My name is M*** Janssen (21 years old), excuse my English, i’m from Holland. A few months ago (8), i was in a period with lots of stress and lack of sleep. Most like because of night shifts I had to work to pay my study… I felt like a zombie in this period and so felt my penis. Because I didn’t thought this stress and lack of sleep were the caution of my non-working penis, I read of “jelqing” and started doing this in a way which was wasn’t the right way.. I’m pretty sure I damaged my penis with this. By now, the two corpora (as i read on the internet) work very good and can be hard as stone (dutch expression). But the blood flow to the glans is very bad. My glans can only be filled with blood when i lay on my back and with any little pressure it deflates. I’m hopeless and my mental health decreases very fast. Can you please give me some advice? My urologist thinks a cockring is the only thing which can help me, i really don’t trust this man…

Things i noticed: at the point where my urine leader “meets” my glans, i can feel and see a restriction. This is also in the rest of my urine leader. My glans also doesn’t become as hard as it ever used to be. I’m very sure it isn’t a mental cause. You can’t imagine how much your advice would be appreciated.

Kind regards,
M*** Janssen

ANSWER
Hello,

I apologise for the delay. So, let’s get straight to it:

Can you please give me some advice?

Thank you for describing the issue in a detailed manner. It does seem to be a very straightforward variation of Peyronie’s Disease.

Similar injuries are not uncommon and are known to predominantly affect Corpus spongiosum. Sufferers will also experience weaker penile underside and smaller and softer than usual glans. The corpora cavernosa are not usually affected in any way (as mentioned), remaining just as hard. It certainly makes up for an interesting contrast since the surrounding tissues become softer than usual.

An hourglass shape during mid erection (or possibly some uncommon tilting) is usually also present. Sufferers may also notice a notable inability to get their penis to point upwards. If so, it is usually indicative of an internal scar tissue formation somewhere in the midshaft.

Sensitivity and erectile quality are severely affected through violation of tissue integrity (as you have already noticed). The scar is collagenic in nature but is not as elastic or even part of the surrounding tissues, so it affects the so called “penile sealing” (resulting in inability to sustain erection at 100% for prolonged periods of time without a constant physical stimulation), leading to venous leakage and/or penile varicose veins.

Inability to sustain strong erections (without physical stimulation) in an upright position is very common as well.

I won’t expect the collagen tissue to be calcified as of yet, which is good news.

The way to go is prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide increase in adjacent tissues for scar dissolution. Naturally, any ongoing inflammatory process is to be completely dealt with. SR-Cream will be of assistance in both dealing with inflammatory processes and increasing prostaglandins E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide. Based on our feedback, it has high success rate even by itself. However, there are many cases where it’s insufficient, and indeed there are numerous other positive practices that may be of huge assistance (I’ve mentioned them in similar cases as well, so feel free to browse around for some of the respective patient feedback after utilizing some of them). Let me go through some:

– Additionally increasing androgens responsible for penile tissue health and integrity. There are many ways to accomplish increases, such as: testicular cooling, a combination of supplements (such as: Alpha-Amino, Multi-Alpha, Alpha-HGH, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil), diet, exercise, etc.
– Cold and hot wraps. Best done in the shower with cold and hot water alteration in 2 – 3 minute periods.
– Additional vitamin E cream applied topically.
– Healing visualization.
– Gentle tissue massages.

My urologist thinks a cockring is the only thing which can help me, i really don’t trust this man…

You did well to avoid following similar advice. It is far from being viable as a solution and can only worsen the condition.

Please, keep me updated on the case.

Glad if I could help!

UPDATE
Hello Dr. Richard

Many thanks for your reply, i really do appreciate your answers. You’re a real example to all other docters and i’ve got a lot of respect to the fact that you help people you don’t even know and without commercial reasons, true hero to me!

Three weeks ago, i ordered the supplements Alpha-Amino, Alpha-HGH, Multi-Alpha en Ultra purified when i read possitve things about it on your website. Results are already noticeable: increasement of “feelings” in the glans and more volume erect as well non-erect. The restriction at the point where the urine leader “meets” is visible decreasing. I did some research for Peyronie’s Disease and noticed that a lot of complaints are similar to my situation, i noticed this effect between the head of my penis and the center.
For now i ordered SR-cream and Vitamin E-cream. I”ll start exercising too. I will send the results in short mails on monthly base.

Many thanks again, studying with a free mind works like ten times better, it’s so much better in times of exams.

Kind regards,

M*** Janssen

It’s always a pleasure.

I’m certainly glad you’re already observing notable improvements and would like to thank you for your feedback. It’s highly valued and always appreciated.

I have to say the regimen sounds very reasonable and should continue producing positive results.

Please, keep me updated on the case.

Glad if I could help!

I am in my mid 30’s and have been suffering from some symptoms that have caused me much stress for over 12 years, possibly longer.

Flaccid penis has almost no feeling/shrunken/large vein running down the top of shaft. Very rarely wake up with an erection. Can have sex but only once and then no desire to again. This is with my long term partner or other partners I have had

Also have other symptoms that might be related

Eye floaters, light sensitivity, red eye lids, face skin problems intermittent redness.
Wake up after 8 hrs sleep sometimes feeling exhausted. Feelings of no enjoyment from time to time

I have seen many doctors including neurological/nephrology/urology/endocrine all have reported no clinical reasons for these disturbing symptoms.

I have slightly raised creatinine and prolactin but both specialist say this isn’t the reason.

I exercise regularly, weight training, I est a balanced diet so just don’t understand what has happened to me.

I welcome any advice you have for me, as I’m quite desperate at this stage. I’ve noticed on your forum people suggesting things ranging from fish oil to 5htp to l-arginine??

Many thanks

ANSWER
Hello,

Similar complaints are usually indicative of a sexual exhaustion-related penile damage. The symptoms you describe are usually indicative of a mild to moderate stage of sexual exhaustion.

Exhausted individuals usually have a notably heightened chance of injuring their penis through the weakened nervous modulation on inflammatory response and impaired proper hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis functioning for lowered androgens. Androgen levels are considered crucial to penile tissues health and integrity. Prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide local tissue levels are usually low as well, given that you experience loss of erectile capability and sensitivity.

What probably happened here was you sexually exhausted yourself at one point and never really recovered. You then sustained penile injury which, by your presentation of the case, seems to have been uneventful (not uncommon with exhaustion influenced injuries) and went unnoticed for a period of time before you noticed the mentioned subsequent abnormalities, such as: varicose veins and lack of sensitivity. You do not seem to report any severe shape abnormalities, tilting, or inflammation, which is usually indicative of a milder case (but still sufficiently impacting enough to influence corpus spongiosum’s sealing mechanism for varicose veins).

I have seen many doctors including neurological/nephrology/urology/endocrine all have reported no clinical reasons for these disturbing symptoms.

This is not uncommon with the milder uneventful injuries that were gradual enough so that no hematoma or severe scarring was left and only partially affected a given penile tissue layer. Similar tissue inconsistencies are usually difficult to detect since there are no traces of a specific injury spot.

I welcome any advice you have for me, as I’m quite desperate at this stage. I’ve noticed on your forum people suggesting things ranging from fish oil to 5htp to l’arginine??

That is correct. I usually recommend a wide range of practices based on the specific case. For instance, I used to recommend 5HTP and even GRB6-GABA for cases where I suspected a continuous and excessive inflammatory response and weakened serotonin-GABA nervous modulation. However, the latest SR-Cream modification is particularly effective with local inflammatory responses so the need of 5HTP and GRB6-GABA has diminished after its launch.

The best way to address the issue purely on a local tissue level would be utilizing a combination of SR-Cream, vitamin E cream, light tissue massages, and hot-cold temperature alteration. This combination is usually very effective in dissolving any mild collagen tissue scarrings and increasing elasticity prostaglandins E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for healing.

Naturally, to address the issue in a more complete manner, speed up the recovery and avoid the same happening again, you may consider a combination of Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, Alpha-HGH, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil. It will stabilize neuroendocrine functioning, increase prostaglandins E1 E3, Nitric Oxide, and androgen levels. It’s usually very effective with most of the symptoms of sexual exhaustion that are related to lowered androgens, safe from the serotonin-GABA nervous modulation.

Hi Dr. Richards, I’ve been dealing with a penis injury for about 4 1/2 months. I sustained this injury while hanging a weight of about 1 pound from my penis. I only did this one time for about a minute. I was immediately worried and tried to masturbate after to see if everything was still working. I was able to orgasm but it was no where near as powerful as it normally would be. After 3 days I went to play basketball and after I jumped and came down, I felt like a tearing sensation on the underside of my penis over the urethra where it starts going into your body. I went to the emergency room and was told i was fine without any type of scan. They didn’t think anything was torn or ruptured because i didn’t have swelling or bruising. After 2 weeks I had sex and could only feel pleasure on half of the underside of my penis. I eventually got to a urologist after a month and a half and had an MRI done and they only found that I had a indentation on my left corpora cavernosa and told me I had no tears but I feel like I can feel a tear on my corpus spongiosum. I think its supposed to be smooth from top to bottom but when it gets near the base of my penis I feel like a gap between two points. I was told everything was fine I have had a lot of pain in that area and under my pelvic floor. The pain has been getting better but I am thinking my corpus spongiosum is still torn. It completely inflates during erection but i feel a small line of space where the injury occurred. I have a small feeling of pleasure compared to how i used to be pre-injury. The doctor said the nerves where fine but I don’t think so because I would feel pleasure during masturbation or sex. Im going to another urologist because the other doctors plan of just give it time hasn’t been giving me results Ive wanted. Do you think I could still receive surgery to fix the tear if it is in fact torn? If theres anything you can tell me to help my situation, I would really appreciate it.

ANSWER
I must say it is really strange that they have found indentation affecting your corpora cavernosa but nothing related to the softer tissues of your corpus spongiosum which are usually affected in these cases (safe from the suspensory ligament). I would even go as far as stating that it is highly unlikely that your left corpus cavernosum is affected at all, taking in consideration the nature of the injury (flaccid stretching) which is known not to produce any notable pressure on the corpora cavernosa.

Of what you’re describing, I would say that you may have damaged a median bundle of your suspensory ligament or possibly your corpus spongiosum itself if it is just a bit lower down the shaft. The consistent pain you’ve been experiencing, though, is usually indicative of a corpus spongiosum related damage. However, similar tears usually undergo inflammatory processes (hematomas may also be present) and are filled with collagen scar tissue as a result. I’d say that your case is relatively rare in nature (probably 1 in 15) which may have confused your urologist.

Sensitivity alteration caused by even minor nerve damage is to be expected, as you may have noticed yourself.

“Do you think I could still receive surgery to fix the tear if it is in fact torn?”

Similar procedures are definitely possible and can be performed if a given abnormality is proven and recorded. I’d suggest taking a look at this case: http://www.nature.com/ijir/journal/v18/n2/full/3901389a.html . However, I would advise against similar procedures for at least another 3 months. Sometimes partial tears and sprains can heal by themselves.

You may want to consider trying SR-Cream to deal with any supposed inflammation and to promote increased local prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide levels for tissue healing and restoration. However, I don’t believe that it will be of much assistance in fixing the tear itself. It could dissolve any minor hematomas and prevent scar tissue formation, though.

The other thing that may be of assistance here would be guided imagery healing (https://yourhealingmind.org/product/heal-your-penis) which frequently produces results beyond current conventional medicine expectations.

UPDATE
Thank you for your response Dr. Do you have any idea how long it might take for the tear to heal? I have been avoiding physical activities such as running and sports. My penis when erect now curves slightly to the left also. I do feel the indentation on the left when flaccid but its almost undetectable when erect.
Also can i expect my nerves to heal and regain some sensation? I understand it might not be all the way back to normal but I’ve been pretty depressed with the way things have been progressing so slowly. I will try the cream, can it be applied to the whole penis? I had another injury a couple weeks after my initial injury, i masturbated to hard and it seemed like my penis from shaft to glans had blood under the surface or was bruised. After a couple days my skin began to peel off and has felt rubbery every since. Is there anything else i can do to help the recovery process of the tear? I appreciate the fast response! I will keep you updated.

UPDATE
Hi dr, sorry about all the messages but i was wondering why you suggest not getting it surgically repaired and to wait 3 months? Other things that i have wondered are should i be avoiding all sexual activities? The urologist said getting erections would bring it new blood but he also didnt notice the tear i have. Also i had sex a couple weeks after the injury and only felt sensation on half of the underside of my penis. Should i take that as a good sign that i at least had some sensation that i can recover some more sensation or most? Also at the first when i was injured my urine stream split into two and has since partial returned to normal except its a lot more narrow then it used to be. I appreciate Any information you have about these problems. Thank you for your help!

ANSWER
It’s my pleasure. Let’s get to the questions right away:

“Thank you for your response Dr. Do you have any idea how long it might take for the tear to heal?”

It’s quite individual for every case but the average for similar injuries (where partial tear / sprain is suspected) ranges from 3 to 5 months, and that is given the issue has been properly addressed.

“I have been avoiding physical activities such as running and sports. My penis when erect now curves slightly to the left also. I do feel the indentation on the left when flaccid but its almost undetectable when erect.”

It is not uncommon as a symptom. Patients with suspensory ligament injuries to the left experience the exact symptoms you describe as well. Anything that will compromise tissue integrity from one side or another results in the described respective tilting.

“Also can i expect my nerves to heal and regain some sensation?”

Definitely, it’s actually the first thing to improve, even in patients where the collagen scar tissue remains as a problem. It may take several months, though, and you must limit masturbation and similar heavy on the tissues activities.

“I will try the cream, can it be applied to the whole penis?”

Yes, it’s actually recommended to be applied in a broad manner. Of course, you’d have to use a bit more on the problematic spot itself.

“I had another injury a couple weeks after my initial injury, i masturbated to hard and it seemed like my penis from shaft to glans had blood under the surface or was bruised. After a couple days my skin began to peel off and has felt rubbery every since. Is there anything else i can do to help the recovery process of the tear?”

It sounds like a minor collagen scarring affecting outer tissue layers (the rubbery feel is very characteristic). SR-Cream will be effective but there are other things you may consider as well, such as:

– Gentle tissue massages
– Cold and hot wraps. Best done in the shower with cold and hot water alteration in 2 – 3 minute periods.
– Additional vitamin E cream applied topically.
– Healing visualization.

“Hi dr, sorry about all the messages but i was wondering why you suggest not getting it surgically repaired and to wait 3 months?”

Similar procedures are not without their risks. Any penile tissue manipulation should only be considered only when all the available non-invasive options have been proven ineffective. The condition seems stable and you’re not past the point of the statistical data concerning recoveries of similar kind, so another 3 months would be the natural thing to consider.

“Other things that i have wondered are should i be avoiding all sexual activities?”

Most definitely, the mentioned sexual activities discontinuation usually results in improved penile healing during deep sleep.

“Also i had sex a couple weeks after the injury and only felt sensation on half of the underside of my penis. Should i take that as a good sign that i at least had some sensation that i can recover some more sensation or most?”

It’s a very common symptom, actually, and usually improves dramatically in several months, that is if heavy on the local tissues activities (like masturbation) are partially avoided.

“Also at the first when i was injured my urine stream split into two and has since partial returned to normal except its a lot more narrow then it used to be”

That’s usually indicative of internal collagen tissue scarring and/or urethral damage. It’s actually a bit surprising that you are currently experiencing similar symptoms without any of the more common ones like mid-erection hourglass shape. The only explanation that comes to mind (which excludes collagen scar tissue involvement) is tissue misplacement which has not triggered any severe inflammatory processes.

It’s a pleasure.

That is correct. I believe they can be very beneficial and it goes to my previous advice of improving general health and increasing androgens. The combination that I usually recommend and have noticed best results with in similar cases is: Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, Alpha-HGH, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil.

I used to also recommend 5HTP-Nettle and GRB6-GABA to counter any inflammatory processes. However, the need of such has drastically diminished with the appearance of the SR-Cream.

Thank you dr. I will purchase them but before i do that. I have another issue ive been dealing with also. I tried some vitamin b6 pills 1 month after my injury for 1 month because i read on pegym some guys said b6 would help nervw injuries. I began having burning and tingling in my arms and legs around my mouth and having head aches. I think i have vitamin b6 toxicity and was wondering if you had any information that could help me with this also and if any of the products you are recommending me have any b6 and or anything that with aggravate my symptoms further. Thank you!

ANSWER
Taking just one vitamin (or even just a few) is often very counter-productive as it affects internal organism equilibrium too much. It’s important to keep a healthy ratio between most of the vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to avoid similar occurrences. Your body can actually take extreme amounts of any given vitamin, given that it is also in a proper ratio with all the other supporting substances needed for its proper metabolization. That is why eating much of a given food won’t usually cause any toxicity or problems for a long time, even though you may be eating even higher dosages of vitamin B6 (for instance) with it.

The symptoms you described seem to be indicative of a mild vitamin b toxicity combined with hyperoxia and hyperventilation syndrome (also both very mild). B-group vitamins have been shown to affect blood oxygen levels, and while sufficient levels may actually be used to treat a said condition, going over the top usually promotes the other extreme or the reverse.

Of the supplements I mentioned, Multi-Alpha has vitamin B6 in its formula. It is, however, combined in such a way with the other vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbs that any toxicity happening is highly unlikely.

UPDATE
The products i was taking were off a website called herballove.com under their section for penis injuries. In total i think i was taking around 36 mg of vitamin b6 daily. There were other vitamins and b vitamins in it also. I would rather stay away from any supplements that have any b vitamins as i dont want to take the chance to make it any harder to recover from this. Do you know what i can do to help recover from these symptoms? Also do you know how long it usually take for the sr cream and visual healing to be delivered? Thanks again.

ANSWER
Right, avoiding B-group vitamins for a period of time seems to be a reasonable thing to do. I’m aware of herballove’s site and believe they sell quality products, for the most part. I don’t believe that recommending single vitamins (based on their said positive effects) without any strategy whatsoever is a sound practice, though.

Do you know what i can do to help recover from these symptoms?

Given that that’s the true cause, I’d suggest improving general lifestyle and diet, nothing too special.

Also do you know how long it usually take for the sr cream and visual healing to be delivered?

SR-Cream usually takes 2 to 4 business days for Europe and 4 to 14 business days for the rest of the world. It varies highly, though. If you’re from USA, you can expect a status update at http://usps.com 1 to 3 days before the actual delivery (upon arrival at any sorting facility, usually NY).

I suppose you are referring to “Heal your Penis” from yourhealingmind.org? That’s definitely strange. I believe it should be instantly delivered at: https://yourhealingmind.org/heal-your-penis . Could you try logging in and opening the link?

As always, be sure to keep me updated on the case.

I didnt take vitamin b6 by itself though, i took it in a formula they sell with herbs and many other vitamins. I just suspect its the vitamin b6 thats caused these symptoms after looking up that they can cause toxicity in some people. How long does it take for the sr cream to heal the scar tissue?

UPDATE
Hi dr. Im worried that my tear will not heal because you said some partial tears can heal themselves in 3-5 months but then told me to give it another 3 months? By partial what do you mean? I can feel a gap from side to side of the base of corpus spongiosum where it comes out of the body and a gap from one side to the other about a cm or 2 above that, with and without erection. Its like all the tissue of my spongiosum inflates and is smooth up until that point near the base and right above it and is separated. How likely is it that both those tears reattach themselves to the other tissues? Its Exactly where i felt the burning tearing sensation when i jumped. I just dont think my urologist can feel it because my penis tightens up when ive gone for a check up and does not hang loosely after the injury. I have not been examined while having an erection. Im going on to my 5th month of being like this on april 21st. I am tired of just waiting and understand this is a serious problem. I havent gotten many signs of healing except im in less pain walking around. The best outcome i see is being able to have erections but with pain in those areas and close to barely any sensation. If i find a good urologist to perform surgery do the cons out weigh the pros in this situation? Its very hard to deal with this. Any help is appreciated. I just want to figure out the best plan for recovery and get back to normal. Thank you dr.

Hi Dr. Im sure your busy, if you could please respond sometime soon. I have an appointment with a urologist for Tuesday. I hope im able to get him to notice the tear. I understand that degloving the penis is dangerous. Isnt there another surgical method to fix this problem since its at the bottom of the shaft close to the testicles? Maybe only making an incision in that area? I just want to know my options and if it isnt worth risking it, i will not and i will give it more time to heal naturally. If you havent responded before my appointment i will message you with what happens and what the doctor says. I appreciate all your help and advice, thank you!

ANSWER
I apologise for the late reply. Let me get to the questions right away:

I didnt take vitamin b6 by itself though, i took it in a formula they sell with herbs and many other vitamins. I just suspect its the vitamin b6 thats caused these symptoms after looking up that they can cause toxicity in some people.

It certainly makes more sense (product-wise) now that you’ve mentioned it was in a combination. I have to say that if the combination was balanced and a vitamin B6 supportive one, vitamin B6 toxicity should not have been the first thing to come to mind.

How long does it take for the sr cream to heal the scar tissue?

It’s really individual and depends on numerous factors such as androgen levels, local tissue prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide levels, the actual injury itself, genetic makeup, additional useful practices applied, age, diet, and lifestyle. However, the average of all the feedback we’ve received over the years, having combined all the cases, constantly ranges between 3 to 6 months (currently being around 117 days I believe).

Hi dr. Im worried that my tear will not heal because you said some partial tears can heal themselves in 3-5 months but then told me to give it another 3 months? By partial what do you mean?

It’s pretty straightforward really. Part of corpus spongiosum is thinned out due to basic anatomy of the penis. The tear can be considered complete (usually but not always) even if only from one of the sides if it ranges from a thinned out to a thinned out lair, meaning that it should not be able (or will be very unlikely) to heal back in place. The actual size of the gap between layers will also serve as a straightforward indicator of the severity of the tear.

It’s difficult to say without actually examining it personally. Could you send photos of it?

If i find a good urologist to perform surgery do the cons out weigh the pros in this situation? Its very hard to deal with this.

Since there is no severe inflammation or collagen scar tissue release, the condition seems stable enough. It usually means you have the option to safety wait a bit more without hindering any chances of surgical recovery. All in all, I’d say that if the condition remains unresolved the pros (surgical intervention) would outweigh the cons.

Isnt there another surgical method to fix this problem since its at the bottom of the shaft close to the testicles? Maybe only making an incision in that area.

I believe there are almost no varied surgical options for similar complaints. The intervention would still be as local as possible in nature and rather straightforward, as you can imagine.

If you havent responded before my appointment i will message you with what happens and what the doctor says. I appreciate all your help and advice, thank you!

I certainly hope I managed to answer in time. Be sure to let me know how it went.

Glad if I could help!

please: time ago I had the bad idea to do exercises jelqing by an appliance bought on the internet.
This tool was formed by two rubber soles inside of which was placed the penis by performing a back and forth motion. I’ve done one session of about 8 minutes and the result I got was a small wound on the central part of the auction of my penis which then over time it has healed and I also heard inside my penis as if there had been a venous leakage.
From that moment, my erections are very weak and this has added a kind of depression / anxiety that worsens my dysfunction.
The damage is reversible? Is there anything I can do? What products should I buy from your site? Thanks a lot: help me please

ANSWER
I apologize for the late reply. Let me ask you some additional questions before we can classify the condition and its severity in a more precise manner. So:

1) When did you sustain the initial injury exaclty? Do you have any recollection of how long it has been with no improvement?
2) Venous leakage / damage is definitely a firm possibility with similar cases. However, could you clarify why do you consider it as such? For instance, do you suffer any erection alterations based on your position (upright, lying down, sitting in a chair).
3) Have you noticed any physical alterations, such: bending of any kind, hourglass shaped penis, uncommon shape while you’re 50 – 70% erect, glans size alterations, softer corpus spongiosum (or urethral underside in particular), etc. ?

Any other information will be of assistance as well. Even minor details could be indicative of the exact issue we’re dealing with and help us promptly resolve the condition.

UPDATE
Thanks for the reply Dr. Richards will try to answer concisely and clearly describing additional symptoms:
-the injury dates back to a year ago (about) and I have not seen improvements (up to now) -after the “damage” I heard inside the penis (the central part of the rod where it was rubbing him) as if the veins lose blood -I noticed that during the first phase of the erection there is a slight hourglass shape which then disappears when I reach full erection -get an erection just touching (but with great difficulty) and upon reaching the penis tends down and I can not bring it up -a other thing that scares me is the lack of sensitivity even when I reach orgasm laboriously -feel the penis (this especially when it is flaccid) as “dead”
-feel as if the “damage” is right where the wound had formed which later healed (so always at the beginning of the front shaft of the penis) That’s all we say, what can you do? (I apologize for my english) thanks a lot Dr.

I forgot to tell you (in addition to the previous symptoms) that has created a kind of depression / anxiety that influence (I think) erection

ANSWER
Thank you for describing the issue in a detailed manner. It seems like a very straightforward variation of Peyronie’s Disease.

The hourglass shape during mid erection, as well as the inability to get it to point upwards is usually indicative of an internal scar tissue formation usually in the midshaft. Similar injuries predominantly affect Corpus spongiosum. You would also probably suffer from weaker penile underside and smaller and softer than usual glans.

As you may have already noticed, sensitivity and erectile quality are severely affected through violation of tissue integrity. The scar is collagenic in nature but is not as elastic or even part of the surrounding tissues, so it will affect the “penile sealing” (resulting in inability to keep your erection at 100% for prolonged periods of time without constant stimulation) and lead to venous leakage and/or penile varicose veins.

It seems that your scar collagen tissue formation is still soft and not calcified as you still achieve proper erections past the hourglass shape, which is good.

The way to go is prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide increase in adjacent tissues for scar dissolution. Naturally, any ongoing inflammatory process should be completely dealt with. SR-Cream will be of assistance in both dealing with inflammatory processes and increasing prostaglandins E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide. Based on our feedback, it has high success rate even by itself. However, there are many cases where it’s insufficient, and indeed there are numerous other positive practices that may be of huge assistance. Let me go through some:

– Additionally increasing androgens responsible for penile tissue health and integrity. There are many ways to accomplish increases, such as: testicular cooling, a combination of supplement (which may also be used to additionally decrease any chronic local inflammation), diet, exercise, etc.
– Cold and hot wraps. Best done in the shower with cold and hot water alteration in 2 – 3 minute periods.
– Additional vitamin E cream applied topically.
– Healing visualization.
– Gentle tissue massages.

Please, keep me updated on the case.

UPDATE
Dr. Richards thanks again for the support: last questions before purchasing the products and start :
A) Sr cream how many times a day should I use? I have to apply to the central part of the penile shaft where he had created the wound?
B) Multi alpha, alpha amino, alpha hgh and ultra purified fish oil can I help? In this case, how many times a day should I use these supplements? Be taken all four at the same time?
C) For testicular cooling means this: https://shop.cure-erectile-dysfunction.org/ubreeze-explained/
D) I stop sexual activity? (including masturbation)
E) All of the treatment as it should last for the full recovery?
Thank you so much Dr. Richards

ANSWER
Let me answer those straight away:

A) Sr cream how many times a day should I use? I have to apply to the central part of the penile shaft where he had created the wound?

Four times a day would be the maximum. You should apply most of it on the central part but spread 20 to 30% to the sides as well.

B) Multi alpha, alpha amino, alpha hgh and ultra purified fish oil can I help? In this case, how many times a day should I use these supplements? Be taken all four at the same time?

It’s the default combination for boosting androgens, yes. You could add Alpha-Boost for an extra edge, although it’s fine without it as well.

uBreeze are to be considered as well, as testicular cooling will undoubtedly increase androgens.

As for the usage recommendations:
They are designed to be taken at the same time from absorption standpoint, indeed, and I would recommend such practice.

They could be taken separately as well, as described below:
* Ultra-Purified-FishOil and Alpha-Amino can be taken throughout the day (preferably 1 capsule/tablet at a time).
* Alpha-HGH can be taken any time but in this case in the mornings would probably be preferable.
* Multi-Alpha is very general in nature and can be taken any time with great results.

C) For testicular cooling means this: https://ubreeze.org/

Yes, or you could also try similar practice in the bathroom with cold water – daily. It probably won’t be as effective, though.

D) I stop sexual activity? (including masturbation)

I strongly recommend that you do as it is difficult to avoid any further internal tissue irritation and inflammation through the constant scar tissue pressing during masturbation.

E) All of the treatment as it should last for the full recovery?

Yes, it’s individual in nature but it generally takes around 2 to 4 months to observe a notable scar tissue dissolution and another 2 to 4 for a complete recovery. Of course, during those you should masturbate at least 3 to 5 times to avoid any excessive and prolonged abstinence.

UPDATE
Dr. Richards I received all products to begin the cure, but I have a last question about artics:
a-I fill the bags of hot or cold water?
b-bag that I can use to hold all day or I have to change the water every now and then?
c-in substance if I explain the operation of artics because I have many doubts
Thank You

ANSWER
I apologise for the greatly delayed reply. Let’s get to it straight away:

a-I fill the bags of hot or cold water?

The thermophores should be filled with cold water and preferably additionally cooled and/or frozen in a freezer.

b-bag that I can use to hold all day or I have to change the water every now and then?

No need to change the water at all. It’s all about testicular temperature regulation.

c-in substance if I explain the operation of artics because I have many doubts

The logic behind them is rather simple, yet proven to work on numerous instances. They are to serve as a testicular regulatory means for your testicles. It’s proven that cooler testicles work more effectively and lead to increased androgen production. You may want to take a look here: https://ubreeze.org/resource/ to grasp in details the benefits of testicular cooling, and here: https://ubreeze.org for additional directions.

Then Dr. I also thought of using the combination of alpha hgh, purified oil, multi alpha and alpha amino twice a day (morning and afternoon), what do you think? or once is more than enough? in any case, in four months (time indicated to her to get a good healing) let you know my results. Thanks again for the support Dr. Richards

It does sound very reasonable. The combination and dosages can be modified to fit one’s exact needs. I’d suggest to just try things out and see which is the ideal ground for you individually.

Due to stressful life events I had been masturbating very frequently for about 3-4 weeks leading up to the event. One night during sleep I was having an erotic dream and when I woke up my penis had lost sensation and I felt a loss of sensation and control of my urinary muscles. In the weeks leading up to that I had been urinating quite frequently (as if water was going right through me). From that point on I’ve rarely gotten morning erections and recently my nocturnal erections have been prolonged and painful or non-existent. For a few days I had a dull aching pain in my perineum area and my testicles have been heavy/low-hanging. Interestingly the couple times I did masturbate since then (with weakened erections) the sensation was quite enhanced. Its been about a week and there is still a loss of sensation in my flaccid penis.

Also I’m not sure if this a separate problem or not, but I feel there is damage or a tear to the suspensory ligament which may have happened when I was manually trying to get an erection in the days after the event (mainly to confirm I could still do it, which I could). It feels like my penis is on a string and if I pull it I get uncomfortable sensations down the shaft to the perineum. May I have damaged a nerve in my sleep from a mechanical issue? I’m concerned about painful nocturnal erections reinforcing whatever damage might have been done.

Thanks for you help.

ANSWER
Yes, a penile damage during sleep is possible, especially if one is suffering from increased inflammatory response in the area, accompanied with low levels of Nitric Oxide and prostaglandin E1 for local tissue elasticity.

You’ve suffered lowered levels of Arginine vasopressin – a major factor in water retention and moisture for the skin. When the pituitary releases too little of it, you will suffer frequent urination. If it is too high, you will experience water retention problems.

To pinpoint the exact nerve damage will prove to be quite difficult since there is a complicated net of penile nerves that enter the perineal nerves, the dorsal penile nerves, the pudental nerves, and the ilioinguinal nerves.

The sensations with the weakened erections most probably enhanced due to the heightened levels of excitatory and inflammatory prostaglandin E2 in the area.

Much can be done for proper penile sensitivity and erection power restoration, so you should remain optimistic.

Hello Dr Richards,
can we get the Nitric Oxide and prostaglandin E1 tested?

Hello, approximately 3 months and 2 weeks ago I think I injured my penis, pretty bad.

I was masturbating and right before reaching the orgasm I decided to try to stop it, so I squeezed the glans semi hard, it worked. Then I did it again, maybe a little bit harder, and it didn’t work, so I didn’t think much of the little pain I felt. It was very little.

However, the next day I could barely get hard and realized that my foreskin and glans was next to numb. At least 80% decrease in sensitivity to the prior day. At this point I didn’t even remember the injury from the other night. I got desperate to achieve an erection and orgasm to convince my self nothing was wrong.

This has been going on for over 3 months now with no improvement. I can get erected only by intens stimulation of the mind and body. My flaccid is also firm/hard feeling, not the spongy/soft it normally is.

I have no clue what to do… I’m only 20 years old, healthy, don’t smoke, no medications, no alcohol the last months, no sexual anxiety issues what so ever… Have I destroyed a nerve that will never heal again?

ANSWER
You’ve damaged the corpus spongiosum. There are some very sensitive nerve endings on and under the glans. One will be lucky to avoid internal scar tissue formation for a permanent nerve compression and tissue desensitation.
If there is no collagen release and the damage on the soft tissues is not significant (rupture) the sensitivity should return eventually.

You may consider boosting the process with the SR-Cream for tissue and sensitivity restoration.

Also Alpha-Amino, Alpha-AGH, Multi-Alpha, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil will increase your androgen hormones production, better your libido, promote blood flow and prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for healing, and even slightly enlarge your penis permanently.

UPDATE
Thanks.
Could you elaborate a little?
I am uncircumcised and there is discoloration on the foreskin right under the glans. Unchanged for 3.5 months
What sort of nerves have I damaged and how long does it take to heal ?
How do I know if it wont heal?
What are the recovery rate of this sort of injury?
-All the best

ANSWER
Of course, in your case, the most probable cause for the discoloration should be poor blood circulation to the affected areas.

There is quite a complicated net of penile nerves that enter the perineal nerve, the dorsal penile nerve, the pudendal nerve, and the ilioinguinal nerve, so it will be difficult to pinpoint the exact nerves that could have been damaged.

The recovery rate differs through individual gene expressions and exact injury. However, if proper measures are taken, it shouldn’t take longer than several weeks to a few months.

UPDATE
But it’s already been 3 and a half month (closer to 4 months) with ZERO improvement.
So I can conclude that is not the case then?=\

ANSWER
No, since the issue was never addressed properly.

I am 33 years old. For 4 months I was having sex 5 to 10 times a week. Most of it occurring on the weekends, and some of it was pretty rough at times. Also, some times i would orgasm more than once off the same erection. During this same time i was masturbating twice a week on average. For 2 weeks not too long ago my penis got sore. At the end of that 2 week period, i became erect in the evening, did nothing with the erection, lost the erection and found a hard bulge in my flaccid penis. My penis also shrunk up and the head and glans turned white. i went into the ER and was sent to a urologist. He at first thought it was a priapism. After inspecting it further he decided it was not priapism and called it an “over use injury” that should heal completely in 2 weeks. Since then, i have had firmness in my flaccid penis.

I’m not sure if its blood, scar tissue, or what? I am not getting random erections. and nocturnal erections seem to be happening occasionally but not near as i would expect. My sex drive seems to be nearly gone. generally my penis is numb and unresponsive. I have had some bottleneck erections where the bottom 3rd is very firm while the top 2/3 is soft. lately, even when i’m with my girlfriend in bed i am not getting any sexual sensations, or erections. just 2 months ago this would be absolutely unheard of for me. Does it sound like permanent damage? Will it heal? What can i do to help it heal? local urologists seem stumped and uninterested.

I should add… its been over 3 weeks now. The color seems to be coming back. But the hardness while flaccid still occurs quite a bit and my erectile function seems to be worsening. The last full erection i remember having was 4 nights ago. I had sex that night (very gentle and very short), and the hard flaccid state immediately came back and since then i seem to have lost the ability to become erect.

ANSWER
Unfortunately, diminishing hGH and androgen levels (especially after 35) tend to increase the possibility of penile injuries of any kind.

“im not sure if its blood, scar tissue, or what?”

It is unlikely to be a scar tissue since a full scar tissue development will take weeks to months. The bulge appeared suddenly, so it’s either a blood or lymphatic vessel clot.

The softness of the erections is an indication that the corpus spongiosum can’t expand fully, or at least not in the middle and upper area where you sustained the damage – so you end up relying on your 2 corpus cavernosa for an erection power. Since the erection can’t be sealed you will experience problems sustaining it. The lack of sensitivity indicates that a mild local nervous damage occurred, it may get worse if a scar tissue develops in the area.

The firm flaccid penis condition is either a retraction of the penile tissue as a result of sustained damage, or is indicative of lowered androgen hormones, prostaglandin E1 E3, and Nitric Oxide levels. They are usually co-dependent, which means that one with heightened androgen hormones, prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide levels is much less likely to injure his penis. The same goes for the rejuvenation and healing processes. You have to boost your androgen hormone production naturally, modulate stress and inflammatory hormonal releases, and increase prostaglandin E1 E3 and NO in the local tissues for healing.

“does it sound like permanent damage? will it heal? what can i do to help it heal?”

It may prove to be a permanent condition if a scar tissue develops and no preventive measures are taken.
It is possible to heal.

Alpha-AGH, Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicle cooling will be of great assistance to better nervous and endocrine functioning, increase androgen hormone production, charge the CNS, and increase prostaglandin E1 E3, and Nitric Oxide for healing.

You should also use hot wraps and gently massage the penis with SR-Cream and lower the frequency of sexual activities.

Hello. I’m 26 years old and have been masturbating almost everyday since I was around 14 or so. Recently in the last few years I’ve noticed a significant decrease in overall penis size when erect. When I was 16 until about 20 or so I remember measuring myself onetime at around 7 1/2 inches and a girth of about 5 I think.

Now it erects to around 5 1/2 to sometimes 6 when erect. My libido is down and it seems that the sensitivity in my penis is almost down to nothing. I’ve stopped masturbating recently after a lot of thought about this, though the area behind my scrotum (prostate?) hurts. I’ve had a lot of issues concentrating for a long time now, and at least once a week I hear a high frequency ringing in my ear that lasts for a few seconds and then stops. I’ve been told this is a form of hearing loss. From all I’ve read, it seems my problems are from the over masturbation. My question is can the damage be repaired? If so how? I know info isn’t free, so any advice will be greatly appreciated. Is there special professional help I may seek? I am quite fond of natural medicine and chinese traditional medicine, so is there help this way? Can I feel sensitivity again, get size back, better concentration, etc? I just hope the damage isn’t permanent.

Thank you for your time.
B.

ANSWER
Yes, you caused some internal damage through the over-active sexual activities.
I suggest you take a look Here, and Here if not already.

The area behind the scrotum that hurts you must be an over-tensed PC muscle.

The main cause for the shot libido, lowered penile size, and lost penile sensitivity is low androgen hormone production, as well as low levels of histamine, prostaglandin E1 E3, Nitric Oxide, and dopamine. Lowered androgen hormone production may come as a result of high cortisol, epinephrine, norepinephrine, prolactin, and prostaglandin E2 levels, which in turn are usually modulated by a complex set of processes including many but if we have to specify should go with serotonian and GABA nervous action.

The lack of concentration is a direct result of lowered serotonin, dopamine, acetylcholine, and GABA levels.
Through the different cases of sexual exhaustion and gene expressions it is difficult to prognose if a full recovery is possible. However, almost complete recovery is very possible.

The products I believe will help you manage the exhaustion the best way possible are: Multi-Alpha, 5HTP-Nettle, Alpha-Amino, GRB6-GABA (only the first month and then replace it with hGH booster – Alpha-AGH), Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicular temperature regulatory solutions to better nervous and endocrine functioning, stabilize acetylcholine, dopamine, serotonin, and GABA levels, modulate the stress and inflammatory hormonal release, unlock hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis for more androgen hormone production, charge the CNS, modulate dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversions, and boost prostaglandin E1 E3 and NO for healing.

Also discontinue sexual activities for a 1 to 3 months.

You may always consult with an urologist. I hope you won’t be unpleasantly surprised of him knowing less of your condition than you do.

Chinese traditional medicine truly provides some great solutions, there are many herbs and traditional medicines that you may find to have a positive effect. In fact several of the ingredients in the products are with eastern origin.

I would first like to say that I appreciate and thank you for your time and that you are doing a wonderful service by providing this website, Dr. Richards.

I have a few questions regarding sexual exhaustion recovery and supplements, but first my backstory:
About 6-7 years ago, as a teen between the ages of 15-18, I without a doubt, was addicted to masturbation. I would masturbate several times a day to all sorts of pornography. I would say I masturbated at least 3 times a day on average, with random fluctuations of doing it and not doing it.

My sexual encounters began at around 17 and during this period I had erectile dysfunction problems; low sensitivity in my penis and I would become flaccid during the act. Unfortunately my masturbation habits continued and my problem never became better. I started taking herbal supplements to aid my erections, such as horny goat weed, ginkgo biloba, maca, tribulus, l-arginine, etc.

I also realized by not masturbating for a week prior to sex, my erections were stronger. It all helped my erection issues tremendously and I was able to achieve erections like never before (a more of a 11 o’clock position rather than a more horizontal position like 9 o’clock and my better erections seemed to never want to go down. I was a new experience for me, really). After breaking up with my partners my masturbation habits would continue until finally I stumbled upon an article online about sexual exhaustion. I was about 20 years old at this point.

I realized my problem had to have been sexual exhaustion and my masturbation habits have changed since. I had developed prostatitis from frequent masturbation. I was also experiencing the mood effects of sexual exhaustion, probably from low dopamine, but at the time I felt it was just because I was an introvert. I had little emotion, I felt little love, I had erectile dysfunction, I would avoid a lot of social interactions if I could, etc.

I finally overcame my struggle and greatly reduced my masturbation frequency. I now do it once a day, every other day, every two days, a total of 5 times a week etc.

I am now 22 and my ejaculation frequency is in the range you recommend ~3-4 times a week, sometimes 1-2 times more some weeks and sometimes only once other weeks. I can say I see improvement, especially with my new partner, in the area of erectile dysfunction. My mood has also considerably improved. My urinary problems are also better.

I am still not where I would like to be, however. I feel as though I could have considerably stronger erection quality. I last awhile due to lack of sensitivity, so to aid/maintain my erection and to speed up my ejaculation process, I squeeze my PC muscle often to make sure my erection doesn’t become flaccid. I am also worried that I won’t be able to maintain an erection with a condom on during intercourse because of the lack of sensitivity, as I haven’t had sex since I started to correct my problem.

I feel my problems will subside once I make a full recovery, but I also feel my progress has hit a plateau. My questions are:

1)Is it possible to make a full recovery from sexual exhaustion without complete abstinence? Maybe ejaculation by cause of your partner for once a week for a few weeks?

2)You list a recommended masturbation frequency on the webpage that is separated by masturbation and intercourse. Is ejaculation by means of your partner’s stimulation, (everything aside from actual vaginal intercourse, like oral sex or stimulation from their hand) fall under the masturbation category or intercourse category?

3)Would you recommend I continue to take my herbal supplements such as horny goat weed, maca, ginkgo biloba, tribulus terrestris, etc. as I try to make a full recovery?

4)After reading the cases posted here I decided to begin taking a male-multivitamin, amino complex, 5-htp, and gaba supplementation to help my recovery. I noticed the 5-htp and gaba deliver a pleasant drowsiness but that is all I can tell after two days of supplementation. Am I meant to notice any other differences from those two supplements?

5)Is squeezing my PC-muscle an okay habit?

ANSWER
Yes, you suffered and are still suffering from symptoms of sexual exhaustion. The unfortunate fact is that the complete recovery won’t come as quick as desired if the problem isn’t addressed in a specific manner. Some of the severe cases are only partially reversible, though.

1. It is possible, but will delay the progress.

2. Only sex (without a condom) is considered proper intercourse due to the recharging and supporting quality of the vaginal secretions on the local penile tissues, and proper bioenergy transfer. Oral stimulation will trigger slightly different hormonal releases than masturbation, but still won’t be efficient enough.

3. Excessive tribulus stimulates the pituitary function for more LH and FSH which in turn stimulate the testicular function. A high dose of tribulus will lead to sympathetic nervous fires. If your testicular function is partially or fully locked, tribulus won’t deliver the desired results at all, instead will trigger hot flushes.
Also lower the horny goat weed intake if not done already.

4. It depends on the specific GABA promoting formula, and other supplementation that you’re currently taking.

5. No, PC muscle is the last resort of a man to keep erection from dying. If over-trained, will lead to premature ejaculation through the sympathetic response.

I’ve been masturbating at least 2 times per day for more than 15 years (I’m 27 now). The last year I sure let my penis have it by masturbating more average 5 times a day. 2 Years ago I started having some problems, I got varicocele on the left testicle, and along with It I started experiencing pain in the legs and testicles, along with a humongous weakness in my palms (I can’t explain it better – I just didn’t have the strength to hold on things tight). I had surgery for the varicocele and it is now almost gone, but my problems are not improving at all. I have very heavy low hanging testicles (I didn’t use to have such), my penis is not so sensitive and I don’t have morning erections at all. I started taking some Ginkgo Biloba but it is of no help. I also have a strange full feeling in the abdomen and I suspect it is because my prostate is enlarged. Well is this because of the masturbation? What would you recommend?
THANKS!

ANSWER
No wonder that after a chronic masturbation for 15 years your testicular function failed completely, and your prostate may have also been severely abraded. Your nervous and brain function are exhausted. I would guess that your testosterone levels are low (maybe around 250-300 ng/dl), because of the sexual exhaustion and the effect of the varicocele.

Currently you don’t have much healing power to recharge your system under the deficiency of androgen hormones. The extra inflammatory hormones released in the blood are probably the reason you got varicocele in the first place. Your nerves, blood vessels, and tissues lack of vital hormones and neurotransmitters.

The lack of morning erections is an indication that your acetylcholine-parasympathetic nervous recharge system don’t have the healing power to activate your penis, even after a long sleep.

My recommendation is:
1. Discontinue any sexual activities for 1 to 3 months
2. Check your Testosterone levels, it is crucial because of the extra damage from the varicocele. If they are under 300 ng/dl start a testosterone replacement therapy along with the restoration of your nervous modulation.
3. Make use of: Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, Alpha-AGH, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicular cooling procedures.

I’ve lost sensitivity on the top of the penis but not the glans, just between glans and the mid shaft. It’s super strange. What did I injure?! The skin looks stretched and there is a bump kind of like a nerve pushing against the skin. I’m kind of worried so is this a collagen scar or a broken nerve?! And the other thing is that a vein appeared of nowhere, I suppose it’s my fault but wonder if this is a varicose vein and is it caused by collagen forming in the valves?
Thank you.

ANSWER
It is a collagen scar formation. Violent over-masturbation causes penile numbness, due to the damage inflicted on the neuro-muscular endings.

If you are also ejaculating frequently you may suffer numerous other problems. One of them will be deficiency of acetylcholine, which will lead to poor nervous transduction, thus backing up the ill effects of the violent masturbation.

Yes, the vein that appeared is varicose in nature. It is a result of the inflammation induced collagen scar that appeared in the blood vessels.

You can improve the quality of the veins and valves by boosting Prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide production in the local tissues.

However, I would like to boost the process so I was wondering which one of the supplements should I take?

ANSWER
Because of the unprepared jelqing, an internal hemorrhage probably occurred. Your organism produced a protein called collagen which formed a scar and eventually damaged the nearby nerve and blood vessel network.

You need prostaglandin E1-E3 and Nitric Oxide to dissolve the scar that was produced by your jelqing.

You should massage the semi erected penis with SR-Cream, then wrap it up with a warm or hot towel. The heat (or any temperature alteration for that matter) will stimulate tissue to convert GLA to prostaglandin E1.

You should also make a good use of: Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, L-Arginine 500, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil – A strong Prostaglandin E1 E3 – Nitric Oxide therapeutic combination.

Testicular temperature regulation will also prove to be extremely beneficial by increasing your androgens.

I’m full of hope and ordered them several days ago. Just letting you know. Thank you and I will tell you of my progress.

ANSWER
I’m sorry to hear that it took you so much time to find the cause of the symptoms.
The chronic over-masturbation has burned out your parasympathetic-vagal, GABA and serotonin nervous control on your conversion of dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine(adrenalin) that takes place in the hypothalamus, hippocampus, brain stem and adrenal medulla. You have also induced high levels of prostaglandin E2 that over-excite the sympathetic nervous system and most probably produced various neurotoxins. Since you have urinary incontinence it is clear that you damaged and the parasympathetic, serotonin, GABA nervous control on your prostate and bladder.

You will have to discontinue any sexual activities for 1 to 3 months. Supplemental support to rejuvenate your neuro-endocrine function and boost your prostaglandins E1 and E2 and NO(nitric oxide) production for healing will also prove beneficial.

You need Multi-Alpha, 5HTP-Nettle, Alpha-AGH, Alpha-Amino, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil.
Additionally, you may want to consider testicle cooling to reliably optimize your androgen levels by temperature regulation.

Glad if I could help.

UPDATE
A quick update. I’ve been taking the supplements for 7 days now. I also started going to the gym and eating well balanced diet. What can I say, I had problems with abstraining from masturbation, it turned out to be more difficult than I thought.. but by the time the supplements arrived I was good to go.

The thing I noticed 2 days after taking them was that I’ve slept better and felt more sharp in the morning. I’m still feeling more focused and everything around seems more real somehow, I can’t explain it. However, my penis is still kind of numb. And the other symptoms are yet to resolve. How long till a see a noticeable improvements?

I know I’m a bit hasty with the results, but who wouldn’t be? Thank you very much!

It’s been 2 week on the supplements and what can I say you deserve a medal or something! I had my first spontaneous erection in 10 years! To me this is the second sign that the changes I made in my life are paying off all thanks to you dr.!

Not only that but I’m much calmer, sharper and energized. I used to feel like a time bomb or something always anxious and tense, afraid of everything even crowds, but now I notice a change in my character itself! I work nearby so I walk to work and used to feel really tense when it’s dark and strangers are passing by – thinking that they may take my money or beat me up or something like this, but 3 days ago noticed that I wasn’t even thinking about this I was so certain that nothing wrong can happen and felt invincible just like in my twenties.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BRINGING ME BACK TO LIFE!

I’m certainly happy to have helped.
You are experiencing faster nervous rejuvenation than the average observed. It seems that your body was in deep need for these substances, once it got it it was able to jump start the healing.
Wish you a fast recovery!

It seems that I have broken my member due to my foolish overstretching and jelqing. I lost sensitivity in my left side of the glans and the erection is very weak.. this happened four months ago and I’m not improving at all. At first I thought that it will go away but no .. I’ve lost my libido too. A month ago I started taking drugs like ginkgo biloba to improve the blood flow and a slight improvement was observed, but nothing drastic. I’ve been to several urologists and they didnt know anything about treating cases like this, two of them even claimed that it was psychological. Am I too late for your neuro-rejuvenation medicines? Is my injury permanent? I’m in despair please help me!!

ANSWER
It’s a dangerous condition and arguably a precursor to Peyronie’s plague formation. You should be cautious not to let the damage you inflicted turn into a scar tissue. You need large quantities of prostaglandin E1 and E3 + Nitric Oxide in the bloodstream and tissues, which will lead to a tissue rejuvenation and scar prevention or even dissolvement of an existing one. It’s best to make sure you have the correct biochemistry for healing and rejuvenation. You should discontinue harmful masturbation practices for 2 to 4 weeks and improve your lifestyle.

You need to:
1.Discontinue sexual activities for 2 to 4 weeks.
2.Massage the area with SR-Cream.
3.Use Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, 5HTP-Nettle, L-Arginine 500, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil.
4.Consider solutions to reliably increase your androgens by testicle temperature regulation.
Warm showers may be beneficial. You may try sqeezing and releasing the affected areas to produce more prostaglandins E1 and E3.
