My name is M*** Janssen (21 years old), excuse my English, i’m from Holland. A few months ago (8), i was in a period with lots of stress and lack of sleep. Most like because of night shifts I had to work to pay my study… I felt like a zombie in this period and so felt my penis. Because I didn’t thought this stress and lack of sleep were the caution of my non-working penis, I read of “jelqing” and started doing this in a way which was wasn’t the right way.. I’m pretty sure I damaged my penis with this. By now, the two corpora (as i read on the internet) work very good and can be hard as stone (dutch expression). But the blood flow to the glans is very bad. My glans can only be filled with blood when i lay on my back and with any little pressure it deflates. I’m hopeless and my mental health decreases very fast. Can you please give me some advice? My urologist thinks a cockring is the only thing which can help me, i really don’t trust this man…

Things i noticed: at the point where my urine leader “meets” my glans, i can feel and see a restriction. This is also in the rest of my urine leader. My glans also doesn’t become as hard as it ever used to be. I’m very sure it isn’t a mental cause. You can’t imagine how much your advice would be appreciated.

Kind regards,
M*** Janssen

ANSWER
Hello,

I apologise for the delay. So, let’s get straight to it:

Can you please give me some advice?

Thank you for describing the issue in a detailed manner. It does seem to be a very straightforward variation of Peyronie’s Disease.

Similar injuries are not uncommon and are known to predominantly affect Corpus spongiosum. Sufferers will also experience weaker penile underside and smaller and softer than usual glans. The corpora cavernosa are not usually affected in any way (as mentioned), remaining just as hard. It certainly makes up for an interesting contrast since the surrounding tissues become softer than usual.

An hourglass shape during mid erection (or possibly some uncommon tilting) is usually also present. Sufferers may also notice a notable inability to get their penis to point upwards. If so, it is usually indicative of an internal scar tissue formation somewhere in the midshaft.

Sensitivity and erectile quality are severely affected through violation of tissue integrity (as you have already noticed). The scar is collagenic in nature but is not as elastic or even part of the surrounding tissues, so it affects the so called “penile sealing” (resulting in inability to sustain erection at 100% for prolonged periods of time without a constant physical stimulation), leading to venous leakage and/or penile varicose veins.

Inability to sustain strong erections (without physical stimulation) in an upright position is very common as well.

I won’t expect the collagen tissue to be calcified as of yet, which is good news.

The way to go is prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide increase in adjacent tissues for scar dissolution. Naturally, any ongoing inflammatory process is to be completely dealt with. SR-Cream will be of assistance in both dealing with inflammatory processes and increasing prostaglandins E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide. Based on our feedback, it has high success rate even by itself. However, there are many cases where it’s insufficient, and indeed there are numerous other positive practices that may be of huge assistance (I’ve mentioned them in similar cases as well, so feel free to browse around for some of the respective patient feedback after utilizing some of them). Let me go through some:

– Additionally increasing androgens responsible for penile tissue health and integrity. There are many ways to accomplish increases, such as: testicular cooling, a combination of supplements (such as: Alpha-Amino, Multi-Alpha, Alpha-HGH, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil), diet, exercise, etc.
– Cold and hot wraps. Best done in the shower with cold and hot water alteration in 2 – 3 minute periods.
– Additional vitamin E cream applied topically.
– Healing visualization.
– Gentle tissue massages.

My urologist thinks a cockring is the only thing which can help me, i really don’t trust this man…

You did well to avoid following similar advice. It is far from being viable as a solution and can only worsen the condition.

Please, keep me updated on the case.

Glad if I could help!

UPDATE
Hello Dr. Richard

Many thanks for your reply, i really do appreciate your answers. You’re a real example to all other docters and i’ve got a lot of respect to the fact that you help people you don’t even know and without commercial reasons, true hero to me!

Three weeks ago, i ordered the supplements Alpha-Amino, Alpha-HGH, Multi-Alpha en Ultra purified when i read possitve things about it on your website. Results are already noticeable: increasement of “feelings” in the glans and more volume erect as well non-erect. The restriction at the point where the urine leader “meets” is visible decreasing. I did some research for Peyronie’s Disease and noticed that a lot of complaints are similar to my situation, i noticed this effect between the head of my penis and the center.
For now i ordered SR-cream and Vitamin E-cream. I”ll start exercising too. I will send the results in short mails on monthly base.

Many thanks again, studying with a free mind works like ten times better, it’s so much better in times of exams.

Kind regards,

M*** Janssen

ANSWER
It’s always a pleasure.

I’m certainly glad you’re already observing notable improvements and would like to thank you for your feedback. It’s highly valued and always appreciated.

I have to say the regimen sounds very reasonable and should continue producing positive results.

Please, keep me updated on the case.

Glad if I could help!

Is it completely curable and reversible or it is permanent i have to live with it?

Since i am allergic to saw palmetto could you recommend me a product other than Multi-Alpha?

ANSWER
Yes, this is all expected with similar kinds of soft tissue tunica albuginea injuries.

SR-Cream is to be strongly considered above all else here. It will decrease inflammation, increase local tissue prostaglandins E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide, and promote collagen scar tissue dissolution for healing and rejuvenation.

You may just skip Multi-Alpha and replace it with Alpha-Boost. The predominant need for a similar combination is to increase androgen levels (and be of some aid to NO and prostaglandins E1 E3 levels), which are largely responsible for penile tissue health and integrity. Additional positive effects can also be achieved with numerous lifestyle improvements and testicular cooling as well.

Additionally, you may want to consider standard useful practices, such as:
– Healing visualization. Here particularly helpful would be: https://yourhealingmind.org/product/heal-your-penis , as I’ve noticed on numerous occasions that guided imagery frequently produces results even beyond conventional medical expectations.
– Additional vitamin E cream applied topically.
– Gentle tissue massages
– Cold and hot wraps. Best done in the shower with cold and hot water alteration in 2 – 3 minute periods.

I am 43 years old.

About 10 years ago, I took an SSRI antidepressant called Luvox for OCD. I was on it for about 8 months. While I was taking this drug I found it difficult to ejaculate, and during one masturbation session that went on for probably 3 or 4 hours, I became kind of rough, and I lost sensation in my penis. Immediately afterward, the skin on the shaft of my flacid penis became wrinkly, and my flacid penis was smaller than usual. To this day the skin on the shaft is sort of pushed back and there appears to be a small bump or protrusion under the skin, on the shaft, just before the head. (I think this what is what pushes back the skin and causes it to wrinkle, but I could be wrong). Also, when I am erect, I feel a nerve or blood vessel along the right side of the shaft that runs almost the entire length of my penis. It protrudes very slightly through the skin. I can actually feel my pulse if I rest my finger on it. I also have some varicose veins on the shaft.

I am sure from reading the website that I am sexually exhausted. I am no longer taking any prescription drugs. I don’t use street drugs, but I do drink on occasion (maybe once a month)

The one thing I am optimistic about is that I can still get solid erections, and I also get natural erections while I sleep and when I wake up in the morning. I am able to masturbate myself to ejaculation. I JUST CAN’T FEEL ANYTHING. THERE IS NO SENSATION AT ALL.

Questions

1) Based upon what I have described, does it sound to you like the injuries can be corrected? If they can’t, I would rather you just tell me. I don’t want to spend money for products if there is no hope. I’ll just have to accept that it isn’t gonna work out.

2) Do you think sensation can be restored just using the tablets or capsules that are sold on the website without using the SR Cream? (I think I might find it hard to limit my ejaculation frequency to 1 time per week if I were doing daily massages).

3) If you think my problems can be corrected, please tell me exactly what to do, and how long you think it would take to heal the damaged nerves

Feel free to ask any more questions if you need more info, and once again, thank you for taking the time and for your excellent website.

Message Body:
WHen applying SR cream, should you have a full erection? or a half erection? or no erection at all? Do you put it right where you think the collagen scar is? or do you apply it someplace else?

thank you

ANSWER
Hello,

What you’re describing is actually a relatively common occurrence. Let me break it down for the sake of convenience:

About 10 years ago, I took an SSRI antidepressant called Luvox for OCD. I was on it for about 8 months. While I was taking this drug I found it difficult to ejaculate, and during one masturbation session that went on for probably 3 or 4 hours, I became kind of rough, and I lost sensation in my penis.

Yes, a loss of penile sensitivity / delayed ejaculation is really common with SSRIs / SNRIs. It can get notably worse if one experiences temporary lack of free and available androgens in the blood. For instance, it could even happen from exercise / training / overtraining. You may want to take a look here as well: https://cure-erectile-dysfunction.org/antidepressants-and-sexual-function . All in all, I’d say that SSRIs / SNRIs increase the chance of penile injuries by at least 20 to 30% by directly influencing major hormones, neurohormones, and neurotransmitters.

Immediately afterward, the skin on the shaft of my flacid penis became wrinkly, and my flacid penis was smaller than usual. To this day the skin on the shaft is sort of pushed back and there appears to be a small bump or protrusion under the skin, on the shaft, just before the head.

It does sound like a straightforward case of corpus spongiosum damage and subsequent collagen scar tissue release.

Also, when I am erect, I feel a nerve or blood vessel along the right side of the shaft that runs almost the entire length of my penis. It protrudes very slightly through the skin. I can actually feel my pulse if I rest my finger on it. I also have some varicose veins on the shaft.

Yes, what you describe is actually common with injuries leading to one or more varicose veins. What happened is:

1.) The initial injury damaged corpus spongiosum’s tissue integrity, leading to a collagen tissue release, which in turn completely impaired proper blood vessel functioning on the whole side of the penis.

2.) A single vein (in some cases even more) became enlarged and varicose because the tissue was unable to properly pinch or contain it during erections anymore. The vein then became almost completely “stand alone”-like. You will probably notice that it is just under the skin but is not actually part of the tissue underneath anymore. In most cases you will be able to grab it separately of the tissue underneath with two finders.

3.) The damaged corpus spongiosum exposed an artery as well. It is what you’ve been feeling as a very thin yet rigid cord. Almost like a pulsating guitar string.

4.) You have also probably noticed lessened rigidity in your penile underside and glans, with the penis bending downwards around the midshaft in mid erection. In full erection it will look normal for the most part since the increased pressure will still be able to modulate the less elastic collagen tissue.
The corpora cavernosa are usually not affected at all, producing a contrast of rigidity and softness (of the glans, underside, and surrounding tissues).

5.) You experienced a loss of tissue sensitivity due to damaged local penile nerves. It is a common occurrence and most of the times completely reversible.

1) Based upon what I have described, does it sound to you like the injuries can be corrected? If they can’t, I would rather you just tell me. I don’t want to spend money for products if there is no hope. I’ll just have to accept that it isn’t gonna work out. 3) If you think my problems can be corrected, please tell me exactly what to do, and how long you think it would take to heal the damaged nerves

It is usually very reversible. As you noticed yourself, it is a condition which leaves one’s penis in a functional condition and many men don’t seek any help with it. Some men will even improve without any support, mostly in terms of sensitivity and collagen scar tissue dissolution. However, there are a lot of things that can be done to restore the tissues to their original state.

In fact, SR-Cream has been designed for this exact purpose in mind. The first step would be to dissolve any internal collagen tissue by reducing any ongoing minor inflammation (you may frequently notice it after masturbation), and increasing elasticity prostaglandins E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for tissue healing and restoration.

With the restoration of original tissue elasticity and health, the varicose vein will significantly lessen in size and start functioning almost normally. Regrettably, to this point we’ve been unable to completely integrate the vein back into the restored tunica albuginea.
The cream will also address injuries inside the vein itself.

Other than that, you should also consider some basic practices that are by now proven to help, such as:

– Gentle tissue massages.
– Cold and hot wraps. Best done in the shower with cold and hot water alteration in 2 – 3 minute periods.
– Additional vitamin E cream applied topically.
– Healing visualization. Here particularly helpful would be: https://yourhealingmind.org/product/heal-your-penis , as we’ve noticed that guided imagery healing frequently produces results even beyond conventional medicine expectations.

2) Do you think sensation can be restored just using the tablets or capsules that are sold on the website without using the SR Cream? (I think I might find it hard to limit my ejaculation frequency to 1 time per week if I were doing daily massages).

Yes, I believe that it is possible to be almost completely restored even without them. You’d just need to improve your lifestyle in general to increase your androgens levels. Masturbation is to be avoided, though, as it is usually sustaining minor levels of inflammation and is impairing nocturnal nervous tissue regeneration.

Of course, a combination of Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, Alpha-HGH, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil will definitely prove to be beneficial in that regard.

When applying SR cream, should you have a full erection? or a half erection? or no erection at all?

We have not noticed any significant statistical alteration based on that variable, so you may want to individually go for whatever you feel is producing best results.

Do you put it right where you think the collagen scar is? or do you apply it someplace else?

I’d suggest applying a thin layer on the whole penis with double the amount on the affected spot. The mentioned approach has been shown to lead to best results.

UPDATE
Thank you for the thorough response. One more quick question. I have noted the websites ‘ejaculation frequency’ guidelines. When attempting to heal an injury, is it best to follow these guidelines, or is it better to just completely abstain from masturbation/ejaculation until healing occurs.

ANSWER
Right, I’d suggest completely ignoring and avoiding similar frequency while recovering from any form of penile injury. The best way to go is usually abstinence on a monthly basis, with a maximum range of 1 to 4 ejaculations per month.

Three weeks ago I was out cycling, I was unfortunate enough to have an accident which resulted which the nose of my saddle hitting me quite hard in the perineum area. A couple of days later I noticed heavy purple bruising to the base of my penis, also I had gone into some kind of permanent semi-erect state. Embarrassing as it was I went to hospital to get myself checked. I was told swelling and bruising should go down in a week or so, my urine was tested for blood, all clear.

So a week later bruising and semi-erect state had gone. I was with a hard flaccid feeling for another week. Now for the last few days I feel soft and normal.

Although things seem to be moving in the right direction, I am unable to get an erection, maybe 50% and will loose it quickly, also seems quite vainy. In addition to this I have a constant mild ache in perineum.

I have started taking l-arginine, multi-vitamin and zma.

I know I need to see a specialist, but in the meantime could you give me any advice on what has happend, and also if there is anything I can do to help things heal and restore my erection.

I can’t go one minute without thinking about problem, so any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

ANSWER
Internal hematoma is the obvious conclusion. Similar symptoms are to be expected and it’s crucial to avoid any calcifications.

SR-Cream applied locally will dramatically increase elasticity prostagandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for healing, collagen scar tissue dissolution and tissue restoration. Other than that, you’re on the right direction with the l-arginine, multi-vitamin and zma.

Glad if I could help!

About 2 months ago (the end of may) my friend informed me of a type of penis exercise (“jelqing”) that was supposed to increase the girth or length. I figured i had nothing to lose so I tried this and stopped after about 2 weeks because i noticed a slight bruise forming on the bottom of the head of my penis. However, I continued to participate in sexual activities for the next 2 weeks( the middle of June). Over these couple of weeks I would notice a fatiguing pain in my penis after sex but I didn’t really think much of it. I went to a urologist and they really didn’t think anything was wrong and said I could still have sex. So naturally i have been having sex a couple times a week (my libido is still high) and i find that my erections are a little weaker but I still am able to get the job done. However, when flaccid I notice that my whole genital area feels somewhat warm (internally) and i too suffer from the “hard flaccid” penis when exercising. I also notice that on some days i am finding slight pinching pains in my lower lower back (right side. I have been taking vitamin e 200iu and multivitamins daily and i just now bought omega 3 fish oil and ginkgo biloba. Is there anything I can do to get back to normal? I really do not want to abstain from sex.

Thanks,
Jim

ANSWER
Jim, the weak and fatigued erections are a sign of improper ratio elasticity prostaglandin E1 to excitatory and inflammatory prostaglandin E2, in the penile tissues. Also, a sign of improper and lowered levels of Nitric Oxide. It is usually a pre-injury state, so I would advice you to be careful.

There may or may not be a collagen scarring forming, it usually takes months to be completely formed. However, since some weeks have passed, I would say that there shouldn’t be any significant collagen release from the tissues, that is if the erections are sustainable without physical stimulation.

Yes, there are several agents that will improve the condition immensely in addition to the measures already taken.
For this specific case SR-Cream will prove to be of great assistance by locally increasing prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide to improve erection quality and blood flow, and rejuvenate the penile tissues.

You may also want to better the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular functioning for increased androgens, and increase the prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide levels to fuel numerous sexual activities with Alpha-Amino, Alpha-HGH, Multi-Alpha.

Testicular cooling for additionally increased androgens is to be considered as well.

Also, exercise, proper diet, massages, negative ion exposure, hot wraps, and sexual activities discontinuation for 2 to 4 weeks may prove beneficial.

Glad if I could help!

A few months ago I stumbled upon a website that told me all about penis enlargement techniques. I foolishly decided to try some of these out and did so for about 3 weeks. I also used a pumping device on 2 occasions. I then noticed that I had pain and swelling in the dorsal vain of the penis. I absconded from sexual activity for a week or so and it seemed to go away. I tried having sex and then everything seemed to go wrong. I had strange feelings in the vein hot/cold burning sensations. I visited my doctor who told me it was probably nothing and not to worry
A couple of months has passed since the incident and I am waiting to see a urologist. I have noticeable spider veins on my penis, the penis looks darker in coloration and I have lots of strange sensations in it. I can still have sex but am distracted by the pain in the vein. My erections are not as forthcoming as they used to be and I have also noticed some numbness in my feet and hands.
I am beginning to get scared and would like some advice as to what I can do to help the healing process. I am still young and do not want to look forward to a life of impotence.

ANSWER
You’ve damaged your penis. The injury is quite common as a result of penile excercises.
A penile damage and collagen release will be observed if one overstretches the penile tissues capability while lacking sufficient prostaglandin E1 and E3 for tissue elasticity.

The scar may take months to fully develop and may eventually become calcified.

If an intravenous collagen release is present, you will suffer immediate venous burning and varicose veins. Also, corpus spongiosum may not be able to pinch the veins properly, as a result they will enlarge and suffer damage through blood stagnation. Also, it will be difficult to attain 100% hard erection for a long time through the inability of corpus spongiosum to completely seal off the penis.

The cold hands and feet are indicative of heightened inflammatory hormones levels for arterial constriction that may have contributed to the injury, as well.

There are several things that should be done:
1.Discontinue sexual activities for 2 to 4 weeks and return to low frequency until fully recovered.
2.Apply the specially designed SR-Cream to promote local prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide production from the nearby healthy tissues for regeneration and scar dissolution.
3.Make a good use of Alpha-Amino, Multi-Alpha, Alpha-AGH, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil to better your nervous and endocrine functioning, boost your androgen hormones production, modulate inflammatory response, charge the CNS, and increase prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for healing.
4.Consider testicular cooling solutions to additionally increase androgens.

Dear Dr. Richards. Please excuse my spelling, I’m not an English speaking guy.

I’m a 21 year old boy who have i firm flaccid penis and a chronic prostatitis (i think)
I can start by telling you my story. It started for a bit over 1 year, when i masturbated, and experienced a red and swollen penis. The swelling was on the left side on my penis, not big, but like a bulb on top of my head and on the top of my shaft on the skin(I’m not circumcised). It also had small 2 dots in grey color upon the swelling (like a had teared something, maybe a small skin vein, i don’t know). I went to the Dr, but got sent back by saying that this would be alright, just don’t masturbate and have sex for a while. The swelling got down by some hours, but the next day i experienced a firm flaccid penis (it has been like this now for a bit over 1 year).

So after 4 weeks (with no improvements) i decided to go to a urologist. He said that he couldn’t find anything upset an small scratch down at the base on the left side (i can feel an indention here when erect), but like i said, this is at the base, my swelling was higher up. So he didn’t do anything just said it will be alright and that it would grow back to normal. Soon after this, I started to get pains in my testicle ( in the end i couldn’t site or i had troubling walking) so I went to an andrologist. He found out that i had an very swollen and inflamed prostate. He diagnosed me with a acute prostatitis (which is now a chronic prostatitis, I think). I haven’t masturbated for 7 or 8 weeks now (but I got 1 or 2 ejaculations in the nights). He put me on medications and said that i needed to masturbate and have ejaculations. Eventually I got better, the pain was gone after some days, but the firm flaccid was exactly the same. I got back and he didn’t understand the firm flaccid thing. He thought it would be some hormone thing, and I took some tests, and was send to an expert on this. He found out that i had an metabolism problem(high metabolism) and I started after a good while with some medications on that. The symptoms on metabolism problem is now better, but the firm flaccid thing is still there.

My symptoms are very variable. When im standing or going it gets harder, and when im running/training and in stressful things (adrenaline is pumping) it gets really really firm (It’s like it tightens up). This can happen in a few seconds. But when I’m lying down or sitting(in a relaxing position) my penis gets soft(normal). It’s almost also gets normal (soft) when im feeling the need for urinating and when I’m urinating. Alpha blockers has also help a bit.

My erections is also weird. Its like it has lost its elasticity(i have lost the spongy feeling) and the feeling is not the same. Its sometimes a bit uncomfortable. Its just like its cramping, or ‘over-hard’ if i can explain it like that. (I also had some periods, where i woke up in the middle of the night with an really hard weird erect penis. I needed to wait 5-10 minutes or even go around for a period of time to get it down. This was really annoying) It’s like that my erection is locked, lost my feeling.

I think therefor that i can have had the indentation before the incident occurred, because it its ‘over-hard’ and you can feel the penis (corpus c.) much closer. My penis has also always pointed a bit to the left, not when erect, but when flaccid. Other than that, i can say i have been much more observant about my penis.

Some months ago, I also had some problems with my pelvic. Especially in training i sometimes felt pain. This has now gone away, but it is seems like my pelvic is tight. I don’t know how this was nefore my injury.
My testicles is often also very red. Like an inflammation.

I have taken ultrasound, MRI, doppler, nothing have been found.

I have been taken multivitamin, c-vitamin, fish oil(also before my injury)
Do you think this is a muscle tension, chemical/hormone imbalance or a tissue(membrane) issue? I can say that I was in an very stressful period of my life when the injury happened. One last thing that is worth mention, is that 1-2 hours before my injury, i got out and trained in the winter with almost no clothes on. I then experienced pain in my groin/testicles area. It was from here the andrologist thinked that i got an acute prostatits, and maybe helped me got the firm flaccid penis condition(this is ofcorse just an hypothesis, because we really frustrated)

I really want to get rid of the firm flaccid thing. This is really frustrating for me, and i really hope you can help me? Is there an formula you can give me? I think this site is really great and helpful. Thanks

ANSWER
The stressful period plus the vigorous workout right before the damage additionally increased the levels of stress and inflammatory hormones( cortisol, epinephrine, and prostaglandin E2), and temporary burned much of the bioavailable androgen ones that are also responsible for the penile tissue health, blood vessel, and nerve integrity. After the initial damage and inflammation, the body started to release a collagen scar tissue and you experienced the firm flaccid penis condition.

The penile damage, the swollen prostate, and the testicle pains have the same origin – increased stress and inflammatory hormone levels for local inflammation and decreased prostaglandin E1 E3 for tissue elasticity and healing. You’ve also probably suffered a mild abrasion through a forceful contractions upon ejaculation for additional testicular and prostate pain and inflammation.

Causes for a firm flaccid penis in an upright positions are borderline androgen hormones levels that are usually needed to support the lower body. Other causes: penile damage, pelvic arterial constriction, and tense pelvic area. The urination will seemingly better the firm flaccid condition through a tissue relaxation that is needed.

“Do you think this is a muscle tension, chemical/hormone imbalance or a tissue(membrane) issue?”

It is quite possible to be all of them.

There are several things that should get you on track:

1.Discontinue sexual activities for a month.
2.Apply hot wraps and the special SR-Cream.
3.Make good use of Alpha-Amino, Multi-Alpha, Alpha-AGH, Ultra-Purified-FishOil, and testicle cooling solutions to better your nervous and endocrine functioning, boost your androgen hormones production, modulate inflammatory response, charge the CNS, and increase prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide for healing.

I’m 18 years old and sexually active since 17. I have a serious girlfriend and we have a lot of fun, but 3 days ago happened something that scared the shit out of me. She was on top with the face towards me and I think she broke my penis!! I heard a LOUD pop and felt immediate pain. I was so panicked that even went to the emergency, but they kind of laughed at me because there was no visible damage done. I think she dislocated it in the base or something. Is this dangerous? Will it heal?
Thank you!

Unfortunately, your erection was not solid enough for such kind of sex. If your penis is not hard enough, this ride will deform the shaft.

Your main concern should be to prevent scar tissue formation.

– Start taking L-Arginine 500, Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil.
– Testicle cooling will also prove to be quite efficient in increasing your androgens.

I did that but it is getting worse – I burning-itching feeling and my erections are weak and deformed. I just want my erection back, I;m so upset that I want to cry! Please!

I understand that you are upset. Try massaging it with SR-Cream. This should take care of the burning inflammation feeling you are experiencing.

After around 20 minutes of sex my penis started hurting, of course I removed the rig but the pain persisted for hours. The next day I woke up with a lump near the head of my penis. It is still there and the area is still tender. What should I do? Please give me some tips.
P.S. I also suffer from weak erections and premature ejaculation.

The inflammation will subside, but the damage has been inflicted. You may expect to observe certain alterations in your penile shape (most probably an hour-glass shape) once the collagen scar is fully developed, which should be after a few months.

Since you had troubles keeping the erection in the first place, my suspicion is that you are sexually exhausted. Another confirmation may be the fact your penis was damaged quite easily.

It’s advisable to act before the scar is fully formed. My suggestion is:

* Massage your penis with SR-Cream.
* Utilize a prostaglandin E1 E3 – NO promoting formula for healing: Multi-Alpha, Alpha-Amino, L-Arginine 500, and Ultra-Purified-FishOil.
* Also, you may want to consider testicle cooling for additionally increased androgens.

I’ve lost sensitivity on the top of the penis but not the glans, just between glans and the mid shaft. It’s super strange. What did I injure?! The skin looks stretched and there is a bump kind of like a nerve pushing against the skin. I’m kind of worried so is this a collagen scar or a broken nerve?! And the other thing is that a vein appeared of nowhere, I suppose it’s my fault but wonder if this is a varicose vein and is it caused by collagen forming in the valves?
Thank you.

ANSWER
It is a collagen scar formation. Violent over-masturbation causes penile numbness, due to the damage inflicted on the neuro-muscular endings.

If you are also ejaculating frequently you may suffer numerous other problems. One of them will be deficiency of acetylcholine, which will lead to poor nervous transduction, thus backing up the ill effects of the violent masturbation.

Yes, the vein that appeared is varicose in nature. It is a result of the inflammation induced collagen scar that appeared in the blood vessels.

You can improve the quality of the veins and valves by boosting Prostaglandin E1 E3 and Nitric Oxide production in the local tissues.
