Hello doctor Richards..

I hesitated a lot before writing my story, where my symptoms were so light and insignificant until my case started to worsen and becomes more serious with time

I will try to summarize my case

When I reached 15 I over-masturbated ( 12 or 15 time in a single month)…and I repeated this act when I was 16 in a single month where I started to feel pain in my groin and my anus and it lasted for 3- 4 months ( I also had pains when I ejaculate or have a nocturnal emission)also I had :-
1- Severe back pains
2- Pain in the testis
3- Depression
4-Fatigue that last for one week or more
5-weak erection \ weak nocturnal erection
6- Bone pain (knees and joints)

Anyway, I managed to recover from these symptoms with practicing abstinence and trying to indulge in other activities just to overpass the negativity, and I did very well.

On 2007, I returned to masturbation with low frequency and notice that my semen become watery and lost it stickiness…I continued my abstinence from the 2nd quarter of 2007 till the first of 2008 and I noticed that I have got and allergy in my foot (eczema) and my stress levels where very high because of my surrounding environment.
Moreover,on 2009 I was so stressed and this led me to over masturbate ( 12 -15 time) in January, I stopped for 2 months and then over masturbate again in June of that year and in this situation my case become more complicated where I started to have:-

1- Weak erection
2- Bone pain
3- Muscle pains
4- Severe Hair loss all through my body
5- Anxiety and stress
6- headache , where I feel burning in my head that lasts for 1-2 hours after I wake up from my sleep
7- Dizziness and foggy brain
8- Laziness and Fatigue

Anyway, I did some of the Urine test because I use to get a cloudy urine for 3-6 second when I urinate and the result where:-

** An acidic action , and the presence of Amorphous Urates**
I did some blood test and here are the figures:-
1-Albumin:RESULT 4.86
RANGE: 3.5-5
2-Creatinine : RESULT (0.6) LOWER THAN THE LAB RANGE
RANGE: 0.7-1.2
3-TSH : RESULT 2.9
RANGE: 0.27-4.2
4-FSH : RESULT 2.6
RANGE : 1.5-12.4
5-LH: RESULT 6.29
RANGE :1.7-8.6
6-TESTOSTERONE : RESULT 13.32
RANGE : 9.9-27.8
7-PROLACTIN : RESULT 10.64
RANGE 4.6-21.4

I was then diagnose from the endocrinologist to have hypothyroidism , when I resulted the test again my TSH levels where out of the range. My sugar level is a bit high where the fating glucose level is always at 107 or 105. I was then told to reduce my sugars in my diet.

Right now, with my thyroid medicine I take:-
Grape seed extract 50mg
Multivitamin 1 tablet a day
Fish oil ( not to frequent)
Amino acid blend

My Question are:-
1- How can I overcome these symptoms?
2- What is the reason of my sense of burning in my head?
3- What is the reason of my Cloudy Urine?
4- What is the good diet I should follow, any supplements or food?
Thanks In advance Doctor Richard…
Regards,,,

ANSWER
Hello,

Fifteen times a month at that age is usually not considered over masturbation. However, through different gene expressions, lifestyle, and environmental factors, may have had a negative impact on your health.

“How can I overcome these symptoms?”

We shouldn’t neglect the diagnosed hypothyroidism as a possible cause for many of the symptoms described. May I ask of the exact thyroid medicine you’re currently taking?

“What is the reason of my sense of burning in my head?”

There are many possible causes. However, in sexually exhausted individuals, it is usually through the heightened excitatory and inflammatory prostaglandin E2 levels in the brain, as well as the improper modulation on inflammatory response.

“What is the reason of my Cloudy Urine?”

Again, there are many possible causes.

“What is the good diet I should follow, any supplements or food?”

You may want to avoid much red meat, milk with prostaglandin E2 analogs, soy, refined sugar, and fructose syrup. However, you may consider consulting a dietologist for a more specific advice.

Glad if I could help!

Over one year ago i had gone through a very tough and stressful time that was brought about because of a cancer scare, and not having health insurance. During this time i had gone into a deep depression/stress and anxiety which started to bring on serious physical symptoms, impacting my sexual function greatly. I had begun to feel very low in energy, brain fog, lack of libido, weak erections, lack of morning erections, watery semen, testicle pains along with gradual shrinkage of my testicles, loss of muscles and strength, back pains. After it was revealed that i did not have cancer, my symptoms persisted, getting even worse! After sometime i finally relocated and got health insurance through my job, and was finally able to see a doctor and get some blood tests done, testing my testosterone. The Doctor that i had seen put me on an anti-depressant called Cymbalta which i took for about a month until i could not take it anymore. It made all of my symptoms much much worse. I had gotten a girlfriend at that same time and start to become sexual active again, but while i was on the medication,it prevented me from orgasming. I had only taken the medication for a month before stopping cold turkey(which may have been a big no no from my part), but ever since then my sexual function had gotten worse, but i have made some improvements. It has not been one year since i have been off them but i still have symptoms that i cannot shake. I am very aware of sexual exhaustion, which i do not believe i have because i never over masturbated, but i seem to share all the symptoms of it. Whenever i orgasms, i get very very tired and irritated feeling, my eyes feel like they are buring, and my knees feel weak and sore. After researching on the web i feel as those i am suffering from Low Dopamine, and have no idea how to fix myself, hoping i am not permanently damaged, my testicles have decreased in size during all of this and that worries me a lot. I have no been very successful abstaining from sexual activity, but feel an improvement whenever i had tried. I am looking for advice in what i should do to help myself, and i am hoping that there is a chance i can feel normal again. I had tried exercising which helps a little bit but not much. I take a multivitamin daily, along with ginkgo biloba, vitamind D, and every night before bed i take zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6. On my most recent bloodwork i had done it show that my prolactin was at 16.2ng/ml (range 3.7-17.90), and that was after i had abstained from ejaculation for over a week! These are the full results from that test.

Test Result Reference Range
Testosterone, Total 684 mg/dl 250-1100
SHBG 40 nmol/l 7-49
Testosterone Bioavailable 177.4 mg/dl 110.0-575.0
Albumin, Serum 4.8 g/dl 3.6-5.1
Testosterone, Free 81.1 pg/ml 46.0-224.0
AM Cortisol 17.1 mcg/dl 5.0-22.0
T4 Free 0.94 ng/dl 0.76-1.76
TSH 1.74 uIU/ml 0.350-5.500
Prolactin 16.2 ng/ml 3.7-17.90
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, I am lost!

ANSWER
I’m sorry to hear of you problems, especially that they persisted so long, since they could have been addressed properly much earlier.

Most of cases of sexual exhaustion as a result of of excessive sexual activities, however, sexual exhaustion can be a result of anything that may affect certain neurotransmitters, hormones, and bodily reactions.
The stressful times you’ve gone through increased stress and inflammatory response and gradually altered nervous modulation on inflammatory response (highly dependent on proper serotonin, GABA, dopamine, and acetylcholine levels), which resulted in a vicious cycle for excessive epinephrine, norepinephrine, cortisol, histamine, glutamate, and prostaglandin E2. The cycle of inflammation is usually self supporting through:

-Lowered acetylcholine, serotonin, dopamine, and GABA levels which will eventually lead to internal stress and inflammation response.
-Adrenal gland adjustments to chronically create more stress and inflammatory hormones, such as cortisol and epinephrine, and lowered DHEA.
-Artery constriction for less blood flow and thus increased local inflammation.
-The increased levels of cortisol, prostaglandin E2, norepinephrine, epinephrine, and especially prolactin will negatively affect the levels of GnRH, LH and FSH, and together with the arterial inflammation and constriction will burden testicular function as well as hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis’ proper functioning. Less androgens to modulate inflammatory response, testicular tissue health, insulin resistance, energy levels, tissue and testicular health, proper nts. and hormonal conversions, and neurotransmitter homeostasis will result in even greater cycles of inflammation to suppress them even further through low dopamine levels and chronically high prolactin. The overactive sexual activities will slowly drain the organism of its potential for rejuvenation.

The antidepressant drugs are usually prescribed in similar situations (carrying serious health risks) addressing just some of the symptoms and completely neglecting the root of the problem. It is a good thing you discontinued the usage of the drug.

The blood work presented is indicative of heightened inflammatory response. Usually, one of both manifestations and causes, as you suspected, is weak dopaminergic functioning.

The irritation, weak and stiff joints, as well as eye irritations are mainly a result of excessive sympathethic epinephrine response, as well as inflammatory prostaglandin E2 and cortisol.

One must transform the neuroplasticity to a positive one. The inter neuronal connections have been developed and ordered to process information in a specific manner. You may experience severe difficulties in rewriting their work to induce proper (by what you consider a proper response) responses in certain situations.
Every problem must be addressed simultaneously to avoid negative feedback mechanisms. That is why just a random set of supplements may prove to be ineffective.

For the specific case, a combination of Alpha-Amino, Multi-Alpha, Zeolite-DA, Alpha-AGH, 5HTP-Nettle, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil will better nervous and endocrine functioning, detoxify the liver and restore its P450 system functioning, restore proper acetylcholine, serotonin, dopamine, and GABA levels, better hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular functioning, increase androgens, lower inflammatory response and prolactin levels, jump start the CNS, increase prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide, alter numerous gene expressions, and finally rewrite the negative neuroplasticity developed.

Testicle cooling to additionally increase androgens is to be considered as well.

Light exercise, negative ion exposure, massages, positive attitude, sexual abstinence for 2 to 4 weeks, and proper diet may also aid the recovery process.

Glad if I could help!

I’m 19 years old, I had intensive sex life since 15. Problems with urinating started year ago. I can’t keep urine too long, It’s harder to urinate, even though I want to urinate, so I keep pushing it, and after that it still feels like some urine is still left, but it wasn’t such a big problem before, it started to get worse just recently. I started to notice pain in my pubis, besides my erection is not hard enough, I can’t live my sex life I lived before. Even if I manage to have harder erection and have sex, sometimes my testicle (left one to be more precise)feels sore, and it takes another round of sex to make it disappear (what is very hard, because of erection problems i told you before). Well first, that comes to my mind is prostate, but is that really it? I mean I’m very young.

However I sometimes have a pain in my lower back. I’ve been lifting weights, so pain in my back can be caused by it), but just to make sure I want to ask is it possible that these problems are one big problem, that causes my so much discomfort. What options I should choose in order to get rid of these problems?

ANSWER
Yes, it is very possible that you’re suffering from minor symptoms of sexual exhaustion. The unfortunate fact is that the road to sexual exhaustion is an individual feature and is dependable on many, many factors, including genetics and lifestyle.

Abnormal neurotransmitter and neurohormone levels may negatively impact the action of arginine vasopressin and lead to frequent urination. Inflammatory response may also swell your prostate (not permanently enlarge it) so even at such young age one may still temporary suffer the effects of an enlarged prostate.
It is highly probable that the back problems are related to the condition. Weight lifting discontinuation would prove to be indicative of the actual cause.

You may consider:
1. Sexual activities discontinuation for a month.
2. A combination of Alpha-Amino, Alpha-AGH, Multi-Alpha, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil to better nervous and endocrine functioning, increase androgen hormones, stabilize vital neurotransmitter levels, aid nervous modulation on inflammatory response, and increase prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for healing.
3. Testicular cooling solutions are to be considered to additionally increase androgens.

I have been suffering from overmasterbation symptoms for a few years now. The most debilitating symptom is PSAS like symptoms. Through much research I have found that this is due to inflammation and specifically from too much Prostaglandin E2 production. After having blood work done several times, my testosterone and sex hormones are perfectly fine and actually pretty high for my age. (I am 24). Yet I still suffer from erectile dysfunction sometimes and I also always have the urge to orgasm and my testicles are constantly in pain. I know this is from inflammation probably pushing on nerves. This has been going on for a few years now. I also have other inflammation symptoms in my body like dermatitis in my hands, high blood pressure (although I am very active and in good physical shape), difficulty breathing and inflammation of my nasal passages and airway. All of these symptoms are virtually ruining my quality of life and I just want to get my normal healthy life back.

I have stopped masterbation and even orgasming itself for a few months at a time, yet this doesn’t seem to help my symptoms at all. I have also been supplementing with about 20 grams of omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil) a day to try to decrease prostaglandin e2 production yet this doesn’t seem to help either even after a few months. I also supplement 5-HTP to increase serotonin production everyday. I am desperate now. Is my inflammation so great that it needs something stronger? I have contemplated trying an oral steroid to see if that would help with the inflammation, although I am hesitant because I am aware of the dangerous side effects. I just need some answers and some help please. It is hard to live like this and don’t want to continue doing so. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

ANSWER
Yes, you are suffering from symptoms of sexual exhaustion.

There is a time frame, usually, during which one will suffer from excessive inflammatory response for abnormal prostaglandin E2, histamine, glutamate, epinephrine, norepinephrine, and cortisol levels, while his hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis is still functioning properly for normal androgen hormones production. So one will suffer the negative effects of internal inflammation, that through individual gene expressions will take numerous possible manifestations, the most severe of which will be abnormal immune responses, artery constriction, and numerous inflammations of vital organs. Also, excessive prostaglandin E2 will exert an excitatory effect on the prostate, penile tissues, and brain, leaving you in heat for PSAS like symptoms. The cycle will be reinforced every time one engages in sexual activities and will continue until has completely ruined proper nervous and endocrine functioning and killed hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular functioning for less androgens. Even then, one may suffer from PSAS but will be unable to physically achieve erection and will finally come to the conclusion that something’s wrong.

The inflammation is usually a self supporting condition through numerous mechanisms – negative neuroplasticity, artery constriction, overburdened liver functioning, low androgens (not in this case), which means that inflammation will promote more inflammation in a vicious cycle that has to be broken.

The good news is that the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis is not locked, so you may expect to recover more quickly than others who have killed their axis proper functioning.
Just random set of supplements won’t prove to be very effective since the cycle of inflammation has to be addressed properly to avoid any negative feedback reactions.

On top of the abstinence I would suggest: Zeolite-DA, Alpha-Amino, GRB6-GABA, 5HTP-Nettle, Multi-Alpha, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil to better nervous and endocrine functioning, stabilize acetylcholine, serotonin, dopamine, and GABA levels, aid the nervous modulation on excitatory and inflammatory response, detoxify and better proper liver functioning, increase androgen hormones, and increase prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide.

UPDATE
Dr. Richards,
I am not doing so well with the recovery. I know from all of the symptoms that I have sexual exhaustion, and I have been suffering from these symptoms for over 5 years now. I have stopped all sexual activities for over 2 months, began taking the supplements you suggested, and trying to rest as often as possible. I even have been consulting with a nutritionist who specializes in dealing with adrenal exhaustion cases. I haven’t had much progress in any of the symptoms. Could my case just be severe and take longer to see results or is this going to be permanent? I cannot live like this anymore. I must recover or really my life is not worth living. I thank you for your site and information and plead for any further guidance. If you could help me recover from this you would single-handedly be giving me my life back and you have no idea how great that would be for me. Thank you for your time.

ANSWER
About 5-10% of the sexual exhaustion cases do not recover completely. However, they are usually associated with many years of sexual exhaustion (more than 10), as well as chronic alcohol and drug abuse to permanently damage nervous and endocrine functioning.

It is quite unusual not to experience improvements. The ongoing inflammation, even with the problems addressed, may be indicative of a strong negative neuroplasticity developed and/or slow brain adaptive properties. To rule out this possibility, my suggestion is treatment continuation for 2 more months. External irritants present for severe autoimmune and allergic reactions is another viable possibility.

Please, keep me informed!

I had protected sex with my gf about a month ago(condom was expired but it did not break). 2 days after that i have started to had some pains(very slight & irregular) in my penis. I went to sexual clinics for STD tests. They came negative. I have noticed for last few days, that sometimes i have tightness in my penis even when it is flaccid state.

Pain comes and goes. When i move it, its becomes normal soft penis. No problems getting erections.
i took painkillers(to try), it helps a little. pain is very slight.
there are no rashes or any other std symptoms. I am very tensed & anxious.
When i consume alcohol it becomes more noticeable.
Some times when i walk i get a minor pain in my left testicle. but it soon goes away.
After that i ejaculate very soon (probably because of anxiety).
Its been a month & the pain is not gone.

Thank you in advance

ANSWER
Hello,

It’s most probably a case of faulty nervous modulation on inflammatory response. One will suffer from increased stress, excitatory, and inflammatory cortisol, epinephrine, norepinephrine, histamine, glutamate, and prostaglandin E2 for anxiety. The symptoms may magnify through alcohol consumption and the followed lowered androgens for parasympathetic support.

Increased prostaglandin E2 and lacks of prostaglandin E1 for elasticity may lead to a feeling of irritation or pain. Also, the increased inflammatory response will constrict arteries for improper blood flow to the area to worsen the condition.

Due to stressful life events I had been masturbating very frequently for about 3-4 weeks leading up to the event. One night during sleep I was having an erotic dream and when I woke up my penis had lost sensation and I felt a loss of sensation and control of my urinary muscles. In the weeks leading up to that I had been urinating quite frequently (as if water was going right through me). From that point on I’ve rarely gotten morning erections and recently my nocturnal erections have been prolonged and painful or non-existent. For a few days I had a dull aching pain in my perineum area and my testicles have been heavy/low-hanging. Interestingly the couple times I did masturbate since then (with weakened erections) the sensation was quite enhanced. Its been about a week and there is still a loss of sensation in my flaccid penis.

Also I’m not sure if this a separate problem or not, but I feel there is damage or a tear to the suspensory ligament which may have happened when I was manually trying to get an erection in the days after the event (mainly to confirm I could still do it, which I could). It feels like my penis is on a string and if I pull it I get uncomfortable sensations down the shaft to the perineum. May I have damaged a nerve in my sleep from a mechanical issue? I’m concerned about painful nocturnal erections reinforcing whatever damage might have been done.

Thanks for you help.

ANSWER
Yes, a penile damage during sleep is possible, especially if one is suffering from increased inflammatory response in the area, accompanied with low levels of Nitric Oxide and prostaglandin E1 for local tissue elasticity.

You’ve suffered lowered levels of Arginine vasopressin – a major factor in water retention and moisture for the skin. When the pituitary releases too little of it, you will suffer frequent urination. If it is too high, you will experience water retention problems.

To pinpoint the exact nerve damage will prove to be quite difficult since there is a complicated net of penile nerves that enter the perineal nerves, the dorsal penile nerves, the pudental nerves, and the ilioinguinal nerves.

The sensations with the weakened erections most probably enhanced due to the heightened levels of excitatory and inflammatory prostaglandin E2 in the area.

Much can be done for proper penile sensitivity and erection power restoration, so you should remain optimistic.

Dr. Richards,

I am a 20 year old male who has been experiencing some rather intense pelvic area pain after erections. I have had these pains for the past 5 years but never brought them up to a doctor before because they only seem to last for an hour or so and are usually alleviated by resting in a lying position. These pains usually occur after I have had an intimate experience and sustain an erection for more than 3 minutes. The intensity of the pelvic pain seems to increase the longer my erection is. It doesn’t occur after intercourse… simply after a session of intimacy. However, this pain never occurs after masturbation. The pain can sometimes be rather intense, preventing me from walking. The pain is usually located in my inner thighs around my testicles and sometimes feels like the pain is actually under and around my testicles. The pain also sometimes spreads to my lower back area. Laying down or sleeping for a few hours usually gets rid of the pain… should I be concerned about this? Is there anything I can do to ease the pain or treat this issue?

I would be very appreciative of any feedback as I am a very worried about this issue ( I want to have intimate moments without having to feel the immense pain that comes with it afterwards). Thank you very much.

ANSWER
A psychological excitation accompanied with erection will lead to numerous biochemical conversions and for heightened dopamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, histamine, glutamate, NO, oxytocin, and prostaglandin E2 levels.

The acute pain is a sympathetic nervous over-shooting response as a result of weak serotonin and GABA nervous control on parasympathetic functions and increased stress and inflammatory hormone production in the adrenergic receptors of the local sympathetic nerves. Androgen hormonal deficiency or borderline levels, as well as local arterial constriction as a response to the inflammation, may also lead to blood stagnation in the area.

The pain goes away through a stabilization of the parasympathetic response and androgen hormones’ lowered consumption.

“Should I be concerned about this? Is there anything I can do to ease the pain or treat this issue?”

There are many men who suffer from similar conditions through individual gene expressions. One should be concerned, since it is indicative of not so smooth individual response to external and internal irritants. There is a connection between similar pelvic sex induced pains to a heart attack occurrences in senior citizens.

“Is there anything I can do to ease the pain or treat this issue?”

Yes, a combination of Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, 5HTP-Nettle, GRB6-GABA, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil will better nervous and endocrine functioning, aid nervous modulation on stress and inflammatory hormones release, help the parasympathetic nervous function dominate over the sympathetic nervous function, increase androgen hormones production for parasympathetic recharge, better hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular function, and increase local prostaglandin E1 E3 and NO for tissue elasticity.

You should also massage the affected areas to improve the local blood circulation.

Please help me as I am suffering from sexual exhaustion due to my chronic habit of masturbation since last 15 years.

I have been masturbating since the very young age of 10, but for last 4 years i have developed several symptoms like excessive hair thinness, premature ejaculation, low vision, indigestion, continuous fatigue, back pain, testicular pain, pelvic pain.

Dr please help me as i ma getting married in this year and want to be in best of physical health

ANSWER
Yes, your symptoms are typical as far as sexual exhaustion syndrome goes. The lowered and unstable levels of acetylcholine, serotonin, dopamine, and GABA, as well as improper nervous modulation on stress, inflammatory, and excitatory hormonal release (norepinephrine, epinephrine, glutamate, histamine, cortisol, prostaglandin E2, prolactin) and dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversions, the negative neuroplasticity developed with the help of prostaglandin E2, and excessive testosterone-DHT conversions, are causing the symptoms you are experiencing.

Hair thinning- excessive DHT and artery constriction.

Premature ejaculation – https://cure-erectile-dysfunction.org/premature-ejaculation

Low vision – https://cure-erectile-dysfunction.org/vision-problems-eye-floaters-sexual-activity

Indigestion – excessive prostaglandin E2, cortisol, epinephrine, and abnormal parasympathetic response.

Back pain – excessive prostaglandin E2, cortisol, epinephrine, arterial constriction, and low androgen hormones, as well as lack of prostaglandin E1.

Continuous fatigue – low levels of dopamine, and excessive prolactin, low androgen hormones, weak testicular function, failure in the parasympathetic nervous recharging system, and artery constriction.

Testicular pain – arterial constriction, excessive inflammatory prostaglandin E2, lack of prostaglandin E1, faulty working hypothalamic-pituitry-testicular axis, and tissue abrassion.

Pelvic pain – excessive prostaglandin, epinephrine, cortisol, artery constriction, low androgen hormones to support proper tissue and muscular functioning.

You should:
1.Discontinue sexual activities for 1 to 3 months.
2.Make a good use of Alpha-Amino, Multi-Alpha, 5HTP-Nettle, GRB6-GABA (to be replaced with AM-AGH after a month), Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicular temperature regulatory solutions to restore proper nervous and endocrine functioning, acetylcholine, dopamine, serotonin, and GABA levels, nervous modulation on inflammatory hormonal releases and dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis function for androgen hormones, jump start the CNS, rewrite the negative neuroplasticity, and boost prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide levels for healing.

Dear Dr. Richards. Please excuse my spelling, I’m not an English speaking guy.

I’m a 21 year old boy who have i firm flaccid penis and a chronic prostatitis (i think)
I can start by telling you my story. It started for a bit over 1 year, when i masturbated, and experienced a red and swollen penis. The swelling was on the left side on my penis, not big, but like a bulb on top of my head and on the top of my shaft on the skin(I’m not circumcised). It also had small 2 dots in grey color upon the swelling (like a had teared something, maybe a small skin vein, i don’t know). I went to the Dr, but got sent back by saying that this would be alright, just don’t masturbate and have sex for a while. The swelling got down by some hours, but the next day i experienced a firm flaccid penis (it has been like this now for a bit over 1 year).

So after 4 weeks (with no improvements) i decided to go to a urologist. He said that he couldn’t find anything upset an small scratch down at the base on the left side (i can feel an indention here when erect), but like i said, this is at the base, my swelling was higher up. So he didn’t do anything just said it will be alright and that it would grow back to normal. Soon after this, I started to get pains in my testicle ( in the end i couldn’t site or i had troubling walking) so I went to an andrologist. He found out that i had an very swollen and inflamed prostate. He diagnosed me with a acute prostatitis (which is now a chronic prostatitis, I think). I haven’t masturbated for 7 or 8 weeks now (but I got 1 or 2 ejaculations in the nights). He put me on medications and said that i needed to masturbate and have ejaculations. Eventually I got better, the pain was gone after some days, but the firm flaccid was exactly the same. I got back and he didn’t understand the firm flaccid thing. He thought it would be some hormone thing, and I took some tests, and was send to an expert on this. He found out that i had an metabolism problem(high metabolism) and I started after a good while with some medications on that. The symptoms on metabolism problem is now better, but the firm flaccid thing is still there.

My symptoms are very variable. When im standing or going it gets harder, and when im running/training and in stressful things (adrenaline is pumping) it gets really really firm (It’s like it tightens up). This can happen in a few seconds. But when I’m lying down or sitting(in a relaxing position) my penis gets soft(normal). It’s almost also gets normal (soft) when im feeling the need for urinating and when I’m urinating. Alpha blockers has also help a bit.

My erections is also weird. Its like it has lost its elasticity(i have lost the spongy feeling) and the feeling is not the same. Its sometimes a bit uncomfortable. Its just like its cramping, or ‘over-hard’ if i can explain it like that. (I also had some periods, where i woke up in the middle of the night with an really hard weird erect penis. I needed to wait 5-10 minutes or even go around for a period of time to get it down. This was really annoying) It’s like that my erection is locked, lost my feeling.

I think therefor that i can have had the indentation before the incident occurred, because it its ‘over-hard’ and you can feel the penis (corpus c.) much closer. My penis has also always pointed a bit to the left, not when erect, but when flaccid. Other than that, i can say i have been much more observant about my penis.

Some months ago, I also had some problems with my pelvic. Especially in training i sometimes felt pain. This has now gone away, but it is seems like my pelvic is tight. I don’t know how this was nefore my injury.
My testicles is often also very red. Like an inflammation.

I have taken ultrasound, MRI, doppler, nothing have been found.

I have been taken multivitamin, c-vitamin, fish oil(also before my injury)
Do you think this is a muscle tension, chemical/hormone imbalance or a tissue(membrane) issue? I can say that I was in an very stressful period of my life when the injury happened. One last thing that is worth mention, is that 1-2 hours before my injury, i got out and trained in the winter with almost no clothes on. I then experienced pain in my groin/testicles area. It was from here the andrologist thinked that i got an acute prostatits, and maybe helped me got the firm flaccid penis condition(this is ofcorse just an hypothesis, because we really frustrated)

I really want to get rid of the firm flaccid thing. This is really frustrating for me, and i really hope you can help me? Is there an formula you can give me? I think this site is really great and helpful. Thanks

ANSWER
The stressful period plus the vigorous workout right before the damage additionally increased the levels of stress and inflammatory hormones( cortisol, epinephrine, and prostaglandin E2), and temporary burned much of the bioavailable androgen ones that are also responsible for the penile tissue health, blood vessel, and nerve integrity. After the initial damage and inflammation, the body started to release a collagen scar tissue and you experienced the firm flaccid penis condition.

The penile damage, the swollen prostate, and the testicle pains have the same origin – increased stress and inflammatory hormone levels for local inflammation and decreased prostaglandin E1 E3 for tissue elasticity and healing. You’ve also probably suffered a mild abrasion through a forceful contractions upon ejaculation for additional testicular and prostate pain and inflammation.

Causes for a firm flaccid penis in an upright positions are borderline androgen hormones levels that are usually needed to support the lower body. Other causes: penile damage, pelvic arterial constriction, and tense pelvic area. The urination will seemingly better the firm flaccid condition through a tissue relaxation that is needed.

“Do you think this is a muscle tension, chemical/hormone imbalance or a tissue(membrane) issue?”

It is quite possible to be all of them.

There are several things that should get you on track:

1.Discontinue sexual activities for a month.
2.Apply hot wraps and the special SR-Cream.
3.Make good use of Alpha-Amino, Multi-Alpha, Alpha-AGH, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicle cooling solutions to better your nervous and endocrine functioning, boost your androgen hormones production, modulate inflammatory response, charge the CNS, and increase prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for healing.

About four months ago, I began experiencing pain, numbness and an increased feeling of firmness in my right testicle. The doctors I went to treated it as an infection, and I took two rounds of antibiotics with no effect. During this time, however, my symptoms began to spread. First the pain and firmness spread to my left testicle. Then I began to experience pain of the groin at the base of the penis, again starting on the right. Finally, after experiencing pain in the tip and body of the penis, I began to have a feeling of extreme firmness in my penis when flaccid. It seems to my perspective as being in a super-retracted state almost all the time. When I urinate, this hardness and retraction seems to be alleviated, about 90-100% of normal feeling. As soon as I finish urinating, however, it goes right back to its firm flaccid state.

Stress seems to make all of these symptoms, but especially the degree of retraction/firmness of the penis, worse. It is worse when standing and walking than when in a more relaxed position. This is especially problematic as it rubs up against my pants when I am walking, making it very uncomfortable. I can obtain and maintain an erection normally. The hardness even seems to ease up a bit while it is in a transitional semi-erect state, similar to what I experience when urinating. However, if my penis is especially retracted due to stress or activity the erection is often painful. Spontaneous erections during the day usually cause this problem, whereas nocturnal and intentional erections usually do not. About two months into having this hardness issue I began experiencing an increase in the pain at the base of my penis, groin, and testicles for up to 48 hours after ejaculation.

After seeing three urologists, I was diagnosed as having chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome and was prescribed alpha blockers. Although I did not see it as relevant before, I have been experiencing hesitancy before urination (sometimes a minute or two to start going) for the past year. Until this diagnosis, it did not strike me that this is not normal for someone my age (22 years).

I have also had other mysterious symptoms over the past year outside of pelvic area. I have had pain/tingling/numbness in my legs and feet on and off for the past year, and about nine months ago I had a bulged disc at my lowest vertebra, apparently without injury or trauma. The best lead I have right now is that my scoliosis may be causing these problems, as all of my symptoms are occurring below it. I will admit it is not much more than a hunch at this point. The pain in my feet now matches the pain in my pelvic area in intensity and frequency.

The pain I am having is unpleasant enough, but the firm flaccid penis symptom is causing me a great deal more anxiety. My other symptoms come and go, but walking is always uncomfortable. This is also a tangible change to my body, which makes it much harder emotionally.

My questions are, first, could this problem be a symptom of chronic prostatitis like my urologist suggested? Or perhaps a biochemical imbalance? It does not appear in any list of typical symptoms of CP/CPPS. In doing research online and on this site, it seems that many people experience this symptom after injury, sexual exhaustion, or MDMA use. However, I have not experienced any injury to my penis, or done any stretching exercises. At the onset of the firm flaccid symptoms, I was masturbating less than once a week, as the pain in my testicles significantly reduced my desire to do so. I have never used MDMA. I am very confused as to what could be causing my problems.

Second, is there anything I should be doing to either ease symptoms or prevent damage? Am I in danger of permanent tissue damage? Are the alpha blockers helping or hurting me in this situation? I have already quit smoking and drinking coffee. After doing some reading on this site I have been taking vitamins b and c, and fish oil, just what I had around the house. Are there other supplements that could help me with this problem?

I would greatly appreciate any help or insight you may have.

ANSWER
The unfortunate fact is that many people with similar problems are treated for prostatitis/CPPS. It’s important to note that at the same time it is uncertain to what actually causes most of the prostatitis/CPPS cases.
Here is what I consider the problem:

You suffered a hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular lock. If you were not engaging in overactive sexual activities at a time, other factors such as: genetic, stress, and ill lifestyle may have contributed for the exhaustion. Anything that promotes excessive prostaglandin E2, cortisol, histamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, and glutamate levels is to be avoided.

Tissue malnutrition due to narrowed arteries as a side effect of excessive inflammatory hormonal release, along with excessive prostaglandin E2, are more than capable of causing pains, stiffness, and cramps. The uncomfortable feeling may than spread like a plague and affect specific areas through specific and individual gene expressions. A painful erection is a bodily response to excessive inflammatory prostaglandin E2. Testicular pains are considered similar bodily responses to excessive inflammatory releases.

Scoliosis is a condition that may put a strain or alter specific nervous responses.

A firm flaccid condition may occur even if there is no actual tissue damage. It will develop through the lack of proper prostaglandin E1 E3 and NO levels for tissue elasticity and/or low androgen hormones.

“My questions are, first, could this problem be a symptom of chronic prostatitis like my urologist suggested? Or perhaps a biochemical imbalance?”

Yes, it could be both actually.

“Second, is there anything I should be doing to either ease symptoms or prevent damage? Am I in danger of permanent tissue damage? Are the alpha blockers helping or hurting me in this situation?”

Yes, there are several things.

There is a probability of tissue damage if left untreated for too long.

I can see why you were prescribed alpha blockers, however, they will prove to be of little assistance.

“Are there other supplements that could help me with this problem?”

Yes, a combination of Alpha-Amino, 5HTP-Nettle, GRB6-GABA, Multi-Alpha, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicular temperature regulatory solutions will stabilize the nervous and endocrine functioning, promote normal modulation on stress and inflammatory hormonal release, dilate blood vessels, increase androgen hormones production, charge the CNS, and promote healthy release of prostaglandin E1 E3 and NO for healing.

You should also discontinue sexual activities for 1 to 3 months and massage the lower abdomen and pelvic area for additional blood flow.

You should discontinue sexual activities for 1 to 3 months. My guess is that you are starting to lack Prostaglandin E1 for relaxation and elasticity. Your testicle nerve tissue can’t withhold the ejaculation contraction, thus leading to pains and discomfort.

I’ve been masturbating at least 2 times per day for more than 15 years (I’m 27 now). The last year I sure let my penis have it by masturbating more average 5 times a day. 2 Years ago I started having some problems, I got varicocele on the left testicle, and along with It I started experiencing pain in the legs and testicles, along with a humongous weakness in my palms (I can’t explain it better – I just didn’t have the strength to hold on things tight). I had surgery for the varicocele and it is now almost gone, but my problems are not improving at all. I have very heavy low hanging testicles (I didn’t use to have such), my penis is not so sensitive and I don’t have morning erections at all. I started taking some Ginkgo Biloba but it is of no help. I also have a strange full feeling in the abdomen and I suspect it is because my prostate is enlarged. Well is this because of the masturbation? What would you recommend?
THANKS!

ANSWER
No wonder that after a chronic masturbation for 15 years your testicular function failed completely, and your prostate may have also been severely abraded. Your nervous and brain function are exhausted. I would guess that your testosterone levels are low (maybe around 250-300 ng/dl), because of the sexual exhaustion and the effect of the varicocele.

Currently you don’t have much healing power to recharge your system under the deficiency of androgen hormones. The extra inflammatory hormones released in the blood are probably the reason you got varicocele in the first place. Your nerves, blood vessels, and tissues lack of vital hormones and neurotransmitters.

The lack of morning erections is an indication that your acetylcholine-parasympathetic nervous recharge system don’t have the healing power to activate your penis, even after a long sleep.

My recommendation is:
1. Discontinue any sexual activities for 1 to 3 months
2. Check your Testosterone levels, it is crucial because of the extra damage from the varicocele. If they are under 300 ng/dl start a testosterone replacement therapy along with the restoration of your nervous modulation.
3. Make use of: Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, Alpha-AGH, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicular cooling procedures.

What part of the recovery will HGH help heal faster? What is a safe daily dosage? thanks for you help.

ANSWER
HGH is a complex hormone referred as the master hormone because regulates many functions. It is anabolic in nature and responsible for energy, vitality, and all the benefits one may associate with youth. Decreases after 25-30.

Healthy levels of HGH will help you heal all the symptoms of sexual exhaustion by positively affecting many bodily functions.

HGH promoting formulas (not HGH itself) may be taken with GABA promoting formulas (not GABA itself), citicoline, and other vitamins, without any adverse effects.

As for the safe daily dosage – it depends on the supplements you are using.

Wish you a fast recovery.

UPDATE
OK. So HGH growing agent and Gamma Amino butyric Acid is okay to take together.
thanks.

I was also looking at the HGH supplement page. Is HGH helper basically Somatotrophin?

Alpha-AGH is not Somatotropin, Somatropin, or Somatrem. It will stimulate your own pituitary gland to produce more HGH through the natural HGH releasers. It wouldn’t be possible to work if it was a type of HGH itself.

UPDATE
I’ve been taking the original HGH product sold on this site (the spray) and it seems to really be helping me feel stronger and heal, but at the same time I’ve think the moles on my body seem to be getting bigger all of a sudden. This makes me nervous as moles can be cancerous. (my sister had some cancerous moles removed)

I’m not sure what to do because the HGH and GABA formula have really helped my lower back problems and organ get stronger but I also don’t want to feed an unknown tumor.

Not sure what to do.

You should discontinue the spray, no need to take risks there. Also should visit a clinic to have the moles inspected.

The spray will not cause cancer in any way, but may aid the development of already existent one.

You may consider similar and even more balanced and efficient approach with Alpha-AGH (less aggressive HGH promoting formula), 5HTP-Nettle, Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicle cooling.

Is it still okay to take Gaba? I heard it boosts up HGH as well.

Most certainly, I assumed you had Moderex GABA supplies left. GRB6-GABA will prove to be of great assistance.
