the tear. I understand that degloving the penis is dangerous. Isnt there another surgical method to fix this problem since its at the bottom of the shaft close to the testicles? Maybe only making an incision in that area? I just want to know my options and if it isnt worth risking it, i will not and i will give it more time to heal naturally. If you havent responded before my appointment i will message you with what happens and what the doctor says. I appreciate all your help and advice, thank you!

ANSWER
I apologise for the late reply. Let me get to the questions right away:

I didnt take vitamin b6 by itself though, i took it in a formula they sell with herbs and many other vitamins. I just suspect its the vitamin b6 thats caused these symptoms after looking up that they can cause toxicity in some people.

It certainly makes more sense (product-wise) now that you’ve mentioned it was in a combination. I have to say that if the combination was balanced and a vitamin B6 supportive one, vitamin B6 toxicity should not have been the first thing to come to mind.

How long does it take for the sr cream to heal the scar tissue?

It’s really individual and depends on numerous factors such as androgen levels, local tissue prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide levels, the actual injury itself, genetic makeup, additional useful practices applied, age, diet, and lifestyle. However, the average of all the feedback we’ve received over the years, having combined all the cases, constantly ranges between 3 to 6 months (currently being around 117 days I believe).

Hi dr. Im worried that my tear will not heal because you said some partial tears can heal themselves in 3-5 months but then told me to give it another 3 months? By partial what do you mean?

It’s pretty straightforward really. Part of corpus spongiosum is thinned out due to basic anatomy of the penis. The tear can be considered complete (usually but not always) even if only from one of the sides if it ranges from a thinned out to a thinned out lair, meaning that it should not be able (or will be very unlikely) to heal back in place. The actual size of the gap between layers will also serve as a straightforward indicator of the severity of the tear.

It’s difficult to say without actually examining it personally. Could you send photos of it?

If i find a good urologist to perform surgery do the cons out weigh the pros in this situation? Its very hard to deal with this.

Since there is no severe inflammation or collagen scar tissue release, the condition seems stable enough. It usually means you have the option to safety wait a bit more without hindering any chances of surgical recovery. All in all, I’d say that if the condition remains unresolved the pros (surgical intervention) would outweigh the cons.

Isnt there another surgical method to fix this problem since its at the bottom of the shaft close to the testicles? Maybe only making an incision in that area.

I believe there are almost no varied surgical options for similar complaints. The intervention would still be as local as possible in nature and rather straightforward, as you can imagine.

If you havent responded before my appointment i will message you with what happens and what the doctor says. I appreciate all your help and advice, thank you!

I certainly hope I managed to answer in time. Be sure to let me know how it went.

Glad if I could help!

The doctors I went to treated it as an infection, and I took two rounds of antibiotics with no effect. During this time, however, my symptoms began to spread. First the pain and firmness spread to my left testicle. Then I began to experience pain of the groin at the base of the penis, again starting on the right. Finally, after experiencing pain in the tip and body of the penis, I began to have a feeling of extreme firmness in my penis when flaccid. It seems to my perspective as being in a super-retracted state almost all the time. When I urinate, this hardness and retraction seems to be alleviated, about 90-100% of normal feeling. As soon as I finish urinating, however, it goes right back to its firm flaccid state.

Stress seems to make all of these symptoms, but especially the degree of retraction/firmness of the penis, worse. It is worse when standing and walking than when in a more relaxed position. This is especially problematic as it rubs up against my pants when I am walking, making it very uncomfortable. I can obtain and maintain an erection normally. The hardness even seems to ease up a bit while it is in a transitional semi-erect state, similar to what I experience when urinating. However, if my penis is especially retracted due to stress or activity the erection is often painful. Spontaneous erections during the day usually cause this problem, whereas nocturnal and intentional erections usually do not. About two months into having this hardness issue I began experiencing an increase in the pain at the base of my penis, groin, and testicles for up to 48 hours after ejaculation.

After seeing three urologists, I was diagnosed as having chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome and was prescribed alpha blockers. Although I did not see it as relevant before, I have been experiencing hesitancy before urination (sometimes a minute or two to start going) for the past year. Until this diagnosis, it did not strike me that this is not normal for someone my age (22 years).

I have also had other mysterious symptoms over the past year outside of pelvic area. I have had pain/tingling/numbness in my legs and feet on and off for the past year, and about nine months ago I had a bulged disc at my lowest vertebra, apparently without injury or trauma. The best lead I have right now is that my scoliosis may be causing these problems, as all of my symptoms are occurring below it. I will admit it is not much more than a hunch at this point. The pain in my feet now matches the pain in my pelvic area in intensity and frequency.

The pain I am having is unpleasant enough, but the firm flaccid penis symptom is causing me a great deal more anxiety. My other symptoms come and go, but walking is always uncomfortable. This is also a tangible change to my body, which makes it much harder emotionally.

My questions are, first, could this problem be a symptom of chronic prostatitis like my urologist suggested? Or perhaps a biochemical imbalance? It does not appear in any list of typical symptoms of CP/CPPS. In doing research online and on this site, it seems that many people experience this symptom after injury, sexual exhaustion, or MDMA use. However, I have not experienced any injury to my penis, or done any stretching exercises. At the onset of the firm flaccid symptoms, I was masturbating less than once a week, as the pain in my testicles significantly reduced my desire to do so. I have never used MDMA. I am very confused as to what could be causing my problems.

Second, is there anything I should be doing to either ease symptoms or prevent damage? Am I in danger of permanent tissue damage? Are the alpha blockers helping or hurting me in this situation? I have already quit smoking and drinking coffee. After doing some reading on this site I have been taking vitamins b and c, and fish oil, just what I had around the house. Are there other supplements that could help me with this problem?

I would greatly appreciate any help or insight you may have.

ANSWER
The unfortunate fact is that many people with similar problems are treated for prostatitis/CPPS. It’s important to note that at the same time it is uncertain to what actually causes most of the prostatitis/CPPS cases.
Here is what I consider the problem:

You suffered a hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular lock. If you were not engaging in overactive sexual activities at a time, other factors such as: genetic, stress, and ill lifestyle may have contributed for the exhaustion. Anything that promotes excessive prostaglandin E2, cortisol, histamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, and glutamate levels is to be avoided.

Tissue malnutrition due to narrowed arteries as a side effect of excessive inflammatory hormonal release, along with excessive prostaglandin E2, are more than capable of causing pains, stiffness, and cramps. The uncomfortable feeling may than spread like a plague and affect specific areas through specific and individual gene expressions. A painful erection is a bodily response to excessive inflammatory prostaglandin E2. Testicular pains are considered similar bodily responses to excessive inflammatory releases.

Scoliosis is a condition that may put a strain or alter specific nervous responses.

A firm flaccid condition may occur even if there is no actual tissue damage. It will develop through the lack of proper prostaglandin E1 E3 and NO levels for tissue elasticity and/or low androgen hormones.

“My questions are, first, could this problem be a symptom of chronic prostatitis like my urologist suggested? Or perhaps a biochemical imbalance?”

Yes, it could be both actually.

“Second, is there anything I should be doing to either ease symptoms or prevent damage? Am I in danger of permanent tissue damage? Are the alpha blockers helping or hurting me in this situation?”

Yes, there are several things.

There is a probability of tissue damage if left untreated for too long.

I can see why you were prescribed alpha blockers, however, they will prove to be of little assistance.

“Are there other supplements that could help me with this problem?”

Yes, a combination of Alpha-Amino, 5HTP-Nettle, GRB6-GABA, Multi-Alpha, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicular temperature regulatory solutions will stabilize the nervous and endocrine functioning, promote normal modulation on stress and inflammatory hormonal release, dilate blood vessels, increase androgen hormones production, charge the CNS, and promote healthy release of prostaglandin E1 E3 and NO for healing.

You should also discontinue sexual activities for 1 to 3 months and massage the lower abdomen and pelvic area for additional blood flow.

I suffer from sexual exhaustion and have symtoms such as brutal premature ejaculation (less than a minute), bad memory, weak erection, penis pain, tight scrotum and lower back pain.

I’ve been taking all the vitamins you have told people in my condition to take and after only two weeks my memory has improved and my back feels much better. I have suffered from back pain for many years and it has constantly gone out on me, sometimes just taking something out of the fridge will put it out. My lower back is very weak, but since I have stopped masterbation it feels like it’s getting stronger. I think the Gaba and other pills are helping. My body in general is starting to feel stronger.

But something happened last night… my girlfriend was giving me a massage on my lower back where it is normally sore as there seemed to be some built up tension there. There was nothing sexual about it, and I wasn’t rubbing my crotch against the bed or anything like that. Strictly from her massaging the muscles in my back I started to feel pleasure.. and after about two minutes it felt like I had to climax so I told her to stop. A mintue later she started again and this time I got an erection, yet the pleasure wasn’t coming for the front it was still coming for somewhere else. Soon after I had to climax again. I told her to stop because I’m trying to go two months without doing it, but it was the best pleasure I had ever felt. I’m not sure why a lower back massage (she wasn’t touching my legs or front and I wasn’t turned on at all) would cause me to have to ejaculate, and what seemed to be the most intense one ever.

Could this have happend because my prostate is swollen and she was rubbing muscles that were pushing against my prostate and that’s why the feeling was so intense? Or was she maybe rubbing nerves that connect to the front? I heard milking the prostate is good — but I don’t know if I should go thru with it because you tell people in my condition to take a break, but if it’ll calm down my prosate then mabye it will help.

Would appreciate some input. thanks.

ANSWER
Hi there, it’s my pleasure.

I’m glad that there is an improvement and can assure you that the things will get better with time.

The exact pressure is probably due to arterial constriction which led to blood stagnation in the area, which in turn may have led to tissue malnutrition and death.

There are many types of massages to promote different kind of responses out of the autonomic nervous system. My guess is that the massage promoted responses from both your parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems (probably due to altered neuroplasticity).

Prostate milking is not so risk free nor beneficial as you may have heard. It is not to be executed on a regular basis, so you shouldn’t try it.

thank you for your reply.

“The exact pressure is probably due to arterial constriction which lead to blood stagnation in the area, which in turn may have lead to tissue malnutrition and death.”

1ST: What you wrote above gave me a bit of anxiety. Doesn’t sound good… should I go to some sort of specialist, or will it not harm me???

2ND: If the massage would have continued I would have ejaculated — after two weeks of not doin git would have that put me right back to square one, or would it just put be back a bit? (after further research I think it was my parasympathetic nerves being rubbed in my back that caused the arousel and almost ejaculation. I’m assuming this happened because the nerve is sensitive and should, after months of rest, calm down.)

3RD: Prostate milking is promoted on the internet like crazy and I think it’s only to sell those dumb milking devices which, I have to admit, bought and it did nothing but give me sharp pains in my rectum for about a week after I used it.
thanks a bunch, doc.

Sorry, one last question and then I won’t bother you again.

You stated: “My guess is that the massage promoted responses from both your parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems(probably due to altered neuroplasticity).”

Is this a sign that my neurotransmitters are improving from taking all the vitamins and that healing has begun?

Is 5-HTP the most important thing needed to cure premature ejaculation from a damaged parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system?

ANSWER

You may consult with a specialist in the area. My recommendation is to continue massaging it

“2ND: If the massage would have continued I would have ejaculated — after two weeks of not doin git would have that put me right back to square one, or would it just put be back a bit?
Not on square one, but it would have slowed the process significantly.

Yes, unfortunately, such invasive techniques won’t deliver the promised results.

“Is this a sign that my neurotransmitters are improving from taking all the vitamins and that healing has begun?”

Well, it is not a sign of a major improvement.

“Is 5-HTP the most important thing needed to cure premature ejaculation from a damaged parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system?”

You have to look at the whole picture, taking just 5-HTP won’t benefit you that much, however, it is important.

I have sexual exhaustion and I am pretty sure I cannot achieve an erection, but scared to try in case I do any damage. I do appear to get them in my sleep but it feels its only because I am lying down and they are very weak and not pleasrable to the touch.

My penis is also hard when flacid and somewhat smaller and it appears that there is a vein sticking out on the right hand side, although it is not the normal colour of a vein. I also get tingling sensations in my penis.

I have seen a post on another site where some bloke’s penis retracked very small and went very hard after a nights session. After many months he tried a low dosage of cialis every day just to promote erections but did not ejaculate and it seemed to do the trick i.e. penis went normal and he got his horn back.

I wondered what you thoughts were on this, i.e. would it be beneficial to take something that promotes erections like cialis which would enable the penis enough blood flow to prevent further damage from the inflammatory chemicals? I thought if this would help mend the penis by ensuring adequate blood flow, so that it could once again be more sensitive/ pleasurable, it would help kick start the recovery process. Obviously one would still not ejaculate.

I only ask because a few weeks ago I took some cialis over a weekend in the company of my girlfriend, had lots on erections but did not have sex once, and a few days later my penis just relaxed and went normal size and went almost normal in terms of sensitivity. Then I went for a sprint (hadn’t done sprint running in a few months) and instantly it went hard when flacid once more for about 5 mins afterwards before returning back to normal. I have ejaculated twice since and now the hard flacid has come back/ with low sensitivity.

Kind regards
David

ANSWER
David, it won’t be beneficial, not in a long run.

You see, SSRIs drugs will not increase serotonin production in the pelvic area, but only inhibit the reuptaking of serotonin in the nervous synapses. Reuptake is a term for molecular destruction by liver enzymes. SSRIs will poison the liver by blocking the enzyme that destroys serotonin molecules and by reducing enzymes that are essential to dopamine and acetylcholine synthesis, and will induce an excessive prolactin release with deficiency of oxytocin, testosterone, DHT, and acetylcholine.

SSRIs will give a temporary boost and then harm you, it’s like giving a doping to a tired horse. One will need Cialis every time (for the same results) until it completely destroys the sexual functions.
The acute stress caused by your sprinting session is the cause for your shrunken penis.

UPDATE
Thanks.
I do have a few more questions.

I had an erection that appeared to be stuck last night, and I had to walk around to get it to go down. I thought a mild case of Priapism initially. The only thing different I did was to take 2 Gabba capsules instead of the one (I have only been taking the Gabba for 2 days). I did notice that this has happened before, when I was taking L’Arginine. I am sure Gabba/ L’Arginine has nothing to do with it, but wondered what you thoughts were?

I think I was making progress up until this happened, i.e. erections during the night (although not sensitive ones) and the tingling sensation had stopped in my penis.

However now I have an ache at the base of the penis, where it joins the body on the pubic bone region. What would cause an erection to be stuck?

I also have a large varicocele, which I have had all of my life. Do these contribute to any of the sexual exhaustion symptoms? I have never had any pain from it and it would seem weird that it would start affecting sexual performance now after 28 years..

Finally, is there any reason why my penis would appear almost normal both when flaccid and during erections when I am lying on my side, rather than on my back or standing up? Must be a blood flow thing..

Thanks

ANSWER
Have you used any PDE5 hours of days prior to the episode?

In past I had problem of excessive secretion of precum (during arousal as well in routine) which irritated me. Immediately, after secretion, I felt problem in urination and pain in lower body region. I took some home medicine but it had no effect. However with the passage of time the secretion went on minimizing but it was not normal and mild stimulation (Mental thoughts & romantic programs) were enough to start it.

Now the same problem has started again for the last five months and this time it is much more severe. My routine life has been greatly disturbed and I experience this secretion many times a day. The quantity of secretion varies and started in no time with mild stimulation (Mental thoughts & romantic programmes).

During secretion I feel some excitement on tip of my penis. Now the situation is that I am feeling continuous pain on my penis and back and frequent urge of urination which comes out in small quantity and not with full pressure during day time and at night after sleeping.

The secretion occurs mostly in the morning when i awake sitting on a chair for long time talking to a girl
watching normal romantic programs and having romantic thoughts.

Please advise me on this issue and tell that whether this too much secretion is harmful for my coming normal as well as married life. What care should I take in my routine life and food?
Thanks

ANSWER
You have to recondition your prostate and nearby pelvic tissues and get a grip on the serotonin and GABA nervous modulation which is blown and is not able to constrict the additional prostaglandin E2 release (even by the slightest sexual thought or for no reason) in the nearby tissues for a precum leakage. Excessive precum leakage is harmful and may lead to numerous inflammations and complications.

1.Discontinue sexual activities for 1 to 3 months.
2.Balance your diet.
3.Make good use of Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, 5HTP-Nettle, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicle temperature regulatory solutions.
4.Try to activate parasympathetic nerves in the area by squeezing your buttocks and sphincter. Note that you should not squeeze the PC muscle which is called keggling and is quite different from what you should try. So you should be conscious in contracting only the sphincter in intervals of 4-5 seconds for 4-5 minutes.

Don’t contract the anus hard because you will contract the prostate, too, which is not recommended. So you must pre-expand the prostate muscle by inhaling, which will apply pressure against the bladder.

Yes, you should lower the red meat intake.

I had a ton of symptoms of sexual exhaustion from years and years of over-masturbating… after two weeks of rest and taking vitamins, my memory has returned and my pain in my penis has went away… my anxiety is less but still around… but it seems that my weak erection is even weaker now and by using my hand it’s hard to get an erection and when I finally do get hard I ejaculate instantly. But if I do it again later in the day my penis gets hard quicker and seems harder. The longer I go without ejaculation the weaker my penis seems to get (but the longest I’ve gone is two weeks). I also ejaculate instantly when entering a vagina and have had premature ejaculation all my life practically. Also, after two weeks of not doing anything, and then when I’m about to ejaculate it feels like a lot is going to come out (or needs to) but only average amount does. It feels like it’s plugged or something is blocking it.

Should I get my testosterone tested?

Am I missing something I need to do to heal?

Looking forward to your thoughts.

You are sexually exhausted. Two weeks are insufficient for a notable improvement from sexual exhaustion.

Your organism is desperately trying to get you out of the ill situation you are in. Until your modulation on the stress and inflammatory hormones, along with the control over your dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion is improved, may make sure you discontinue sexual activities or anything that may promote heightened release of stress or inflammatory hormones. You may also experience additionally lowered libido for some time due to lowered levels of excitatory and inflammatory hormones (heightened levels being characteristic for PSAS related symptoms).

You experienced pains in the penis so a collagen scar forming isn’t out of the range of possibilities.

About the premature ejaculation I suggest take a look at this article.

It feels like a lot is going to come out because of an enlarged prostate.

You may want to check your testosterone levels – under 300 ng/dl would be a clear indication that your hypothalamus-pituitary-testicular axis is locked. However, if they do not improve after several months you may consider using Clomiphene. Note that a testosterone replacement therapy will completely kill your testicular function.

You will strongly benefit from Alpha-Amino, Multi-Alpha, Alpha-AGH , 5HTP-Nettle, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil.

You also need to completely discontinue sexual activities until notable improvements are observed.

Wish you a fast recovery!

I read L-theanine helps promote Gaba.
I’m also not sure if my prostate is swollen, because I don’t have to pee often, and my doctor told me it didn’t feel swollen. Could there be a problem with my Urethra or ejaculatory duct?

ANSWER
L-theanine may prove to be of assistance.
Yes, it may be a slight collagen scarring in your urethra and ejaculatory duct due to the abrasion.
